本发明涉及一种红景天保健茶，具体涉及一种具有明目，黑发，疏肝益气，益肾脏，固精体，生津止渴之功效的红景天保健茶及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着生活工作的压力增大和年龄的增长，加之精神、饮食、营养、内分泌、药物射等作用，许多人逐渐感到身体出现了各种不适，如出现精神倦怠，头昏目眩、腰酸背痛、性功能低下等诸多肌体衰老的症状，肌体衰老的原因很多，但中医理论认为，其根本原因是由于人肌体长期虚劳精亏，气血两虚以及内热消渴引起的。中国是具有几千年茶文化历史的国家，利用中药材浸泡饮用茶祛病强身是多年的民间传统。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有具有明目，黑发，疏肝益气，益肾脏，固精体，生津止渴之功效的红景天保健茶，对神经衰弱、目昏不明、耳鸣心悸、烦躁失眠、贫血和便秘都有良好作用，还能增强自身体质、有效地抑制衰老、改善记忆力。
本发明所提出的技术问题是这样解决的：构造一种红景天保健茶，该红景天保健茶按重量配比计由下述原料制备而成：
红景天：5
甘草：4
玉竹：3
大枣：4
黄精：3。
一种红景天保健茶的制备方法：按照上述配方比例将原料粉碎混合，按照常规茶叶袋装生产方法，装入无菌过滤纸袋，制成小袋包装。
红景天：主要生长于西藏高原海拔4500 米以上的严寒，缺氧，强日照，无污染地带，是红景天中的极品，红景天中含有丰富的红景天甙、酪醇、酮等成分被誉为“雪域人参”。可全面激活细胞，清除体内自由和大脑内过氧化脂质，延缓脑细胞衰老和死亡；清除机体代谢所产生的乳酸，促进体内酸碱平衡，恢复人体的体力和活力；激活下丘脑一垂体轴，使生命时钟恢复至青春水平。因此，红景天具有很强的抗疲劳，抗氧化，抗辐射，提高免疫力，调节内泌，保湿祛皱，延缓衰老的功效。
甘草：含有甘草甜素、甘草酸，甘草甙、甘草类黄酮、后幕比檀素、刺芒柄花素、槲皮素等。有补脾益气，清热解毒，祛痰止咳，缓急止痛，调和诸药的功效。用于治疗脾胃虚弱，倦怠乏力，心悸气短，咳嗽痰多，脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛等病症。。
玉竹：具有抗氧化作用，可以调节免疫功能、清除自由基，从而减轻对机体组织的损伤，以延缓衰老。
大枣：大枣能润心肺、止咳、补五脏、治虚损、除肠胃癖气，还能安中养脾、平胃气、通九窍、助十二经等。具补中益气，养血安神，滋润肌肤，益颜美容之功效。
黄精：黄精具有补气养阴，健脾，润肺，益肾功能。用于治疗脾胃虚弱，体倦乏力，口干食少，肺虚燥咳，精血不足，内热消渴等症。
本发明具有明目，黑发，疏肝益气，益肾脏，固精体，生津止渴之功效，对神经衰弱、目昏不明、耳鸣心悸、烦躁失眠、贫血和便秘都有良好作用，还能增强自身体质、有效地抑制衰老、改善记忆力。
具体实施方式
本发明按照下列方式实施。
实施例
一种红景天保健茶，按照常规茶叶袋装生产方法，将5g红景天保健茶、4g甘草、3g玉竹、4g大枣、3g黄精粉碎混合，装入无菌过滤纸袋，制成小袋包装，5g/ 小袋。
目前对本发明进行了如下临床试验：
对100名患有不同程度的便秘、目昏不明、须发早白、烦躁失眠、记忆力衰退和易衰老的人进行临床试验，饮用本发明提供的红景天保健茶，每天早上取如实施例所述处方的一小袋(5g) 茶开封放入杯中，用沸水冲泡，盖上杯盖，闷五分钟后开始饮用，宜热饮。采用以三个月为一个疗程；在试验过程中，停止服用其他保健药物。试验结果见下表一：

其中康复是指症状完全消失，恢复正常；显效是指症状基本上消失；无效是指没有改变。
经过X2 验查，治疗组的有效效率为80%，疗效显著。
故本发明具有效果好、时间短的优点。

2.一种红景天保健茶的制备方法，其特征在于：按照上述配方比例将原料粉碎混合，按照常规茶叶袋装生产方法，装入无菌过滤纸袋，制成小袋包装。
