[0001] 本发明涉及建筑筋材拉拔试验技术领域,具体是一种考虑弯剪应力影响的FRP筋偏心拉拔试验装置及方法。
背景技术
[0002] 在高腐蚀性环境下,利用纤维增强复合材料筋(FRP筋)替代传统的易锈蚀钢筋,将会大幅提高混凝土结构的耐久性能,延长混凝土结构的服役年限,从而实现结构全寿命周期成本的最小化。FRP筋与混凝土之间的有效粘结是保证其与混凝土协同工作、共同受力的关键因素。FRP筋的表面形貌特性与普通钢筋不同,其与混凝土之间的粘结性能需要大量的理论和试验研究。
[0003]目前,国内外针对筋材与混凝土界面粘结性能最常用的测试方法为中心拉拔试验。中心拉拔试验的试件制作及试验装置比较简单,试验结果便于分析,而且对FRP筋外形特征的变化也比较敏感,因此中心拉拔试验长期以来用作对筋材粘结性能进行研究的基本试验方法。然而,中心拉拔试验中,混凝土处于受压的应力状态,与实际结构中混凝土所处的应力状态有明显差异。在实际房屋结构和桥梁结构中,FRP筋代替钢筋作为梁底受拉筋,其周围混凝土处于弯曲拉应力和剪力的共同作用下。这使得中心拉拔的测试结果不能很好的反应实际情况,具有一定的局限性。
[0004] 针对上述中心拉拔试验中的缺陷,有学者提出了采用梁式拉拔试验。但是,梁式拉拔试验加载装置复杂,试件制作复杂,测试效率不高。而且,在梁下弯挠曲的过程中,FRP筋的加载端、自由端存在一个转动,严重影响滑移值的精确测量。另外,筋材拉拔力需要通过换算公式得出,不够直观和精确。而且,由于需要在纯弯端内置一个钢制绞,当试验研究FRP筋与混凝土界面粘结耐久性能,需要将试件放置在加速腐蚀性环境中时,钢制绞的防腐蚀处理也是一个难题。
[0005]由上可知,在研究FRP筋与混凝土的粘结性能试验中,现有试验方法存在上述诸多现实问题,阻碍了 FRP筋与混凝土粘结性能的研究。因此,研制既能方便高效、又能考虑到混凝土的实际应力状态的拉拔试验装置具有重要的应用价值,能够有效推进FRP筋作为梁底受拉筋在混凝土结构中的应用。
发明内容
[0006] 发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种考虑弯剪应力影响的FRP筋偏心拉拔试验装置及方法。
[0007] 技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本发明的一种考虑弯剪应力影响的FRP筋偏心拉拔试验装置,包括外框,外框内设置有混凝土块,混凝土块内自上而下穿有FRP筋,FRP筋上端连接自由端位移计;外框的底板下方通过多根螺杆连接万能试验机平台,在万能试验机平台上设置有拉拔力测试荷载传感器,FRP筋的下端穿过该拉拔力测试荷载传感器后,被万能试验机夹头夹持,万能试验机夹头连接加载端位移计;外框一侧设有托架,在托架上设有千斤顶,千斤顶的活塞杆通过连接螺杆连接测试水平力的荷载传感器,测试水平力的荷载传感器连接加载棒,加载棒与混凝土块侧面连接,混凝土块另一侧与外框连接。
[0008] 其中,混凝土块另一侧通过一组支座柱与外框内侧连接。
[0009] 其中,加载棒由两根圆钢棒组成,其中一根两端都带有螺纹,另一根中部有内螺纹,两根圆钢棒呈T型连接,中部有内螺纹的圆钢棒作用于混凝土块,两端都带有螺纹圆钢棒另一端连接测试水平力的荷载传感器。
[0010] 其中,在混凝土块与底板之间设有定位安装用临时钢棒与反力钢棒,临时钢棒用于架设混凝土块时起到稳定作用,当开始进行拉拔实验时撤除,反力钢棒作为混凝土块在下方的支撑点,使混凝土块能够绕其在一定范围内转动。
[0011] 其中,螺杆可调节长度,在试验机开始拉拔前,四根螺杆起到支撑钢制反力架系统的作用,当开始试验时,调短螺杆的长度,外框由拉拔力测试荷载传感器支撑。
[0012] 其中,FRP筋与万能试验机夹头连接的端部包裹有铝片。
