本发明涉及回转起重机技术领域,具体为一种防晃动回转起重机,在起吊过程中不会发生晃动,保证物品的正常吊装,回转座上安装有可伸缩吊臂和支撑可伸缩吊臂的支撑臂,可伸缩吊臂包括固定臂和多级活动臂,吊钩通过滑轮装置和吊绳设置于最后一级活动臂端部,在最后一级的活动臂底部铰接安装有支撑杆,支撑杆包括铰接安装于活动臂底部的固定支撑杆和套装于固定支撑杆内的活动支撑杆,活动支撑杆底部安装有铁块,朝向吊钩一侧,固定支撑杆与活动支撑杆上开有对应的纵向导轨槽形成可伸缩的导轨,固定支撑杆另一侧安装有升降气缸,升降气缸的活塞杆连接活动支撑杆,导轨内设置有滑块,滑块连接中间伸缩杆一端,中间伸缩杆另一端连接吊钩顶部。

[0002] 起重机是指在一定范围内垂直提升和水平搬运重物的多动作起重机械,在船舶、 建筑工地等地方是常见的设备,其中液压回转起重机是常见的,而且为了满足多种需求,还 会设置有可伸缩的吊臂,吊钩被设置于最后一级的活动臂端部,当吊钩起吊的物品较重且 吊装位置不在平衡位置时,经常会出现晃动现象,特别是一些带有液体等物品,会造成液体 飞溅,给吊装带来很大影响。
发明内容
[0003] 为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种防晃动回转起重机,在起吊过程中不会发 生晃动,保证物品的正常吊装。
[0004] 其技术方案是这样的:一种防晃动回转起重机,其包括底座,所述底座上安装有回 转座,所述回转座上安装有可伸缩吊臂和支撑所述可伸缩吊臂的支撑臂,所述可伸缩吊臂 包括固定臂和多级活动臂,吊钩通过滑轮装置和吊绳设置于最后一级所述活动臂端部,其 特征在于,在最后一级的所述活动臂底部铰接安装有支撑杆,所述支撑杆包括铰接安装于 所述活动臂底部的固定支撑杆和套装于所述固定支撑杆内的活动支撑杆,所述活动支撑杆 底部安装有铁块,所述铁块底部为平面,朝向所述吊钩一侧,所述固定支撑杆与所述活动支 撑杆上开有对应的纵向导轨槽形成可伸缩的导轨,所述固定支撑杆另一侧安装有升降气 缸,所述升降气缸的活塞杆连接所述活动支撑杆,所述导轨内设置有滑块,所述滑块连接中 间伸缩杆一端,所述中间伸缩杆另一端连接所述吊钩顶部。

[0006]采用本发明的结构后,由于固定支撑杆铰接安装于活动臂底部,可以转动,并且活 动支撑杆底部有铁块,升降气缸可以驱动活动支撑杆伸出让铁块底部紧贴地面,实现了不 管最后一级活动臂位置如何变化,始终保证支撑杆垂直设置,即导轨呈竖向布置,确保滑块 上下移动导向性,中间伸缩杆变化长度适应距离变化,从而吊钩起吊过程中由滑块在导轨 内移动实现导向限位,吊钩不会发生晃动,保证了物品的正常吊装;而中间伸缩杆采用螺杆 与螺纹套配合,调节长度方便,连接可靠,进一步保证导向准确度。

[0009]见图1,图2所示,一种防晃动回转起重机,其包括底座1,底座1上安装有回转座2, 回转座2上安装有可伸缩吊臂3和支撑可伸缩吊臂3的支撑臂4,可伸缩吊臂3包括固定臂和 多级活动臂5,吊钩6通过滑轮装置7和吊绳8设置于最后一级活动臂5端部,在最后一级的活 动臂5底部铰接安装有支撑杆,支撑杆包括铰接安装于活动臂5底部的固定支撑杆9和套装 于固定支撑杆9内的活动支撑杆10,活动支撑杆10底部安装有铁块11,铁块11底部为平面, 朝向吊钩6—侧,固定支撑杆9与活动支撑杆10上开有对应的纵向导轨槽形成可伸缩的导轨 12,固定支撑杆9另一侧安装有升降气缸13,升降气缸13的活塞杆连接活动支撑杆1〇,导轨 12内设置有滑块14,滑块14连接中间伸缩杆一端15,中间伸缩杆15另一端连接吊钩6顶部。 [0010]中间伸缩杆15包括连接滑块的螺纹套16和螺纹连接螺纹套15的螺杆17,吊钩6顶 部开有定位孔,螺杆I7穿过定位孔并通过两个锁紧螺母18在定位孔两侧进行锁紧。
