Abstract

本发明涉及一种气密性隔热型保温卷材，主体包含有由聚乙烯薄膜和钢筋网片构成的外表保护层、由上胎体层、中间加强层和下胎体层构成的中间胎体层和由针刺聚酯无纺布构成的底部隔离层，上胎体层和下胎体层由在常温下接触空气后呈固态、在密封无氧条件下保持可粘合状态双重特性、有助于加强整体密封性的改性沥青胶料充任，中间加强层由高密度陶瓷纤维网格布充任，聚乙烯薄膜和钢筋网片具有增强卷材韧性的功能，高密度陶瓷纤维网格布具有充分粘结、均匀分布改性沥青胶料的功能，有利于整体提高卷材气密性及锅炉的整体保温效果，能有效避免施工时发生开裂，工作过程中发生龟裂或脱落情况发生，带来明显提高热量利用率和显著节能的积极技术效果，因而有很强的实用性。

技术领域
本发明涉及保温建材制造技术领域，特别是一种适于电厂锅炉上使用的气密性隔热 型保温卷材。
背景技术
随着社会科技的进步和人们环保、节能意识的增强，对于发电厂锅炉的外表面散热和能耗问题日趋受到重视。目前，电厂锅炉的隔热保温一般采用在锅炉表面覆盖粘贴设置由保温片粘结构成保温层的方法解决，除存在施工时工序繁琐、工作量大外，还存在因保温片韧性较差而施工时容易开裂，影响材料利用率、施工质量及施工效率，以及在锅炉工作过程中容易保温层脱落、影响锅炉整体外观及密封保温性能等弊端，因而从经济性和实用性角度考虑均欠理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要克服目前在锅炉隔热保温方面所存在的不良状况，提供一种结构相对比较合理且具有一定韧性，施工方便且工序简单，便于构筑整体感强且不易龟裂或局部脱落、确保具有良好密封性能的气密性隔热型保温卷料。
本发明的气密性隔热型保温卷材主体包含有外表保护层、中间胎体层和底部隔离层，中间胎体层包含有上胎体层、中间加强层和下胎体层，其中：所述的外表保护层由聚乙烯薄膜、细石混凝土和钢筋网片构成；所述的上胎体层和下胎体层由在常温下接触空气后呈固态、在密封无氧条件下保持软胶可粘合状态双重特性，能适应基层表面形变和承压力、有助于加强整体密封性能的改性沥青胶料充任，所述的改性沥青胶料由主料沥青和包含有热塑性弹性体、改性剂、增粘剂、增塑剂、稀释助剂和填充料的副料共混构成，其中：所述的主料沥青由石油沥青充任，所述的热塑性弹性体由热塑性丁苯橡胶充任，所述的改性剂由低分子量的聚异丁烯充任，所述的增粘剂由石油树脂或酚醛树脂组成的增粘树脂充任，所述的增塑剂由聚烯烃充任，所述的稀释助剂由有机溶剂醋酸乙脂充任，所述的填充料由细度在220～300目之间的碳酸钙充任，组份重量配比为：主料沥青45～50%、热塑性丁苯橡胶5～10%、聚异丁烯3～5%、增粘树脂4～6%、聚烯烃7～12%、碳酸钙15～20%、稀释助剂8～10%；所述的中间加强层由高密度陶瓷纤维网格布充任；所述的底部隔离层由针刺聚酯无纺布充任。
基于上述构思的本发明气密性隔热型保温卷材，由于在外表保护层中设置了具有具有牵引阻裂、增强卷材韧性功能的聚乙烯薄膜和钢筋网片，在中间胎体中设置了具有充分粘结、均匀分布具有双重特性功能的改性沥青胶料功能、有利于整体提高卷材气密性的高密度陶瓷纤维网格布，卷材边沿之间可以自粘可靠搭接，使本发明的气密性隔热型保温卷材施工时不会开裂，设置的保温层整体感强，工作过程中不会发生龟裂或脱落、影响整体外观和降低隔热保温效果的情况，能给使用本发明气密性隔热型保温卷材设置保温层的锅炉带来明显提高热量利用率和显著节能的积极技术效果，因而具有很强的实用性和可贵的市场应用前景。
