背景技术

[0002] 网状泡沫塑料已大量用于能源、机械、电子、通讯等机柜通风口; 一方面确保设备通风,另一方面又要起阻滞异物和尘灰的作用。

[0003]目前常用的聚氨酯网状泡沫塑料是没有防霉性的,如果长时间没有维护或出现潮湿的情况下,其表面就不可避免的因微生物积聚生长而出现发霉现象,最终严重影响其通风性能。为了解决这一问题,我们通过研究和试验,成功在工艺配方中引入抗菌母料的方法,最终实现了该产品具有了抑制微生物生长的效果。

[0004] 虽然,该工艺是在我公司原来的网状聚氨酯泡沫塑料的技术基础上展开的,然而,网状聚氨酯泡沫工艺是一个复杂的化学过程,并不是简单地增加一个组份就可以实现,当原料组份发生变化时其原来工艺的化学反应平衡必然会遭到破坏,一方面在能否找到新的平衡配方方案存在风险;另一方面即使最终能找到新的化学平衡点其实也完全属于一个全新的配方工艺方案,而且由于抗菌母料本身是无机固体颗粒要加入聚氨酯液态反应体系中是非常困难的,是会对均均性、泡孔稳定性、工艺可行性造成很大的破坏性影响的,要经过大量的分析试验才能完成的。

[0005] 为解决现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供了一种能防止发霉、符合环保及阻燃要求的防霉型聚氨酯网状泡沫塑料及其制备工艺。

[0006] 本发明所述防霉型聚氨酯网状泡沫塑料,其包括如下重量份的原料:分子量为3000的聚醚多元醇化合物65〜70份、分子量为1000的聚醚多元醇化合物30~35份、甲苯二异氰酸酯50~55份、有机硅泡沫稳定剂4~5份、水2~4份、二氯甲烷辅助发泡剂4~5份、多聚磷酸铵阻燃添加剂13~15份、氯化聚磷酸酯阻燃添加剂5~7份、氯代磷酸酯阻燃添加剂6~8份、乙二醇交联剂1~1.5份、C-225催化剂0.1~1份、细粉状抗菌母料5~6份、着色剂1~5份。

一、采用普通连续水平合成工艺生产线,先将细粉状抗菌母料和聚醚多元醇预混在一起进行初步搅拌,让其得到充分浸润,然后用研磨机进反复研磨至少两遍,让其充分地均匀地混合聚醚多元醇中,再将上述混合原料和其它原料分别储存在连续水平合成标准装置的恒温贮料罐中,调整温度并使得原料内部温度保持一致;

二、按配方设定原料流量,启动设备进入循环状态;

三、启动设备为注射状态,原料开始按比例加入混合装置进行混合,并将混合料喷洒在具有侧板及底板的移动传送带腔体内室温自然反应发泡,得到具有反光膜的聚氨酯网状泡沫塑料;

四、将所述具有反光膜的聚氨酯网状泡沫塑料经过网化处理后得到只有网络骨架,没有反光膜的所述防霉型聚氨酯网状泡沫塑料。

本发明是是通过反复理论计算、配方设计、试验、分析、改进而取得的有较好安全性、有较高稳定性、有较好重复性、有可靠操作性的相对合理的原料配方,成功在工艺配方中引入抗菌母料的方法,最终实现了该产品具有了抑制微生物生长的效果,然后根据配方运用标准连续水平生产工艺生产出所述防霉型聚氨酯网状泡沫塑,产品不仅完全符合ROHS及REACH环保要求,而且阻燃性超过UL94 HF-1等级,而且在使用过程中能够防止其表面因微生物积聚生长而出现发霉现象,使用起来安全、环保、对人体无害并且美观。

一、采用普通连续水平合成工艺生产线,先将细粉状抗菌母料和聚醚多元醇预混在一起进行初步搅拌,让其得到充分浸润,然后用研磨机进反复研磨至少两遍,让其充分地均匀地混合聚醚多元醇中,再将上述混合原料和其它原料分别储存在连续水平合成标准装置的恒温贮料罐中,聚醚多元醇化合物的储存温度为23°C,甲苯二异氰酸酯的储存温度为18°C,并使得原料内部温度保持一致;

