本发明涉及一种固体垃圾清理用细菌活性剂褐藻除臭剂,所述固体垃圾清理用细菌活性剂褐藻除臭剂是由微生物菌剂、植物提取物、藻类提取物、细菌活化剂和水组成;所述微生物菌剂包括15%‑35%的植物乳杆菌,15%‑35%的啤酒酵母,2%‑6%的双歧杆菌,2%‑6%的硝化细菌和3%‑5%的放线菌;所述植物提取物包括5%‑15%的柠檬提取物、4%‑15%的鱼腥草提取物和3%‑8%的柠檬提取物;所述藻类提取物为0.5‑2.5%的褐藻破壁提取物;以上百分比均为质量百分比。本发明固体垃圾清理用细菌活性剂褐藻除臭剂成本低,高效率,适应广,在具体的生产中非常的实用,大大提高了垃圾处理的效率。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种固体垃圾清理用细菌活性剂褐藻除臭剂。
背景技术
随着社会进步、经济发展、人们环境识增强和生活质量的不断提高,恶臭气体控制与处理问题已越来越受重视。气体主要是一些含硫化合物和含氮化合物等,如硫化氢、甲硫醇、硫醚、氨气等,具有强烈的刺激性异味,对人体的危害极大,可经呼吸道、眼、皮肤等不同途径进入人体,使人头昏、难受、长期置身其中,对人体的神经系统损害极大。恶臭气体不仅会腐蚀厂区的设备,影响污水厂和周边居民的工作、生活环境,还对人的身体健康造成巨大的危害,引起恶心、呕吐、甚至有可能引发畸变、癌变等作用。因此,必须采取切实可行的办法,对这些区域产生的恶臭气体进行净化处理,改善其空间以及周边的环境质量。
在臭气产生的源头主要有污水处理厂,垃圾填埋场,还有堆肥工厂等。以堆肥为例,其中臭气的组成主要有含硫化合物、含氮化合物和挥发性有机污染物(VOCs)。含氮恶臭物质主要有氨、胺、吲哚和粪臭素,其中氨是最受关注的。高温堆肥过程中普遍存在氮素损失的现象,一般氮素损失率可达到30%—50%,在污泥堆肥中甚至高达68%。氨在蛋白质和氨基酸的好氧和厌氧降解中都能产生,在堆肥过程中氨的释放量很大,污泥堆肥过程中氨的浓度可高达1000 mg / kg,但氨的臭气阈值相对较高,通常认为它是相对次要的恶臭物质。尽管含硫恶臭化合物如硫化氢、甲硫醇、甲硫醚和二甲基二硫(DMDQ的产生量小于NH3,但它们的阈值非常低,因而对总恶臭贡献很大。VOCs是一系列在20°C下蒸气压>0. 01 Ua的挥发性有机化合物,Eitzer研究发现,大多数VOCs在厌氧堆肥过程的早期释放, 如在倾卸台、粉碎机和初始活化堆肥区域。我国城市生活垃圾年清运量约为1.4亿吨,除了少部分焚烧、堆肥和回收利用外,其中90%以上被运到垃圾填埋场进行处理。垃圾在填埋场的堆放、装卸、平铺、压实过程中,由于其中有机物的腐烂分解,不可避免得产生恶臭污染。
目前国内外常用的方法有吸附法、燃烧法、高能离子法以及生物法。吸附法包括酸碱药水洗涤以及活性炭吸附,前者需要消耗大量化学药剂,后者则易堵塞,更换频繁,维护费用较高;燃烧法适合于高浓度、高热值的有机废气,在一般的除臭工程上很少应用;高能离子法产生的臭氧直接排放,有可能会危害环境安全,而且其产生的离子有强氧化作用,对设备有腐蚀作用,而且对人身体也有一定伤害;生物法包括生物滤塔,还有生物除臭剂,一般成本较低,前者需要调试时间,后者则需要较复杂的培养条件,才有高效的除臭效果。所以,针对恶臭气体的处理,必须寻找一个成本低,高效率,适应广的方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种价格低廉、效率高并且适应范围非常广的固体垃圾清理用细菌活性剂褐藻除臭剂。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种固体垃圾清理用细菌活性剂褐藻除臭剂,所述固体垃圾清理用细菌活性剂褐藻除臭剂由微生物菌剂、植物提取物、藻类提取物、细菌活化剂和水组成;
所述微生物菌剂包括15%-35%的植物乳杆菌,15%-35%的啤酒酵母,2%-6%的双歧杆菌,2%-6%的硝化细菌和3%-5%的放线菌;
所述植物提取物包括5%-15%的柠檬提取物、4%-15%的鱼腥草提取物和3%-8%的柠檬提取物;
所述藻类提取物为0.5-2.5%的褐藻破壁提取物;
以上百分比均为质量百分比。

具体实施方式
本发明固体垃圾清理用细菌活性剂褐藻除臭剂的配方包括具体如下:
所述固体垃圾清理用细菌活性剂褐藻除臭剂由微生物菌剂、植物提取物、藻类提取物、细菌活化剂和水组成;
所述微生物菌剂包括15%-35%的植物乳杆菌,15%-35%的啤酒酵母,2%-6%的双歧杆菌,2%-6%的硝化细菌和3%-5%的放线菌;
所述植物提取物包括5%-15%的柠檬提取物、4%-15%的鱼腥草提取物和3%-8%的柠檬提取物;
所述藻类提取物为0.5-2.5%的褐藻破壁提取物;
以上百分比均为质量百分比;
固体垃圾清理用细菌活性剂褐藻除臭剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)扩繁培养
将微生物菌剂中的菌种按照种类分别接种于多个液体培养基中,在25℃-35℃条件下培养;在24h之后分别检查菌种的活菌数,然后按照比例混合得到微生物菌剂;
(2)二次发酵
将微生物菌剂接种在糖蜜培养基上,在25℃-35℃条件下密封培养2周,然后将PH值调至3-4后便得到除臭剂成分;糖蜜培养基包括糖蜜与水,所述微生物菌剂占3%-5%,糖蜜占比10%-15%,其中均为水;
(3)混合
将15-20份植物提取物、5-10份藻类提取物、1-3份细菌活化剂和900-950份的水混合得到提取物混合物,将上述步骤(2)得到的除臭剂成分与该提取物混合物按照1.5:1的质量比混合得到生物除臭剂。
本发明固体垃圾清理用细菌活性剂褐藻除臭剂有效活菌数高,除臭率达96%以上,效果显著。用本发明固体垃圾清理用细菌活性剂褐藻除臭剂在广东省进行了试验,试验地为面积为1千平方米的生活垃圾,经过15天发酵除臭,臭味降低了85%;25天后,达到无臭味;经检测,污泥堆表面有效活菌数约为1亿个/g,30厘米深处的有效活菌数约为3000万个/g,50厘米以下深的有效活菌数为500-800万个/g。

1.一种固体垃圾清理用细菌活性剂褐藻除臭剂,其特征在于所述固体垃圾清理用细菌活性剂褐藻除臭剂是由微生物菌剂、植物提取物、藻类提取物、细菌活化剂和水组成;
所述微生物菌剂包括15%-35%的植物乳杆菌,15%-35%的啤酒酵母,2%-6%的双歧杆菌,2%-6%的硝化细菌和3%-5%的放线菌;
所述植物提取物包括5%-15%的柠檬提取物、4%-15%的鱼腥草提取物和3%-8%的柠檬提取物;
所述藻类提取物为0.5-2.5%的褐藻破壁提取物;
以上百分比均为质量百分比。
