Abstract
The invention provides a radio station host installation device and an automobile, relates to the technical field of automobile manufacturing, and solves the problems that the existing fixing structure cannot guarantee stable fixing of a radio station host and does not influence disassembly and assembly of the radio station host and arrangement of other components. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings and the specific embodiments thereof in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the present invention provides a station host installation apparatus, including: tray 3 and station host fixing unit 5. Wherein the tray 3 supports the station host 1; the station host fixing unit 5 fixes the tray 3; the station main unit fixing unit 5 is fixed with the right front side member 4 through the front floor 2.
Specifically, the station host 1 is mounted on a tray 3, and the tray 3 is fixed to the station host fixing unit 5. The tray 3 is mounted on the station mainframe fixing unit 5, so that the putting in and taking out of the station mainframe 1 are not affected. Further, the station host fixing unit 5 includes: a mounting plate 6, a mounting bracket 7, a mounting nut plate 8 and a mounting nut 9. Further, the mounting bracket 7 is provided with a bolt hole; the mounting bolts 10 are fixed to the mounting nuts 11 through bolt holes, and fix the mounting bracket 7 to the front floor panel 2 and the right front side member 4. The edge of the mounting bracket 7 is bent downwards, and the bolt holes formed in the edge of the mounting bracket 7 can be matched with the assembly nuts 11, so that the mounting bracket 7 is fixed with the front floor 2 and the right front longitudinal beam 4, the strength of the right front longitudinal beam 4 is higher, and the mounting bracket 7 can be connected with a sufficient strength.
In addition, the height of the mounting bracket 7 should not be too low so as to ensure that the tray 3 has a certain safety distance from the assembly bolts 10, and interference is avoided.
Specifically, in order to mount the mounting bolts 10, tool through holes are formed in positions of the mounting plates 6 corresponding to the bolt holes, so that normal use of the mounting tools is satisfied. The mounting tool can be arranged above the station host fixing unit 5, and the mounting bolts 10 on the mounting bracket 7 can be fixed through the tool through holes of the mounting plate 6.
There are two types of fastening of the fitting nut 11. In the first form, the fitting nut 11 is fixed to the right front side member 4 and the front floor panel 2, and penetrates the front floor panel 2. The assembly nuts 11 are firstly rivet-riveted on the front floor 2 and the right front longitudinal beam 4, so that the front floor 2 and the right front longitudinal beam 4 are respectively fixed. The assembly bolts 10 are directly fixed with the assembly nuts 11 through bolt holes on the mounting bracket 7. In the second form, the assembly nut 11 is fixed on the right front longitudinal beam 4, and the front floor 2 is provided with a mounting via hole corresponding to the assembly nut 11. The assembly nut 11 may be welded to the right front side member 4, and the front floor 2 may be provided with a mounting via for the assembly nut 11 to pass through.
Further, the tray 3 is fixed on the mounting nut 9 through the mounting screw 12, so that contact between the tray 3 and the mounting plate 6 is ensured to be free from any interference, and the tray 3 is more convenient to detach. The head of the mounting screw 12 is lower than the upper surface of the tray 3, so that interference between the mounting screw and the tray 3 is avoided when the station host 1 is mounted, and the station host 1 is conveniently and reliably mounted on the tray 3.
Wherein the mounting plate 6 is rectangular, the number of the mounting nut plates 8 is four, and the four mounting nut plates 8 are distributed at the four corners of the mounting plate 6 to provide powerful and uniform fixed supporting points for the tray 3.
In general, the station mainframe fixing unit 5 of the station mainframe installation device of the present invention is installed on the vehicle body through the assembly bolts 10, and the replacement of the station mainframe fixing unit 5 is convenient. In addition, the tray 3 is installed on the station host fixing unit 5 through the installation screw 12, so that the replacement of the tray 3 is facilitated, and the taking and placing of the station host 1 are not affected after the tray 3 is installed. The station host installation device is attached to the front floor 2, and normal use of other ornaments in a carriage is not affected.

a mounting plate (6) arranged adjacent to the tray (3);
the mounting bracket (7) is fixed on the lower surface of the mounting plate (6);
a mounting nut plate (8) fixed to the lower surface of the mounting plate (6);
the mounting nut (9) is arranged on the mounting nut plate (8) in a protruding manner;
the mounting bracket (7) is provided with a bolt hole;
the assembly bolts (10) are fixed with the assembly nuts (11) through the bolt holes, and the mounting bracket (7) is fixed with the front floor (2) and the right front longitudinal beam (4);
the tray (3) is fixed on the mounting nut (9) through a mounting screw (12), and the head of the mounting screw (12) is lower than the upper surface of the tray (3).
2. The station host mounting device according to claim 1, wherein the mounting plate (6) is provided with tool through holes at positions corresponding to the bolt holes.
