本发明公开了一种中药饮片截断机，包括机架、上刀、下刀和升降油缸，所述上刀和下刀在水平方向之间的间隙为剪刃侧隙，所述下刀可竖向滑动的设置在机架上，所述升降油缸驱动下刀向上移动以剪切中药饮片，所述上刀可水平纵向滑动的设置在机架上，还包括剪刃侧隙调整机构，所述剪刃侧隙调整机构包括顶杆、弹簧和传动件，所述顶杆和弹簧分别位于上刀前后侧，所述传动件作用在顶杆上以驱动上刀水平移动。本发明的有益效果：1、通过剪刃侧隙调整机构可以驱动上刀水平移动从而改变上下刀之间的剪刃侧隙，进而能够对不同厚度的中药饮片进行截断；2、剪刃侧隙调整机构结构紧凑，纵向占用空间少。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药饮片截断机。
背景技术
中药饮片在加工过程中需要对其进行截断分片，现有的截断机包括上刀和下刀，上、下刀相对运动将饮片切刀，存在的问题是：要截断不同厚度的饮片，所需的上下刀之间的剪刃间隙不同，而现有截断机的上、下刀之间的剪刃间隙无法调整，从而无法剪切不同厚度的中药饮片。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足，本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种中药饮片截断机，上下刀之间的剪刃侧隙可以改变，从而可以对不同厚度的中药饮片进行截断。
为了实现上述目的，本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现：一种中药饮片截断机，包括机架、上刀、下刀和升降油缸，所述上刀和下刀在水平方向之间的间隙为剪刃侧隙，所述下刀可竖向滑动的设置在机架上，所述升降油缸驱动下刀向上移动以剪切中药饮片，所述上刀可水平纵向滑动的设置在机架上，还包括剪刃侧隙调整机构，所述剪刃侧隙调整机构包括顶杆、弹簧和传动件，所述顶杆和弹簧分别位于上刀前后侧，所述传动件作用在顶杆上以驱动上刀水平移动。
进一步地，所述传动件包括曲柄和摆动油缸，所述摆动油缸的输出端与曲柄的中部铰接，所述曲柄的一端套于顶杆外并与顶杆螺纹连接。
进一步地，所述顶杆数量为两个，两个顶杆横向布置，所述曲柄数量也为两个，所述摆动油缸的数量为一个，所述传动件还包括连杆，所述连杆的两端分别与两个曲柄的另一端铰接。
进一步地，所述顶杆与上刀相接触的另一端为扁平部，所述机架上固定连接有套于扁平部外的套筒，所述套筒具有与扁平部相接触的扁平孔。
本发明的有益效果：
1、本发明的中药饮片截断机，通过剪刃侧隙调整机构使上刀水平移动从而改变上下刀之间的剪刃侧隙，进而能够对不同厚度的中药饮片进行截断；
2、本发明的中药饮片截断机，剪刃侧隙调整机构结构紧凑，纵向占用空间少。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解，下面结合具体实施方式，进一步阐述本发明。
请参阅图，本发明提供一种技术方案：一种中药饮片截断机100，包括机架1、上刀2、下刀3和升降油缸4，上刀2和下刀3的长度方向为横向即图1中的左右方向，中药饮片进入截断机的方向为纵向即图2中的左右方向。上刀2和下刀3在纵向上的间隙为剪刃侧隙L(参见图2)，下刀3可竖向滑动的设置在机架1上，升降油缸4驱动下刀3向上移动，中药饮片先通过输送机构送至上下刀之间，然后升降油缸4驱动下刀3向上移动，在上、下刀剪切作用下，中药饮片被截断。
为了能够调整剪刃侧隙L，上刀2可水平纵向滑动的设置在机架1上，还包括剪刃侧隙调整机构5，剪刃侧隙调整机构5包括顶杆51、弹簧52和传动件53，顶杆51和弹簧52分别位于上刀2前后侧，传动件53作用在顶杆51上以驱动上刀2水平纵向移动。顶杆51在传动件53的作用下克服弹簧52阻力水平移动从而可以改变剪刃侧隙L。
传动件53可以是直接作用下在顶杆上的气缸或是其他直线运动机构，但是直接直线作用在顶杆上的气缸等会增加设备纵向长度。本发明中的传动件53包括曲柄531和摆动油缸532，摆动油缸532的输出端与曲柄531的中部铰接，曲柄531的一端套于顶杆51外并与顶杆51螺纹连接。曲柄531在摆动油缸532作用下摆动，摆动的曲柄531通过与顶杆51之间螺纹驱动使顶杆轴向移动，摆动油缸532和曲柄531均位于横向平面内，设备整体结构紧凑，占用空间小。
顶杆51数量为两个，两个顶杆51横向布置，相应的曲柄531数量也为两个，分别与两个顶杆51相对应，两个顶杆51作用在上刀2上，上刀2受力均衡，移动平稳。摆动油缸532的数量为一个，传动件53还包括连杆533，连杆533的两端分别与两个曲柄531的另一端铰接，通过一个摆动油缸532就可以驱动两个曲柄同时摆动，进而使两个顶杆51同时同向同位驱动上刀2。
由于顶杆51与曲柄531之间螺纹连接，顶杆51存在与曲柄531同时转动的可能性，这样顶杆就无法轴向移动，为了防止顶杆51与曲柄531同时转动，顶杆51与上刀2相接触的另一端为扁平部511，扁平部511具有对称的两个锪平面，机架1上固定连接有套于扁平部511外的套筒11，套筒11具有与扁平部511相接触的扁平孔111，扁平孔111的周向轮廓与扁平部511相适应，扁平孔111的长度小于扁平部511，扁平孔111可以限制扁平部511转动，因此，顶杆51在曲柄531转动时只能轴向移动，提高了顶杆51移动的可靠性。

1.一种中药饮片截断机，包括机架、上刀、下刀和升降油缸，所述上刀和下刀在水平方向之间的间隙为剪刃侧隙，所述下刀可竖向滑动的设置在机架上，所述升降油缸驱动下刀向上移动以剪切中药饮片，其特征在于：所述上刀可水平纵向滑动的设置在机架上，还包括剪刃侧隙调整机构，所述剪刃侧隙调整机构包括顶杆、弹簧和传动件，所述顶杆和弹簧分别位于上刀前后侧，所述传动件作用在顶杆上以驱动上刀水平移动；所述传动件包括曲柄和摆动油缸，所述摆动油缸的输出端与曲柄的中部铰接，所述曲柄的一端套于顶杆外并与顶杆螺纹连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中药饮片截断机，其特征在于：所述顶杆数量为两个，两个顶杆横向布置，所述曲柄数量也为两个，所述摆动油缸的数量为一个，所述传动件还包括连杆，所述连杆的两端分别与两个曲柄的另一端铰接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的中药饮片截断机，其特征在于：所述顶杆与上刀相接触的另一端为扁平部，所述机架上固定连接有套于扁平部外的套筒，所述套筒具有与扁平部相接触的扁平孔。