二、按配方设定原料流量,启动设备进入循环状态;

三、启动设备为注射状态,原料开始按比例加入混合装置进行混合,并将混合料喷洒在具有侧板(侧板表面加薄膜)及底板(底板表面加底纸)的移动传送带腔体内室温自然反应发泡,得到具有反光膜的聚氨酯网状泡沫塑料;

四、将所述具有反光膜的聚氨酯网状泡沫塑料经过网化处理后得到只有网络骨架,没有反光膜的防霉型聚氨酯网状泡沫塑料。

[0019] 本发明是是通过反复理论计算、配方设计、试验、分析、改进而取得的有较好安全性、有较高稳定性、有较好重复性、有可靠操作性的相对合理的原料配方,成功在工艺配方中引入抗菌母料的方法,最终实现了该产品具有了抑制微生物生长的效果,然后根据配方运用标准连续水平生产工艺生产出所述防霉型聚氨酯网状泡沫塑,产品不仅完全符合ROHS及REACH环保要求,而且阻燃性超过UL94 HF-1等级,而且在使用过程中能够防止其表面因微生物积聚生长而出现发霉现象,使用起来安全、环保、对人体无害并且美观。

Claims (5)

1.一种防霉型聚氨酯网状泡沫塑料,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的原料:分子量为3000的聚醚多元醇化合物65〜70份、分子量为1000的聚醚多元醇化合物30~35份、甲苯二异氰酸酯50~55份、有机硅泡沫稳定剂4~5份、水2~4份、二氯甲烷辅助发泡剂4~5份、多聚磷酸铵阻燃添加剂13~15份、氯化聚磷酸酯阻燃添加剂5~7份、氯代磷酸酯阻燃添加剂6~8份、乙二醇交联剂1~1.5份、C-225催化剂0.1~1份、细粉状抗菌母料5~6份、着色剂1~5份。
2.如权利要求1所述的防霉型聚氨酯网状泡沫塑料,其特征在于:包括如下重量份的原料:分子量为3000的聚醚多元醇化合物67份、分子量为1000的聚醚多元醇化合物33份、甲苯二异氰酸酯53份、有机硅泡沫稳定剂4.4份、水3份、二氯甲烷辅助发泡剂4.4份、多聚磷酸铵阻燃添加剂14份、氯化聚磷酸酯阻燃添加剂6份、氯代磷酸酯阻燃添加剂7份、乙二醇交联剂1.2份、C-225催化剂0.5份、细粉状抗菌母料5.8份、着色剂3份。
3.—种制备权利要求1~2所述防霉型聚氨酯网状泡沫塑料的工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤: 一、采用普通连续水平合成工艺生产线,先将细粉状抗菌母料和聚醚多元醇预混在一起进行初步搅拌,让其得到充分浸润,然后用研磨机进反复研磨至少两遍,让其充分地均匀地混合聚醚多元醇中,再将上述混合原料和其它原料分别储存在连续水平合成标准装置的恒温贮料罐中,调整温度并使得原料内部温度保持一致; 二、按配方设定原料流量,启动设备进入循环状态; 三、启动设备为注射状态,原料开始按比例加入混合装置进行混合,并将混合料喷洒在具有侧板及底板的移动传送带腔体内室温自然反应发泡,得到具有反光膜的聚氨酯网状泡沫塑料; 四、将所述具有反光膜的聚氨酯网状泡沫塑料经过网化处理后得到只有网络骨架,没有反光膜的所述防霉型聚氨酯网状泡沫塑料。
4.如权利要求3所述制备防霉型聚氨酯网状泡沫塑料的工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:所述聚醚多元醇化合物的储存温度为23〜24°C,所述甲苯二异氰酸酯的储存温度为23~24。。。
5.如权利要求4所述制备防霉型聚氨酯网状泡沫塑料的工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:所述聚醚多元醇化合物的储存温度为23.5°C,所述甲苯二异氰酸酯的储存温度为23.5Γ。
