Abstract
一种砼承插口管顶进施工用排管安装装置,包括机架、安装在机架底部的行走轮组、设置在机架上的液压推进机构、以及铰接在机架后端的推杆组件,推杆组件由两个后座杆和一个把手杆组成,两个后座杆对称设在把手杆的两端,使推杆组件整体呈一个U型框状结构,且该U型框状结构推杆组件的开口端铰接在机架上,液压推进机构包括液压缸,该液压缸的活塞杆进行伸缩运动实现后一砼承插口管的插口与前一砼承插口管的承口之间的配合顶进对接。本发明的安装装置结构简单,施工方便,且排管质量可靠,管道插接密封性好,不易漏水,提供了工作效率,降低了劳动强度。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及城市市政工程施工用机械设备技术领域,具体的说是一种雨污水管道砼承插口管顶进施工用排管安装装置。
背景技术
[0002]目前,在城市市政工程的雨污水管道铺设装配过程中,钢筋混凝土插口管是市政排水工程常用的一种管材,对于砼承插口管的安装,往往采用手拉葫芦或者人工搬运抬举等操作进行管道的排管安装。其中,采用手拉葫芦安装时操作不便、速度较慢,且劳动强度大;人工安装时由于砼承插口管体积较大,需要机械配合或多人协同操作才能安装,劳动强度大,且管道排管易偏斜,从而破坏整条管线的密封性。采用这两种排管方式进行管道安装时,不仅操作不规范,工作效率低,而且管道的安装质量也不能保证,往往容易出现管道漏水的现象。
[0003] 在市政公用施工设备的现有技术中,还没有一种能够使砼承插口管在管道排管安装中,可以进行规范、质量可靠的安装的装置出现。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明的目的是提供一种操作简单,排管施工方便,劳动强度低,施工效率高,且排管质量可靠,管道插接密封性好,不易漏水的一种砼承插口管顶进施工用排管安装装置。
[0005] 本发明为解决上述技术问题,所采用的技术方案是:一种砼承插口管顶进施工用排管安装装置,包括机架、安装在机架底部的行走轮组、设置在机架上的液压推进机构、以及铰接在机架后端的推杆组件,所述的推杆组件由两个后座杆和一个把手杆组成,两个后座杆对称设置在把手杆的两端,使推杆组件整体呈一个U型框状结构,且该U型框状结构推杆组件的开口端铰接在机架上,所述的液压推进机构包括液压缸,该液压缸的活塞杆进行伸缩运动实现后一砼承插口管的插口与前一砼承插口管的承口之间的配合顶进对接。
[0006] 所述的行走轮组包括行进轮和辅助轮,其中,行进轮设置在机架靠近推杆组件的一端,辅助轮设置在机架远离推杆组件的一端。

[0013] 本发明的有益效果: 1、本发明的砼承插口管顶进施工用排管安装装置,采用液压推力,能够可靠、安全的将后一节的砼承插口管的插口推入前一节砼承插口管的承口内,顶进过程无需过多人工参与,操作方便,自动化程度高,劳动强度低,且采用本发明的安装装置铺设后的排水管线闭水性能可靠,顺直性好,大大延长了管线的使用寿命,降低了故障率。
[0014] 2、本发明的砼承插口管顶进施工用排管安装装置中,铰接在机架上的后座杆的设置能够在装置工作时,通过与管道沟槽底部的配合,将装置整体稳固地顶紧固定在工作面上,为砼承插口管的顶进提供后座力,防止其来回移动对顶进工作带来的偏差。
[0015] 3、本发明的砼承插口管顶进施工用排管安装装置,通过液压分配器和两个相互对称的液压缸的设置,可方便、准确的对砼承插口管承口圆环上相对称的两点进行分别操作和顶进,可有效避免砼承插口管顶进时的偏斜,保证了管线安装的顺直性和规范性。

