Abstract
本发明涉及一种新型圆规,是在带有刻度的标尺上套装一个标尺定位装置和一个画图、切割装置,两装置顶面均设有的螺纹通孔内连接着活动顶丝,正面上部均设有定位观察口,所述的标尺定位装置正面下部连接着开口卡环,该卡环内装有圆心定位装置,卡环臂上旋有紧固顶丝,所述的画图、切割装置正面下部一侧连接着开口卡环,另一侧连接着切割刀架,开口卡环臂上旋有紧固顶丝,卡环内装有画图笔,切割刀架上装有弧形切割刀具,侧面旋有紧固螺钉。本发明的优点是:结构合理、体积小,携带方便,操作简单,绘图精确快捷,画圆时半径不会随意改变,并能画出超大圆。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种绘图工具,具体是一种新型圆规。
背景技术
传统的圆规是由一个手柄和人字形支腿组成,上端铰接,下端可随意分开或合拢,以调整所绘圆弧半径的大小,两支腿上分别装有针尖和画笔,绘图时将针尖固定在板面上,然后转动圆规画出圆形。这种圆规虽然结构简单、造价低,但在画圆时存在的问题是:如果在画图时稍用力半径会逐渐变大,画出的圆形就会失真,另外,由于传统圆规两支腿长度有限,所以只能画较小的圆形,而且在画前还要用直尺量出半径的大小后才能画图。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有传统圆规的缺陷,提供一种操作简单、绘图精确的新型圆规,为实现上述目的,本发明解决的技术方案是一种新型圆规,其主要结构是在带有刻度的标尺上套装一个标尺定位装置和一个画图、切割装置,两装置顶面均设有的螺纹通孔内连接着活动顶丝,正面上部均设有定位观察口,所述的标尺定位装置正面下部连接着开口卡环,该卡环内装有圆心定位装置,卡环臂上旋有紧固顶丝,所述的画图、切割装置正面下部一侧连接着开口卡环,另一侧连接着切割刀架,开口卡环臂上旋有紧固顶丝,卡环内装有画图笔,切割刀架上装有弧形切割刀具,侧面旋有紧固螺钉。
本发明的优点是:结构合理、体积小,携带方便,操作简单,绘图精确快捷,画圆时半径不会随意改变,并能画出超大圆。

具体实施方式
由图1-3所示的一种新型圆规,是在带有刻度的标尺1上套装一个标尺定位装置和一个画图、切割装置2,两装置顶面均设有的螺纹通孔内连接着活动顶丝3,正面上部均设有定位观察口4,所述的标尺定位装置正面下部连接着开口卡环6,该卡环内装有圆心定位装置7,卡环臂上旋有紧固顶丝5,所述的画图、切割装置正面下部一侧连接着开口卡环6,另一侧连接着切割刀架11,开口卡环臂上旋有紧固顶丝5,卡环内装有画图笔8,切割刀架上装有弧形切割刀具9,侧面旋有紧固螺钉10。
若要画圆形时,根据所要画的圆形半径,调整好标尺1上的定位装置2,然后通过标尺定位装置上设有的观察口4,将圆心固定装置7对准标尺量出的圆心点,用手握紧画图笔6旋转画出圆形线。
若要在板面上切割一个圆形孔时,收起画图笔6,调整好标尺1上的定位装置2,然后通过标尺定位装置上设有的观察口4,将圆心固定装置7对准标尺量出的圆心点,用手握紧切割刀具9,即可切割下圆形孔。

1.一种新型圆规,包括带刻度的标尺(1)、标尺上套装的定位装置和画图、切割装置(2),其特征是:所述的定位装置和画图、切割装置(2)装置顶面均设有的螺纹通孔内连接着活动顶丝(3),正面上部均设有定位观察口(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型圆规,其特征是:所述的标尺定位装置正面下部连接着开口卡环(6),该卡环内装有圆心定位装置(7),卡环臂上旋有紧固顶丝(5)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型圆规,其特征是:所述的画图、切割装置正面下部一侧连接着开口卡环(6),另一侧连接着切割刀架(11),开口卡环臂上旋有紧固顶丝(5),卡环内装有画图笔(8)。
4.根据权利要求1和3所述的一种新型圆规,其特征是:切割刀架上装有弧形切割刀具(9),侧面旋有紧固螺钉(10)。
