Abstract

本发明公开了一种水净化剂,主要由以下重量份的组分制成:麦饭石粉,N‑羧乙基壳聚糖,葡萄糖酸亚铁,阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺,腐植酸钠,硒粉,硫酸铜,活性炭,大米粉和植物提取液。本发明还提供了一种制备水净化剂的方法,主要包括以下步骤:(1)称样;(2)配制糊状样;(3)压制成型。本发明制得的一种水净化剂,由于在该净化剂中加入了聚酰亚胺、麦饭石粉、N‑羧乙基壳聚糖和植物提取液,使制得的材料具备非常好的水净化处理性能,同时,还具备抗菌灭菌功能。

一种水净化剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及环保领域,尤其涉及一种水净化剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,世界上仍然有很多拥有庞大数量人口的国家的人民居住在卫生饮用水严重缺乏的地方。那里的人们不得不长途跋涉寻找水源,甚至直接饮用已经被污染的水源,比如河流和池塘等。
然而,上述水源往往已经被生活污水和工业垃圾等污染,这类水体中存在大量重金属物质不易去除,长期饮用容易引发诸多潜在的健康危害,大范围的影响国民身体健康。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种水净化剂及其制备方法,以解决上述技术问题。
本发明的第一目的是提供一种水净化剂,上述目的通过以下技术方案得以实现:一种水净化剂,用于净化经过二级处理的污水出水,主要由以下重量份的组分制成:麦饭石粉 70~75份,N-羧乙基壳聚糖 40~55份,葡萄糖酸亚铁10~30份,阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺70~75份,腐植酸钠5~10份,硒粉 1~3份,硫酸铜 4~10份, 活性炭5~7份,大米粉5~8份,植物提取液20~25份。
优选地,所述聚丙烯酰胺的平均分子量为150万~210万。
进一步地,所述水净化剂中还包括八甲基环四硅氧烷。
进一步地,所述水净化剂中还包括蒙脱石粉和电气石粉的混合粉末,其中,蒙脱石粉和电气石粉按照重量份比为2:1~1.5。
进一步地,所述植物提取液是由芦荟、石榴、金菊、艾草、薄荷、莪术的混合物提取而成的。
本发明的第二目的是提供一种水净化剂的制备方法,上述目的通过以下技术方案得以实现:一种水净化剂的制备方法,主要包括以下步骤:
(1)称样:称取麦饭石粉70~75份、N-羧乙基壳聚糖40~55份、葡萄糖酸亚铁10~30份、阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺70~75份、腐植酸钠5~10份、硒粉1~3份、硫酸铜4~10份、活性炭5~7份、大米粉5~8份、植物提取液20~25份;其中,所述的植物提取液由下列重量份的植物原料煎水而得:芦荟3~5份、石榴5~8份、金菊10~12份、艾草30~50份、薄荷20~25份、莪术30~45份,煎煮过滤后,加入4%石灰粉,搅拌即可;
(2)配制糊状样:在带有搅拌功能的配制釜中加入适量水,开启搅拌,依次加入经由步骤(1)中称量好的上述组分,搅拌30分钟;
(3)压制成型:将经由步骤(2)制得的糊状样在真空条件下加热至100~110℃,采用喷雾造粒的方式最后压制成型。
相对于现有技术,本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明制得的一种水净化剂,由于在该净化剂中加入了聚酰亚胺、麦饭石粉、N-羧乙基壳聚糖和植物提取液,使制得的材料具备非常好的水净化处理性能,同时,还具备抗菌灭菌功能;
(2)本发明制得的一种水净化剂,由于加入了麦饭石粉、活性炭、硒粉和八甲基环四硅氧烷,使该净化剂具有良好的吸附水体中的重金属离子的性能,还能补充水体中的微量元素,利于人体健康;
(3)本发明提供的水净化剂的制备工艺非常简单,各个组分间的协同效应好、成本较低,易于工业化生产,利于大范围推广使用。