[0013] 其中,支座柱的端部焊接一个圆钢棒,形成可转动支座,支座柱的端部并排焊接两根圆钢棒形成一个不可转动支座,为混凝土块在水平弯剪力作用下可以发生微小的转动。
[0014] —种考虑弯剪应力影响的FRP筋偏心拉拔试验方法,包括以下步骤:
[0015] (I)浇筑混凝土块试件;浇筑时,FRP筋与混凝土块的非粘结段采用PVC套管隔离;
[0016] (2)在万能试验机顶板依次放置钢垫板、荷载传感器和外框,此时外框与荷载传感器脱开,外框通过与底板连接的螺杆支撑于万能试验机顶板上;
[0017] (3)将混凝土块安置进外框内,FRP筋下端依次穿过外框的底板、荷载传感器、钢垫板、万能试验机顶板,另一端穿过钢制反力架顶部,在混凝土块与底板间放置临时钢棒和反力钢棒;
[0018] (4)在外框侧面设置托架,在钢制托架上安放并依次组装千斤顶、连接螺杆、荷载传感器、加载棒,加载棒与混凝土块的侧面接触;
[0019] (5)通过千斤顶对混凝土块施加一个初始预紧力,然后撤除临时钢棒;
[0020] (6)通过千斤顶对偏心混凝土块施加指定的荷载值;
[0021] ⑵调整外框的位置,保证FRP筋在万能试验机的拉力轴线上,避免偏心;
[0022] (8)拧动调整各个螺杆,使得底板与荷载传感器接触,在接触后,继续拧动螺杆使其脱离万能试验机顶板一定距离;
[0023] ⑶安装自由端位移计和加载端位移计,将加载端FRP筋用铝片包裹并用试验机夹头夹持;然后,将自由端位移计、荷载传感器和加载端位移计与数据采集仪连接,设定万能试验机加载速度,开始测试。
[0024] 有益效果:本发明的一种考虑弯剪应力影响的FRP筋偏心拉拔试验装置及方法,与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:
[0025] (I)在保有中心拉拔试验试件制作方便、试验装置简单等优点的基础上,本发明使得在试验过程中FRP筋的受力与实际工程中FRP筋的受力情况相吻合,拉拔试验结果更有说服力;
[0026] (2)相比于梁式拉拔试验,本试验装置简单高效,拉拔力和加载端、自由端滑移值测量准确,混凝土块的制作简单,不需要额外制作钢绞,混凝土块可以直接放置在加速腐蚀性环境中,可以开展FRP筋与混凝土界面粘结的耐久性试验;
[0027] (3)试验中混凝土块体中耦合的弯剪应力可以根据需要调节,能够测试不同弯剪应力水平下的粘结性能。

具体实施方式
[0037]下面结合附图对本发明作更进一步的说明。
[0038]如图1所示,本发明的一种考虑弯剪应力影响的FRP筋偏心拉拔试验装置,包括钢制反力架系统、弯剪应力施加系统、以及拉拔力和筋材滑移测量系统;如图2所示,钢制反力架系统包括矩形的钢制外框1、底板2、螺杆3、钢制托架4。如图7所示,弯剪应力施加系统由钢制T型的加载棒5,测试水平力的荷载传感器6,连接螺杆7和千斤顶8依次连接组成并放置在托架4上,用于对混凝土块17施加水平力,从而使得混凝土块17内产生弯剪应力,用于模拟实际情况。如图1所示,拉拔力和筋材滑移测量系统由内置于外框I内的混凝土块17、自由端位移计12、加载端位移计14、拉拔力测试荷载传感器13以及万能试验机夹头16组成。
[0039]如图1所示,在混凝土块17与钢制反力架底板2之间设置有定位安装用临时钢棒9与反力钢棒10。其中临时钢棒9用于架设混凝土块17时起到稳定作用,当开始进行拉拔实验时撤除。反力钢棒1为混凝土块体提供一个微小的转动空间。
[0040]如图2,3,6所示,螺杆3可伸缩,在试验机开始拉拔前,四根螺杆3起到支撑外框I的作用。当开始试验时,调短螺杆3的长度,外框I由拉拔力测试荷载传感器13支撑。
[0041]如图1所示,因为FRP筋的横向抗剪强度弱,为了防止被试验机夹头咬断,FRP筋18与万能试验机夹头16连接的端部包裹有薄铝片20,也可以采用钢管外套筒套在FRP筋18端部后再用万能试验机夹头16夹住。
