Abstract
一种高效无心磨床金刚石复合片手动推磨扶正装置,其特征是由推磨扶正手柄、活动销、压条、螺钉、前支撑块、后支撑块、前顶轴、后顶轴、弹簧、金刚石复合片组成。活动销连接手柄于压条上;前顶轴装配在前支撑块上,后顶轴为滑动顶轴,后顶轴、弹簧装配在后支撑块上;由两固定螺钉来固定前支撑块和后支撑块于压条上;向后拉动后顶轴使弹簧受压,前支撑块与后支撑块之间的空间变大,便可将数片金刚石复合片装于前顶轴与后顶轴之间。装置制作简单,操作方便,金刚石复合片磨削精度高;同时可提高生产效益,降低工人劳动强度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种无心磨床加工,尤其是一种高效无心磨床金刚石复合片手动推磨扶正装置。
背景技术
已知我厂生产的直径30毫米、长10毫米金刚石复合片的外圆磨削,均采用无心磨床外圆磨加工,其工装复杂磨削缓慢,而且只能一片片的磨;精度存在很大的偏差,很难达到磨削精度的要求;每班加工的数量也少,不能满足生产的需求。此问题一直没有好的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对目前金刚石复合片的外圆磨削,均采用无心磨床外圆磨加工,其工装复杂磨削缓慢,而且只能一片片的磨;精度存在很大的偏差,很难达到磨削精度的要求;每班加工的数量也少,不能满足生产的需求的问题,公开一种高效无心磨床金刚石复合片手动推磨扶正装置。
本发明一种高效无心磨床金刚石复合片手动推磨扶正装置,其特征是由推磨扶正手柄 、活动销、压条 、螺钉 、前支撑块、后支撑块 、前顶轴 、后顶轴 、弹簧 、金刚石复合片组成。活动销连接手柄于压条上;前顶轴装配在前支撑块上,后顶轴为滑动顶轴,后顶轴、弹簧装配在后支撑块上;由两固定螺钉来固定前支撑块和后支撑块于压条上,向后拉动后顶轴使弹簧受压,前支撑块与后支撑块之间的空间变大,便可将数片金刚石复合片装于前顶轴与后顶轴之间。
本发明一种高效无心磨床金刚石复合片手动推磨扶正装置的工作原理:当用无心磨床加工金刚石复合片时,向后拉动后顶轴使弹簧受压,前支撑块与后支撑块之间的空间变大,这时可装入数片金刚石复合片,然后松开后顶轴,弹簧受压顶紧金刚石复合片。这样就可将金刚石复合片在放在无心磨床上推磨扶正,顺利完成对金刚石复合片的磨削。
本发明高效无心磨床金刚石复合片手动推磨扶正装置的有益效果:装置制作简单,操作方便,金刚石复合片磨削精度高;同时可提高生产效益,降低工人劳动强度。

下面根据附图详细描述本发明的实施例。
由图1所示的高效无心磨床金刚石复合片手动推磨扶正装置,是由推磨扶正手柄1;活动销2; 压条3;螺钉4;前支撑块5;后支撑块6;前顶轴7;后顶轴8;弹簧9;金刚石复合片10组成。活动销2连接推磨扶正手柄1于压条3上;前顶轴7装配在前支撑块5上,后顶轴8为滑动顶轴,后顶轴8、弹簧9装配在后支撑块6上;由两固定螺钉4来固定前支撑块5和后支撑块6于压条3上,向后拉动后顶轴8使弹簧9受压,前支撑块5与后支撑块6之间的空间变大,便可将数片金刚石复合片装于前顶轴5与后顶轴6之间。
本发明一种高效无心磨床金刚石复合片手动推磨扶正装置的工作原理:当用无心磨床加工金刚石复合片时,向后拉动后顶轴8使弹簧9受压,前支撑块5与后支撑块6之间的空间变大,这时可装入数片金刚石复合片,然后松开后顶轴8,弹簧9受压顶紧金刚石复合片。这样就可将金刚石复合片10在放在无心磨床上推磨扶正,顺利完成对金刚石复合片10的磨削。

1.一种高效无心磨床金刚石复合片手动推磨扶正装置,其特征是由推磨扶正手柄 、活动销、压条 、螺钉 、前支撑块、后支撑块 、前顶轴 、后顶轴 、弹簧 、金刚石复合片组成;活动销连接手柄于压条上;前顶轴装配在前支撑块上,后顶轴为滑动顶轴,后顶轴、弹簧装配在后支撑块上;由两固定螺钉来固定前支撑块和后支撑块于压条上;向后拉动后顶轴使弹簧受压,前支撑块与后支撑块之间的空间变大,便可将数片金刚石复合片装于前顶轴与后顶轴之间。
