Abstract

本发明提供一种摄像头固定点胶工艺,通过对摄像头镜头和镜头基座螺纹之间用针头点两处4/3圆弧形的胶,提高镜头点胶固定的牢固性,并且对点胶后的镜头进行加热烘烤,提高无影胶的凝固速度,并且对产品烘烤温度及点胶位置进行限定,提高产品的成品率。

一种摄像头固定点胶工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及摄像头制造领域,更具体的说是涉及一种摄像头固定点胶工艺。
背景技术
目前在制造摄像头时,通常会对摄像头进行点胶固定,目前在固定时常会使用点胶机进行点胶,但是在对摄像头进行点胶时,仍然需要人工对点胶机进行控制,因此对摄像头进行点胶时容易出现胶液点错或固定不牢的情况发生,目前的固定工艺只能通过人工对点胶位置进行控制,由于人工经验不足,容易造成一致性不良的问题。因此,解决摄像头点胶固定不牢的问题就显得尤为重要了。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种摄像头固定点胶工艺,通过对摄像头镜头和镜头基座螺纹之间用针头点两处4/3圆弧形的胶,提高镜头点胶固定的牢固性,并且对点胶后的镜头进行加热烘烤,提高无影胶的凝固速度,解决了摄像头点胶固定不牢的问题。
本发明提供一种摄像头固定点胶工艺,所述固定工艺如下:
步骤一:将UV胶吸入针筒,并通过针筒将UV胶注入点胶机;
步骤二:将待点胶的产品放在点胶机下,并对其进行固定;
步骤三:在镜头和镜头基座螺纹之间用针头点两处3/4圆弧形的胶;
步骤四:将镜头和镜头基座安装到位后静止5~15分钟;
步骤五:将成批固定完成的镜头放在烤盘中送入烘烤机中进行烘烤;
步骤六:将烘烤完成的镜头放入风机下方进行自然回温;
步骤七:对回温的镜头进行焦距检测,筛选不良品;
步骤八:对成品进行抽真空包装处理。
进一步改进在于:所述步骤三中点胶机工作气压为500-3000kg/cm²。
进一步改进在于:所述步骤五中烘烤机内的烘烤温度为60~80℃。
进一步改进在于:所述点胶机的针头直径为0.5~1mm。
进一步改进在于:所述点胶时针头不可碰到镜头且不可把胶点在镜头表面,若镜头表面沾胶则需用棉棒沾酒精将其擦干净,并将产品交由调焦站重新确认焦距是否正常。
本发明的有益效果:通过对摄像头镜头和镜头基座螺纹之间用针头点两处4/3圆弧形的胶,提高镜头点胶固定的牢固性,并且对点胶后的镜头进行加热烘烤,提高无影胶的凝固速度,并且对产品烘烤温度及点胶位置进行限定,提高产品的成品率。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
本实施例提供了一种摄像头固定点胶工艺,所述固定工艺如下:
步骤一:将UV胶吸入针筒,并通过针筒将UV胶注入点胶机;
步骤二:将待点胶的产品放在点胶机下,并对其进行固定;
步骤三:在镜头和镜头基座螺纹之间用针头点两处3/4圆弧形的胶;
步骤四:将镜头和镜头基座安装到位后静止10分钟;
步骤五:将成批固定完成的镜头放在烤盘中送入烘烤机中进行烘烤;
步骤六:将烘烤完成的镜头放入风机下方进行自然回温;
步骤七:对回温的镜头进行焦距检测,筛选不良品;
步骤八:对成品进行抽真空包装处理。
所述步骤三中点胶机工作气压为2500kg/cm²。所述步骤五中烘烤机内的烘烤温度为77℃。所述点胶机的针头直径为0.6mm。所述点胶时针头不可碰到镜头且不可把胶点在镜头表面,若镜头表面沾胶则需用棉棒沾酒精将其擦干净,并将产品交由调焦站重新确认焦距是否正常。

Claims (5)

1.一种摄像头固定点胶工艺,其特征在于:所述固定工艺如下:
步骤一:将UV胶吸入针筒,并通过针筒将UV胶注入点胶机;
步骤二:将待点胶的产品放在点胶机下,并对其进行固定;
步骤三:在镜头和镜头基座螺纹之间用针头点两处3/4圆弧形的胶;
步骤四:将镜头和镜头基座安装到位后静止5~15分钟;
步骤五:将成批固定完成的镜头放在烤盘中送入烘烤机中进行烘烤;
步骤六:将烘烤完成的镜头放入风机下方进行自然回温;
步骤七:对回温的镜头进行焦距检测,筛选不良品;
步骤八:对成品进行抽真空包装处理。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种摄像头固定点胶工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤三中点胶机工作气压为500-3000kg/cm²。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种摄像头固定点胶工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤五中烘烤机内的烘烤温度为60~80℃。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的一种摄像头固定点胶工艺,其特征在于:所述点胶机的针头直径为0.5~1mm。
