Abstract
本发明涉及一种3D玻璃装饰膜加工设备及方法。所述3D玻璃装饰膜加工设备包括装饰膜预变形单元,以及贴合单元,所述装饰膜预变形单元包括相对设置的上模头和下模头,所述上模头和下模头用于对装饰膜进行压合使装饰膜具有与3D玻璃表面相匹配的形状,所述贴合单元包括密封腔体,以及设置在密封腔体内的模头和气囊,所述模头用于承载所述3D玻璃,所述气囊用于将所述装饰膜预变形单元提供的变形后的装饰膜贴合在所述3D玻璃表面。由于将装饰膜在贴合前先进行预变形,使之与将要贴合的3D玻璃的表面相匹配,因而可具有更好的贴合效果,防止装饰膜在弯曲部分产生折皱。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电子元器件技术领域,特别是涉及一种在用作电子产品的外壳的3D玻璃上加工装饰膜的设备和方法。
背景技术
搭载有触摸屏的智能手机、手表等电子产品的普及,使得各厂商争相推出具有差异化的产品,以期吸引消费者。目前市场上出现的一个亮点,就是将电子产品的外壳设计成曲面,即外壳不再是平整面,而是具有3D立体曲面。具有曲面设计的电子产品可以与使用者的手更好的贴合,提升握持和操控的舒适度。若是手表外壳设计成曲面,还可与手腕更好的配合,提升佩戴的舒适性。并且曲面设计的显示用外壳,其显示的内容更具有立体感,从而可提升观感效果。玻璃由于更具有质感,使得其作为电子产品的外壳材料更受欢迎。传统的在平面玻璃上设置装饰膜一般采用滚轮式或气囊式加工法,但这种方法不再适应在3D玻璃上设置装饰膜,因为上述加工方法容易使装饰膜在3D玻璃的曲面边角处产生折皱,影响3D玻璃的加工效果。
发明内容
基于此,有必要针对在3D玻璃表面设置装饰膜时容易产生折皱的问题,提供一种3D玻璃装饰膜加工设备和方法。
一种3D玻璃装饰膜加工设备,用于将装饰膜贴覆在3D玻璃表面,所述3D玻璃装饰膜加工设备包括装饰膜预变形单元,以及贴合单元,所述装饰膜预变形单元包括相对设置的上模头和下模头,所述上模头和下模头用于对装饰膜进行压合使装饰膜具有与3D玻璃表面相匹配的形状,所述贴合单元包括密封腔体,以及设置在密封腔体内的模头和气囊,所述模头用于承载所述3D玻璃,所述气囊用于将所述装饰膜预变形单元提供的变形后的装饰膜贴合在所述3D玻璃表面。
在其中一个实施例中,所述上模头包括上平压部和位于上平压部侧边的上弯曲部,所述下模头包括下平压部和位于下平压部侧边的下弯曲部,所述上平压部和下平压部用于与装饰膜中与3D玻璃的平面部对应的部分对应,所述上弯曲部和下弯曲部用于与装饰膜中与3D玻璃的弯曲部对应的部分对应。
在其中一个实施例中,所述上平压部和上弯曲部相对独立设置,所述上弯曲部上设置第一加热块。
在其中一个实施例中,所述上平压部上亦设置所述第一加热块。
在其中一个实施例中,所述下平压部和下弯曲部相对独立设置。
在其中一个实施例中,所述下弯曲部上设置第二加热块用于对装饰膜加热。

一种3D玻璃装饰膜加工方法,包括:
提供装饰膜预变形单元,所述装饰膜预变形单元内设有上模头和下模头,所述上模头和下模头合模以对平整的装饰膜预变形得到与3D玻璃表面形状匹配的预变形后的装饰膜;
将预变形后的装饰膜提供至贴合单元,所述贴合单元具有密封腔体,以及设置在密封腔体内的模头和气囊,所述3D玻璃设置在模头上,所述气囊将预变形后的装饰膜贴覆在所述3D玻璃表面。
在其中一个实施例中,装饰膜预变形单元对所述装饰膜压合的同时进行加热。
在其中一个实施例中,所述贴合单元的密封腔体在贴合前进行真空处理。