[0042] 如图2、4、5所示,支座柱21的端部焊接一个圆钢棒24,形成可转动支座,支座柱25的端部并排焊接两根圆钢棒23形成一个不可转动支座,形成类似混凝土梁的简支加载形式,使得混凝土块14在水平弯剪力作用下可以发生微小的转动。
[0043] —根圆钢棒与混凝土块表面接触时,是铰接支座,两根并排放置时是两点接触,相当于平面接触。铰接触时,可以转动,面接触不可以转动。
[0044] 如图2和图4所示,在钢制矩形外框I与支座柱21、25间设置有一块钢板22用于提高外框I的刚度。
[0045]如图7所示,加载棒5由两根圆钢棒组成,其中一根两端都带有螺纹,另一根中部有内螺纹,两根圆钢棒T型连接,中部有内螺纹的圆钢棒作用于混凝土块17,两端都带有螺纹圆钢棒另一端连接测试水平力的荷载传感器6。连接螺杆7的两端都带螺纹,分别与千斤顶8和测试水平力的荷载传感器6连接。
[0046] 如图8所示,混凝土块17内配置的钢筋27,用于防止混凝土块脆性破坏。图8所示为混凝土块所处的实际受力状态,FRP筋18处于拉拔力和弯剪力的共同作用下。
[0047] 本发明还提供一种考虑弯剪应力影响的FRP筋偏心拉拔试验方法,包括以下步骤:
[0048] (I)浇筑混凝土块17试件;浇筑时,FRP筋18与混凝土块17的非粘结段采用PVC套管19隔离;
[0049] (2)在万能试验机顶板15依次放置钢垫板11、荷载传感器13和外框1,此时外框I与荷载传感器13脱开,外框I通过与底板2连接的螺杆3支撑于万能试验机顶板15上,钢垫板11用于增大载荷传感器13与万能试验机顶板15之间的接触面积;
[0050] (3)将混凝土块17安置进外框I内,FRP筋18下端依次穿过外框I的底板2、荷载传感器13、钢垫板11、万能试验机顶板15,另一端穿过钢制反力架顶部,在混凝土块17与底板2间放置临时钢棒9和反力钢棒10;
[0051] (4)在外框I侧面焊接托架4,在钢制托架4上安放并依次组装千斤顶8、连接螺杆7、荷载传感器6、加载棒5,加载棒5与混凝土块17的侧面接触;
[0052] (5)通过千斤顶8对混凝土块17施加一个初始预紧力,然后,撤除临时钢棒9;
[0053] (6)通过千斤顶8对偏心混凝土块17施加指定的荷载值;
[0054] ⑵调整外框I的位置,保证FRP筋18在万能试验机的拉力轴线上,避免偏心;
[0055] ⑶拧动调整各个螺杆3,使得底,2与荷载传感器13接触,在接触后,继续拧动螺杆3使其脱离万能试验机顶板15—定距离;
[0056] ⑶安装自由端位移计12和加载端位移计14,将加载端FRP筋18用铝片20包裹并用试验机夹头16夹持;然后,将自由端位移计12、荷载传感器13和加载端位移计14与数据采集仪连接,设定万能试验机加载速度,开始测试。
[0057]以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出:对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (8)
1.一种考虑弯剪应力影响的FRP筋偏心拉拔试验装置,其特征在于:包括外框(I),外框(I)内设置有混凝土块(17),混凝土块(17)内自上而下穿有FRP筋(18),FRP筋(18)上端连接自由端位移计(12);外框⑴的底板⑵下方通过多根螺杆⑶连接万能试验机平台(15),在万能试验机平台(15)上设置有拉拔力测试荷载传感器(13),FRP筋(18)的下端穿过该拉拔力测试荷载传感器(13)后,被万能试验机夹头(16)夹持,万能试验机夹头(16)连接加载端位移计(14);外框⑴一侧设有托架⑷,在托架⑷上设有千斤顶⑶,千斤顶⑶的活塞杆通过连接螺杆(7)连接测试水平力的荷载传感器(6),测试水平力的荷载传感器(6)连接加载棒(