结合以下实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例1本实施例提供一种水净化剂,用于净化经过二级处理的污水出水,主要由以下重量份的组分制成:麦饭石粉 72.5份,N-羧乙基壳聚糖 45份,葡萄糖酸亚铁20份,阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺72.5份,腐植酸钠 8份,硒粉2份,硫酸铜6份,活性炭6份,大米粉6份,植物提取液 22.5份。
其中,本实施例所提供的所述聚丙烯酰胺的平均分子量为170万;植物提取液由下列重量份的植物原料煎水而得:芦荟3~5份、石榴5~8份、金菊10~12份、艾草30~50份、薄荷20~25份、莪术30~45份,煎煮过滤后,加入4%石灰粉,搅拌即得。
如图1所示,本实施例所提供的水净化剂的制备步骤如下:
(1)配置植物提取液:按所述配方制备植物提取液;
(2)称样:按照上述配方称取原料;
(3)配制糊状样:在带有搅拌功能的配制釜中加入适量水,开启搅拌,依次加入经由步骤(1)中称量好的上述组分,搅拌30分钟;
(4)压制成型:将经由步骤(2)制得的糊状样在真空条件下加热至100~110℃,采用喷雾造粒的方式最后压制成型。
实施例2 本实施例提供一种水净化剂,主要由以下重量份的组分制成:麦饭石粉74份,N-羧乙基壳聚糖 50份,葡萄糖酸亚铁 25份,阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺74份,腐植酸钠10份,硒粉 2.5份,硫酸铜8份,活性炭6.5份,大米粉7份,植物提取液24份;八甲基环四硅氧烷36份。
其中,本实施例所提供的所述聚丙烯酰胺的平均分子量为150万。植物提取液由下列重量份的植物原料煎水而得:芦荟3~5份、石榴5~8份、金菊10~12份、艾草30~50份、薄荷20~25份、莪术30~45份,煎煮过滤后,加入4%石灰粉,搅拌即得。
本实施例所提供的水净化剂的制备步骤如下:
(1)配置植物提取液:按所述配方制备植物提取液;
(2)称样:按照上述配方称取原料;
(3)配制糊状样:在带有搅拌功能的配制釜中加入适量水,开启搅拌,依次加入经由步骤(1)中称量好的上述组分,搅拌30分钟;
(4)压制成型:将经由步骤(2)制得的糊状样在真空条件下加热至100~110℃,采用喷雾造粒的方式最后压制成型。
实施例3 本实施例提供一种水净化剂,主要由以下重量份的组分制成:麦饭石粉70份,N-羧乙基壳聚糖55份,葡萄糖酸亚铁 10份,阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺75份,腐植酸钠10份,硒粉 1份,硫酸铜4份, 活性炭7份,大米粉8份,植物提取液25份;八甲基环四硅氧烷 20份;蒙脱石粉 5份;电气石粉 2.5份。
其中,本实施例所提供的所述聚丙烯酰胺的平均分子量为210万。植物提取液由下列重量份的植物原料煎水而得:芦荟3~5份、石榴5~8份、金菊10~12份、艾草30~50份、薄荷20~25份、莪术30~45份,煎煮过滤后,加入4%石灰粉,搅拌即得。
本实施例所提供的水净化剂的制备步骤如下:
(1)配置植物提取液:按所述配方制备植物提取液;
(2)将蒙脱石粉和电气石粉预拌成均匀混合粉末;
(3)称样:按照上述配方称取原料;
(4)配制糊状样:在带有搅拌功能的配制釜中加入适量水,开启搅拌,依次加入经由步骤(1)中称量好的上述组分,搅拌30分钟;
(5)压制成型:将经由步骤(2)制得的糊状样在真空条件下加热至100~110℃,采用喷雾造粒的方式最后压制成型。
实施例4 本实施例提供一种水净化剂,主要由以下重量份的组分制成:麦饭石粉75份,N-羧乙基壳聚糖 40份,葡萄糖酸亚铁 30份,阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺70份,腐植酸钠 5份,硒粉 3份,硫酸铜10份, 活性炭5份,大米粉 5份,植物提取液 20份;八甲基环四硅氧烷25份;蒙脱石粉 4.5份;电气石粉3份。