本发明提供的3D玻璃装饰膜加工设备和方法,由于将装饰膜在贴合前先进行预变形,使之与将要贴合的3D玻璃的表面相匹配,因而可具有更好的贴合效果,防止装饰膜在弯曲部分产生折皱。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2中所示,本发明一实施例提供的一种3D玻璃装饰膜加工设备,用于将装饰膜102贴覆在3D玻璃101表面。所述3D玻璃装饰膜加工设备包括装饰膜预变形单元110,以及贴合单元120。
如图1所示,所述装饰膜预变形单元110包括相对设置的上模头111和下模头112,所述上模头111和下模头112合模时可用于对装饰膜102进行压合使装饰膜102具有与3D玻璃101表面相匹配的形状。
一实施例中,所述上模头111包括上平压部113和位于上平压部113侧边的上弯曲部114,所述上平压部113用于与装饰膜102中与3D玻璃101的平面部对应的部分对应。所述上弯曲部114用于与装饰膜102中与3D玻璃101的弯曲部对应的部分对应。
进一步地,所述上平压部113和上弯曲部114可相对独立设置,即上平压部113可以相对上弯曲部114相对移动,或者所述上平压部113可从上弯曲部114上拆卸下来。相对移动安装可以使上平压部113和上弯曲部114被独立控制,例如当合模时,可先将上平压部113对装饰膜102进行压合定位后,再使上弯曲部114对装饰膜102进行压合变形。另外可拆卸安装可达成如下效果:当需要对不同型号和弯曲程度的3D玻璃101进行装饰膜102的贴合加工时,可以装上不同的上平压部113和上弯曲部114以与3D玻璃101相匹配。
所述上弯曲部114上设置第一加热块115。第一加热块115可在合模时对装饰膜102进行加热软化。
在另外的一些实施例中,第一加热块115不仅设置在上弯曲部114对装饰膜102需要发生变形的部分进行加热,还设置在上平压部113上,因而可对整个装饰膜102进行加热软化,便于装饰膜102与3D玻璃101贴合。
所述下模头112包括下平压部116和位于下平压部116侧边的下弯曲部117,所述下平压部116用于与装饰膜102中与3D玻璃101的平面部对应的部分对应。所述下弯曲部117用于与装饰膜102中与3D玻璃101的弯曲部对应的部分对应。
进一步地,所述下平压部116和下弯曲部117可相对独立设置,即下平压部116可以相对下弯曲部117相对移动,或者所述下平压部116可从下弯曲部117上拆卸下来。
所述下弯曲部117上设置第二加热块118。第二加热块118与第一加热块115的作用相同,可在合模时对装饰膜102进行加热软化,以利于装饰膜102的预变形。
在另外的一些实施例中,第二加热块118不仅设置在下弯曲部117对装饰膜102需要发生变形的部分进行加热,还设置在下平压部116上,因而可对整个装饰膜102进行加热软化。
如图2所示,所述贴合单元120包括密封腔体121,以及设置在密封腔体121内的模头122和气囊130。
所述模头122用于承载所述3D玻璃101,因而所述模头122的表面形状与所述3D玻璃101的表面形状相匹配。在一些实施例中,所述模头122也包括相对独立设置的平压部124和弯曲部125,所述弯曲部125设置在平压部124的侧边。
所述气囊123用于将所述装饰膜预变形单元110提供的变形后的装饰膜102(如图2中虚线所示)贴合在所述3D玻璃101表面。由于将装饰膜102在贴合前先进行预变形,使之与将要贴合的3D玻璃101的表面相匹配,因而可具有更好的贴合效果,防止装饰膜102在弯曲部分产生折皱。
在一些实施例中,密封腔体121可以抽真空,在贴合过程中,密封腔体121内保持真空环境,可以避免装饰膜102与3D玻璃101之间产生气泡。