5),加载棒(5)与混凝土块(17)侧面连接,混凝土块(17)另一侧与外框(I)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的考虑弯剪应力影响的FRP筋偏心拉拔试验装置,其特征在于:其中,混凝土块(17)另一侧通过一组支座柱(21、25)与外框(I)内侧连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的考虑弯剪应力影响的FRP筋偏心拉拔试验装置,其特征在于:其中,加载棒(5)由两根圆钢棒组成,其中一根两端都带有螺纹,另一根中部有内螺纹,两根圆钢棒呈T型连接,中部有内螺纹的圆钢棒作用于混凝土块(17),两端都带有螺纹圆钢棒另一端连接测试水平力的荷载传感器(6)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的考虑弯剪应力影响的FRP筋偏心拉拔试验装置,其特征在于:其中,在混凝土块(17)与底板(2)之间设有定位安装用临时钢棒(9)与反力钢棒(10),临时钢棒(9)用于架设混凝土块(17)时起到稳定作用,当开始进行拉拔实验时撤除,反力钢棒(10)作为混凝土块(17)在下方的支撑点,使混凝土块(17)能够绕其在一定范围内转动。
5.根据权利要求1所述的考虑弯剪应力影响的FRP筋偏心拉拔试验装置,其特征在于:其中,螺杆(3)可调节长度,在试验机开始拉拔前,四根螺杆⑶起到支撑钢制反力架系统的作用,当开始试验时,调短螺杆(3)的长度,外框(I)由拉拔力测试荷载传感器(13)支撑。
6.根据权利要求1所述的考虑弯剪应力影响的FRP筋偏心拉拔试验装置,其特征在于:其中,FRP筋(18)与万能试验机夹头(16)连接的端部包裹有薄铝片(20)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的考虑弯剪应力影响的FRP筋偏心拉拔试验装置,其特征在于:其中,支座柱(21)的端部焊接一个圆钢棒(24),形成可转动支座,支座柱(25)的端部并排焊接两根圆钢棒(23)形成一个不可转动支座。
8.一种考虑弯剪应力影响的FRP筋偏心拉拔试验方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤: (1)浇筑混凝土块(17)试件;浇筑时,FRP筋(18)与混凝土块(17)的非粘结段采用PVC套管(19)隔呙; (2)在万能试验机顶板(15)依次放置钢垫板(11)、荷载传感器(13)和外框⑴,此时外框⑴与荷载传感器(13)脱开,外框⑴通过与底板⑵连接的螺杆⑶支撑于万能试验机顶板(15)上; ⑶将混凝土块(17)安置进外框⑴内,FRP筋(18)下端依次穿过外框⑴的底板⑵、荷载传感器(13)、钢垫板(11)、万能试验机顶板(15),另一端穿过钢制反力架顶部,在混凝土块(17)与底板(2)间放置临时钢棒⑶和反力钢棒(10); ⑷在外框⑴侧面设置托架⑷,在钢制托架⑷上安放并依次组装千斤顶⑶、连接螺杆⑵、荷载传感器(6)、加载棒⑶,加载棒⑶与混凝土块(17)的侧面接触; ⑶通过千斤顶⑶对混凝土块(17)施加一个初始预紧力,然后,撤除临时钢棒(9); (6)通过千斤顶⑶对偏心混凝土块(17)施加指定的荷载值; ⑵调整外框⑴的位置,保证FRP筋(18)在万能试验机的拉力轴线上,避免偏心; (8)拧动调整各个螺杆(3),使得底板(2)与荷载传感器(13)接触,在接触后,继续拧动螺杆(3)使其脱离万能试验机顶板(15) —定距离; ⑶安装自由端位移计(12)和加载端位移计(14),将加载端FRP筋(18)用铝片(20)包裹并用试验机夹头(16)夹持;然后,将自由端位移计(12)、荷载传感器(13)和加载端位移计(14)与数据采集仪连接,设定万能试验机加载速度,开始测试。