其中,本实施例所提供的所述聚丙烯酰胺的平均分子量为180万。
其中,所述的植物提取液由下列重量份的植物原料煎水而得:芦荟3~5份、石榴5~8份、金菊10~12份、艾草30~50份、薄荷20~25份、莪术30~45份,煎煮过滤后,加入4%石灰粉,搅拌即得。
本实施例所提供的水净化剂的制备步骤如下:
(1)配置植物提取液:按所述配方制备植物提取液;
(2)将蒙脱石粉和电气石粉预拌成均匀混合粉末;
(3)称样:按照上述配方称取原料;
(4)配制糊状样:在带有搅拌功能的配制釜中加入适量水,开启搅拌,依次加入经由步骤(1)中称量好的上述组分,搅拌30分钟;
(5)压制成型:将经由步骤(2)制得的糊状样在真空条件下加热至100~110℃,采用喷雾造粒的方式最后压制成型。
试验例 制得的水净化剂的性能测试结果。
采用制备而成的水净化剂对含有重金属的水体进行处理,分别取0.5ppm和1.0ppm的铅、砷、汞离子水样100 ml在其中投放水净化剂,稍作振动后静置20 min,检测水净化剂对上述水样的各个重金属离子的去除率。结果如下表所示。
如表中处理结果数据显示,采用本发明的制备方法制备而成的水净化剂对铅、砷和汞具有显著的去除效果。

1.一种水净化剂,用于净化经过二级处理的污水出水,其特征在于,主要由以下重量份的组分制成:麦饭石粉 70~75份,N-羧乙基壳聚糖 40~55份,葡萄糖酸亚铁 10~30份,阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺 70~75份,腐植酸钠 5~10份,硒粉1~3份,硫酸铜 4~10份,活性炭5~7份,大米粉 5~8份,植物提取液20~25份。
2.如权利要求1所述的水净化剂,其特征在于,该净水剂中各构成组分的重量份数为:麦饭石粉72.5份,N-羧乙基壳聚糖 45份,葡萄糖酸亚铁20份,阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺72.5份,腐植酸钠8份,硒粉2份,硫酸铜 6份,活性炭6份,大米粉6份,植物提取液22.5份。
3.如权利要求1所述的水净化剂,其特征在于,该净水剂中各构成组分的重量份数为:麦饭石粉74份,N-羧乙基壳聚糖50份,葡萄糖酸亚铁25份,阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺74份,
腐植酸钠10份,硒粉2.5份,硫酸铜8份,活性炭6.5份,大米粉7份,植物提取液24份。
4.如权利要求1所述的水净化剂,其特征在于,所述聚丙烯酰胺的平均分子量为150万~210万。
5.如权利要求1所述的水净化剂,其特征在于,所述水净化剂中还包括八甲基环四硅氧烷。
6.如权利要求1所述的水净化剂,其特征在于,所述水净化剂中还包括蒙脱石粉和电气石粉的混合粉末,其中,蒙脱石粉和电气石粉按照重量份比为2:1~1.5。
7.如权利要求1所述的水净化剂,其特征在于,所述植物提取液是由芦荟、石榴、金菊、艾草、薄荷、莪术的混合物提取而成的。
8.一种制备如权利要求1~6任一项所述的水净化剂的方法,其特征在于,主要包括以下步骤:
(1)称样:称取麦饭石粉70~75份、N-羧乙基壳聚糖40~55份、葡萄糖酸亚铁10~30份、阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺70~75份、腐植酸钠5~10份、硒粉1~3份、硫酸铜4~10份、活性炭5~7份、大米粉5~8份、植物提取液20~25份;其中,所述的植物提取液由下列重量份的植物原料煎水而得:芦荟3~5份、石榴5~8份、金菊10~12份、艾草30~50份、薄荷20~25份、莪术30~45份,煎煮过滤后,加入4%石灰粉,搅拌即可;
(2)配制糊状样:在带有搅拌功能的配制釜中加入适量水,开启搅拌,依次加入经由步骤(1)中称量好的上述组分,搅拌30分钟;
(3)压制成型:将经由步骤(2)制得的糊状样在真空条件下加热至100~110℃,采用喷雾造粒的方式最后压制成型。