在一些实施例中,上述的装饰膜预变形单元110可以设置在密封腔体121内,装饰膜预变形过程和贴合过程均在密封腔体121内完成。进一步地,上述的装饰膜预变形单元110中的下模头112可以与贴合单元120中的模头124共用,例如将装饰膜预变形单元110中的上模头111和贴合单元120中的气囊123配置成可置换,当需要预变形装饰膜102时,上模头111配置在模头124上方,当需要压合装饰膜102时,气囊123配置在模头124上方。
本发明还提供一种3D玻璃装饰膜加工方法,包括如下步骤:
提供装饰膜预变形单元,所述装饰膜预变形单元内设有上模头和下模头,所述上模头和下模头合模以对平整的装饰膜预变形得到与3D玻璃表面形状匹配的预变形后的装饰膜;
将预变形后的装饰膜提供至贴合单元,所述贴合单元具有密封腔体,以及设置在密封腔体内的模头和气囊,所述3D玻璃设置在模头上,所述气囊将预变形后的装饰膜贴覆在所述3D玻璃表面。
可以理解的,上述方法中所提供的加工设备可以是上述任意一实施例所描述到的加工设备。例如装饰膜预变形单元对所述装饰膜压合的同时可进行加热对装饰膜软化,加热的结构可以是在上模头或下模头上设置加热块。再例如,在贴合前,所述贴合单元的密封腔体进行真空处理,使整个贴合过程在真空环境中进行。再例如,上述的装饰膜预变形单元可设置在密封腔体内,再例如装饰膜预变形单元中的下模头可以与贴合单元中的模头共用。

Claims (10)
1.一种3D玻璃装饰膜加工设备,用于将装饰膜贴覆在3D玻璃表面,其特征在于所述3D玻璃装饰膜加工设备包括装饰膜预变形单元,以及贴合单元,所述装饰膜预变形单元包括相对设置的上模头和下模头,所述上模头和下模头用于对装饰膜进行压合使装饰膜具有与3D玻璃表面相匹配的形状,所述贴合单元包括密封腔体,以及设置在密封腔体内的模头和气囊,所述模头用于承载所述3D玻璃,所述气囊用于将所述装饰膜预变形单元提供的变形后的装饰膜贴合在所述3D玻璃表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的3D玻璃装饰膜加工设备,其特征在于,所述上模头包括上平压部和位于上平压部侧边的上弯曲部,所述下模头包括下平压部和位于下平压部侧边的下弯曲部,所述上平压部和下平压部用于与装饰膜中与3D玻璃的平面部对应的部分对应,所述上弯曲部和下弯曲部用于与装饰膜中与3D玻璃的弯曲部对应的部分对应。
3.根据权利要求2所述的3D玻璃装饰膜加工设备,其特征在于,所述上平压部和上弯曲部相对独立设置,所述上弯曲部上设置第一加热块。
4.根据权利要求3所述的3D玻璃装饰膜加工设备,其特征在于,所述上平压部上亦设置所述第一加热块。
5.根据权利要求2所述的3D玻璃装饰膜加工设备,其特征在于,所述下平压部和下弯曲部相对独立设置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的3D玻璃装饰膜加工设备,其特征在于,所述下弯曲部上设置第二加热块用于对装饰膜加热。
7.根据权利要求6所述的3D玻璃装饰膜加工设备,其特征在于,所述下平压部上亦设置所述第二加热块用于对装饰膜加热。
8.一种3D玻璃装饰膜加工方法,其特征在于包括:
提供装饰膜预变形单元,所述装饰膜预变形单元内设有上模头和下模头,所述上模头和下模头合模以对平整的装饰膜预变形得到与3D玻璃表面形状匹配的预变形后的装饰膜;
将预变形后的装饰膜提供至贴合单元,所述贴合单元具有密封腔体,以及设置在密封腔体内的模头和气囊,所述3D玻璃设置在模头上,所述气囊将预变形后的装饰膜贴覆在所述3D玻璃表面。
9.根据权利要求8所述的3D玻璃装饰膜加工方法,其特征在于,装饰膜预变形单元对所述装饰膜压合的同时进行加热。
10.根据权利要求8所述的3D玻璃装饰膜加工方法,其特征在于,所述贴合单元的密封腔体在贴合前进行真空处理。
