本发明公开了一种破碎锤的密封与导向结构,包括缸体、活塞、缸体和活塞之间的下腔密封和氮气封,及缸体内的氮气。其中,所述下腔密封与氮气封之间的缸体和活塞形成的腔体内设置有导向环,缸体与活塞之间设有的浮动密封件。本发明具有结构耐用和密封好的效果。

一种破碎锤的密封与导向结构
技术领域
本发明属于工程机械设备领域,特别涉及一种破碎锤的密封与导向结构。
背景技术
目前,市面上液压破碎锤油缸的结构主要由缸体、活塞、缸体和活塞之间的下腔密封和氮气封,及缸体内的氮气组成。其中,在油缸的两端分别安装有下腔密封件和上腔密封件,但此二处均无活塞导向元件。活塞中部有二处凸起,该凸起与缸体内腔间隙配合,形成活塞密封,同时为活塞运动导向。如此,上述结构带来如下问题:1、活塞和缸体密封配合的同心度要求都极高,加工成本相应较高。2、上下腔密封处的密封间隙大,密封件在油液压力下挤出,润滑不良,导致密封件寿命较短,密封容易失效。存在密封件容易损坏的缺陷。3、因为无专用导向,活塞与缸体内腔容易干涉,造成拉缸,使活塞和缸体报废。存在活塞容易拉伤的缺陷。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种结构耐用和密封好的破碎锤的密封与导向结构。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的一种破碎锤的密封与导向结构,包括缸体、活塞、缸体和活塞之间的下腔密封和氮气封,及缸体内的氮气。其中,所述下腔密封与氮气封之间的缸体和活塞形成的腔体内设置有导向环,缸体与活塞之间设有的浮动密封件。由此,在腔体的上下两端装密封件处增加导向环,为活塞运动导向。另外,改活塞的间隙密封为浮动密封,浮动密封可以上下各一道或几道。
在一些实施方式中,浮动密封件安装于活塞上,浮动密封件的外环表面与缸体内壁贴合并起密封作用,内环面悬空,上下表面在工作时轮流与 安装槽的两壁面贴合并起密封作用。
在一些实施方式中,浮动密封件的截断面上设置有Z形口。由此,为安装方便浮动密封开Z形口。
本发明有益效果是具有结构耐用和密封好的效果。具体如下:1、活塞处密封大为改善,泄漏减少,破碎锤的无效功率减小,一方面工作效率提升,另一方面油液发热量相应降低,油液和破碎锤的寿命都有提高。2、活塞与缸体的加工同心度要求可降低1-2个级,加工成本降低。3、上下腔密封件的密封间隙减小,密封件寿命加长,减少维护与修理费用。4、活塞与缸体内腔不接触,无拉缸风险,锤的使用寿命大幅延长。5、两个导向点距离增加,导向能力显著加强。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图1所示,一种破碎锤的密封与导向结构,包括缸体1、活塞2、缸体1和活塞2之间的下腔密封3和氮气封4,及缸体1内的氮气6。下腔密封3与氮气封4之间的缸体1和活塞2形成的腔体内设置有导向环7,缸体1与活塞2之间设有的浮动密封件5。在腔体的上下两端装密封件处增加导向环7,为活塞2运动导向。另外,改活塞2的间隙密封为浮动密封,浮动密封可以上下各一道或几道。浮动密封件5安装于活塞2上,浮动密封件5的外环表面与缸体1内壁贴合并起密封作用,内环面悬空,上下表面在工作时轮流与安装处的两壁面贴合并起密封。浮动密封件5的截断面上设置有Z形口。由此,为安装方便浮动密封开Z形口。

1.一种破碎锤的密封与导向结构,包括缸体、活塞、缸体和活塞之间的下腔密封和氮气封,及缸体内的氮气,其特征在于,所述下腔密封与氮气封之间的缸体和活塞形成的腔体内设置有导向环;所述导向环设置在腔体的上下两端装密封件处;所述的缸体与活塞之间设有的浮动密封件;所述的浮动密封件安装于活塞上,浮动密封件的外环表面与缸体内壁贴合并起密封作用,内环面悬空,上下表面在工作时轮流与安装槽的两壁面贴合并起密封作用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种破碎锤的密封与导向结构,其特征在于,所述的浮动密封件的截断面上设置有Z形口。