一种砼承插口管顶进施工用排管安装装置,包括机架1、安装在机架I底部的行走轮组、设置在机架I上的液压推进机构、以及铰接在机架I后端的推杆组件,行走轮组包括行进轮6和辅助轮7,其中,行进轮6设置在机架I靠近推杆组件的一端,辅助轮7设置在机架I远离推杆组件的一端,行进轮6和辅助轮7的个数均为两个,且行进轮6的直径大于辅助轮7的直径,所述机架I的底部还安装用用于对行进轮6和辅助轮7的位置进行限定的锁紧装置。
[0018] 推杆组件包括两个后座杆2和一个把手杆3,两个后座杆2对称垂直设置把手杆3的两端,使推杆组件整体呈一个U型框状结构,U型框状结构的开口端铰接在机架I上,且机架I上还设置有用于对两个后座杆2的旋转度进行固定的锁紧装置。
[0019] 液压推进机构包括:液压缸4、电机8、液压箱9、液压栗10和液压分配器11,电机8带动液压栗10将液压箱9内的液压油送入液压缸4内,液压分配器11设置在液压栗10与液压缸4之间,液压栗10通过液压分配器11对两个液压缸4的压力进行调控,液压推进机构中液压缸4的个数为两个,两个液压缸4左右对称设置在机架I的前端,且两个液压缸4活塞杆之间的间距为砼承插口管5承口 501圆环内径和外径的平均值,两个液压缸4的活塞杆通过进行伸缩运动实现后一砼承插口管5的插口 502与前一砼承插口管5的承口 501之间的配合顶进对接。
[0020] 本发明的砼承插口管顶进施工用排管安装装置结构简单、施工方便,装置采用液压原理,用电机带动液压栗向液压缸供送液压油,使液压缸的活塞杆向前顶出,促使后座杆坚固的顶在管道沟槽底,并推动砼承插口管向前移动,使后一节砼承插口管的插口进入前一节砼承插口管的承口,用液压分配器调节压力大小和两个液压缸压力,使前后两根砼承插口管能够可靠连接,并使管道顺直达到管道排管安装的规范要求,整个顶进施工过程方便快捷、工作效率高,减少了劳动强度,大大降低了施工成本。
[0021]如图2所示,当砼承插口管进入管道沟槽后,开始使用本装置,通过向下转动后座杆,使后座杆稳固的顶在沟槽底部,此时把手杆支撑地面;开启液压推进机构中的电机,操作液压分配器调节油压,用液压缸的活塞杆将后放入沟槽管道的砼承插口管的插口顶入前端砼承插口管的承口内,顶进时可根据实际情况利用液压分配器操作两边液压缸同时或分别进行顶进操作,可受力均匀地促使两端同时进入承口,避免了砼承插口管顶进时的偏斜,顶进完成后,收回液压缸活塞杆,关闭电机,抬起后座杆,手握把手杆,并利用装置底部的行走轮组推动装置行进至下一工作位准备下一节砼承插口管的安装。

1.一种砼承插口管顶进施工用排管安装装置,其特征在于:包括机架(I)、安装在机架(I)底部的行走轮组、设置在机架(I)上的液压推进机构、以及铰接在机架(I)后端的推杆组件,所述的推杆组件由两个后座杆(2)和一个把手杆(3)组成,两个后座杆(2)对称设置在把手杆(3)的两端,使推杆组件整体呈一个U型框状结构,且该U型框状结构推杆组件的开口端铰接在机架(I)上,所述的液压推进机构包括液压缸(4),该液压缸(4)的活塞杆进行伸缩运动实现后一砼承插口管(5)的插口(502)与前一砼承插口管(5)的承口(501)之间的配合顶进对接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种砼承插口管顶进施工用排管安装装置,其特征在于:所述的行走轮组包括行进轮(6)和辅助轮(7),其中,行进轮(6)设置在机架(I)靠近推杆组件的一端,辅助轮(7)设置在机架(I)远离推杆组件的一端。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种砼承插口管顶进施工用排管安装装置,其特征在于:所述行进轮(6)的直径大于辅助轮(7)的直径。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的一种砼承插口管顶进施工用排管安装装置,其特征在于:所述行进轮(6)和辅助轮(7)的个数均为两个。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种砼承插口管顶进施工用排管安装装置,其特征在于:所述的液压推进机构包括电机(8)、液压箱(9)、液压栗(10)和液压缸(4),电机(8)带动液压栗(10)将液压箱(9)内的液压油送入液压缸(4)内。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种砼承插口管顶进施工用排管安装装置,其特征在于:所述液压缸(4)的个数为两个,两个液压缸(4)左右对称设置在机架(I)的前端,且两个液压缸(4)活塞杆之间的间距为砼承插口管(5)承口(501)圆环内径和外径的平均值。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种砼承插口管顶进施工用排管安装装置,其特征在于:所述的液压推进机构还包括液压分配器(I I),该液压分配器(I I)连接在液压栗(10)与液压缸(4)之间,液压栗(10)通过液压分配器(I I)对两个液压缸(4)的压力进行调控。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种砼承插口管顶进施工用排管安装装置,其特征在于:所述的后座杆(2)垂直设置在把手杆(3)的端部。
