本发明涉及一种治疗失眠的中药制剂，属于中药制剂技术领域。
背景技术
统计显示，目前我国的失眠者已达到150万人次，其原因主要来源于工作和生活上的紧张、压力。在治疗失眠的药物中，西药容易引起患者对药物的依赖性，且副作用较多，价格也不是很亲民；中药在调治失眠方面有着良好的效果，发挥着巨大作用，因其标本兼治、安全无毒副作用而引起人们的广泛应用和关注。失眠最好是用中药进行全面调理，但一般的中药因为条件所限很难达到理论上的治疗效果，有些属于治标不治本，有些在应用过程中由于疗效不确定而中断使用，另外，还存在针对性差的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗失眠的中药制剂，具有标本兼治、无副作用、价格低廉的特点。
本发明所述的治疗失眠的中药制剂，由以下重量配比的原料制成：夜交藤110～130g，炒白术110～130g，当归140～160g，炒枣仁140～160g，炙远志140～160g，合欢皮140～160g，丹参230～250g，黄连50～70g，陈皮110～130g，砂仁110～130g，石菖蒲140～160g，琥珀140～160g，龙骨230～250g，牡蛎230～250g，炙甘草80～100g，沙参110～130g，磁石300g，赤茯神140～160g，天竺黄110～130g，小茴香140～160g，胆南星110～130g，郁金110～130g，川芎110～130g，金银花80～100g，竹叶80～100g，赤小豆80～100g，泽泻110～130g，生地110～130g，知母110～130g，黄柏110～130g，柴胡230～250g，防风110～130g，薄荷110～130g，红花110～130g，麦冬140～160g，丹参140～160g，党参290～310g，五味子230～250g，白芍110～130g，艾叶110～130g，阿胶290～310g，鹿角胶90～110g，龟板胶90～110g，饴糖或木糖醇290～310g，蜂蜜290～310g，黄酒250mL。

所述的治疗失眠的中药制剂的制备方法是各原料先按规定进行净制、炮制后：
(1)将夜交藤、炒白术、当归、炒枣仁、炙远志、合欢皮、丹参、黄连、陈皮、砂仁、石菖蒲、琥珀、龙骨、牡蛎、炙甘草、沙参、磁石、赤茯神、天竺黄、小茴香、胆南星、郁金、川芎、金银花、竹叶、赤小豆、泽泻、生地、知母、黄柏、柴胡、防风、薄荷、红花、麦冬、丹参、党参、五味子、白芍和艾叶按配比量混匀后用煎药机熬制两次，然后用6层纱布进行过滤，取滤液8～12L，将滤液用砂锅于文火下进行熬制，蒸发浓缩至2～3L；
(2)将阿胶、鹿角胶和龟板胶研磨成细粉，加入到步骤(1)中得到的浓缩后的滤液中，然后依次加入饴糖或木糖醇、蜂蜜、黄酒，搅拌均匀后用文火熬制20～25min，冷却至室温后于阴凉避光处放置。
用法：前七天每天一次，每次6mL，用开水进行冲化，饭后温服；七天之后，每天两次，每次6mL，用开水冲化，饭后温服。

治疗失眠的中药制剂，由以下重量配比的原料制成：夜交藤110g，炒白术110g，当归140g，炒枣仁140g，炙远志140g，合欢皮140g，丹参230g，黄连50g，陈皮110g，砂仁110g，石菖蒲140g，琥珀140g，龙骨230g，牡蛎230g，炙甘草80g，沙参110g，磁石290g，赤茯神140g，天竺黄110g，小茴香140g，胆南星110g，郁金110g，川芎110g，金银花80g，竹叶80g，赤小豆80g，泽泻110g，生地110g，知母110g，黄柏110g，柴胡230g，防风110g，薄荷110g，红花110g，麦冬140g，丹参140g，党参290g，五味子230g，白芍110g，艾叶110g，阿胶290g，鹿角胶90g，龟板胶90g，木糖醇290g，蜂蜜290g，黄酒250mL。
上述各原料先按规定进行净制、炮制后：
(1)将夜交藤、炒白术、当归、炒枣仁、炙远志、合欢皮、丹参、黄连、陈皮、砂仁、石菖蒲、琥珀、龙骨、牡蛎、炙甘草、沙参、磁石、赤茯神、天竺黄、小茴香、胆南星、郁金、川芎、金银花、竹叶、赤小豆、泽泻、生地、知母、黄柏、柴胡、防风、薄荷、红花、麦冬、丹参、党参、五味子、白芍和艾叶按配比量混匀后用煎药机熬制两次，然后用6层纱布进行过滤，取滤液8L，将滤液用砂锅于文火下进行熬制，蒸发浓缩至2L；

治疗失眠的中药制剂，其特征在于：由以下重量配比的原料制成：夜交藤130g，炒白术130g，当归160g，炒枣仁160g，炙远志160g，合欢皮160g，丹参250g，黄连70g，陈皮130g，砂仁130g，石菖蒲160g，琥珀160g，龙骨250g，牡蛎250g，炙甘草100g，沙参130g，磁石310g，赤茯神160g，天竺黄130g，小茴香160g，胆南星130g，郁金130g，川芎130g，金银花100g，竹叶100g，赤小豆100g，泽泻130g，生地130g，知母130g，黄柏130g，柴胡250g，防风130g，薄荷130g，红花130g，麦冬160g，丹参160g，党参310g，五味子250g，白芍130g，艾叶130g，阿胶310g，鹿角胶110g，龟板胶110g，饴糖310g，蜂蜜310g，黄酒250mL。
上述各原料先按规定进行净制、炮制后：
(1)将夜交藤、炒白术、当归、炒枣仁、炙远志、合欢皮、丹参、黄连、陈皮、砂仁、石菖蒲、琥珀、龙骨、牡蛎、炙甘草、沙参、磁石、赤茯神、天竺黄、小茴香、胆南星、郁金、川芎、金银花、竹叶、赤小豆、泽泻、生地、知母、黄柏、柴胡、防风、薄荷、红花、麦冬、丹参、党参、五味子、白芍和艾叶按配比量混匀后用煎药机熬制两次，然后用6层纱布进行过滤，取滤液12L，将滤液用砂锅于文火下进行熬制，蒸发浓缩至2L；
(2)将阿胶、鹿角胶和龟板胶研磨成细粉，加入到步骤(1)中得到的浓缩后的滤液中，然后依次加入饴糖、蜂蜜、黄酒，搅拌均匀后用文火熬制25min，冷却至室温后于阴凉避光处放置。
实施例4
临床疗效观察：
疗效判定标准为：治愈：入眠困难消失，醒后能很快入睡，起床后无困怠、头晕心悸等症状，每晚一般可睡6-8消失；好转：失眠症状明显好转，入睡困难基本消失，偶有睡眠多梦易醒，有时感肢倦身疲，但症状较轻，夜间睡眠可达4-6个小时。
治疗结果：治疗失眠病症60例，服用实施例2中得到的中药制剂，前七天每天一次，每次6mL，用开水进行冲化，饭后温服，七天之后，每天两次，每次6mL，用开水冲化，饭后温服，半月为一个疗程，连服2个疗程观察疗效。治愈50例，占83％，好转10例，占17％，总有效率100％。经两个疗程治疗观察，病人无任何不良反应，血、尿常规化验及肝、肾功能检测未见异常。
实施例5
典型病例：
1、王某某，男，56岁，党政干部，症见：失眠，乏力，心悸，面色痿黄，食欲差，口干涩，手心热，舌质红，苔薄，脉沉细，曾口服谷维素，朱砂安神丸无效，服用本发明的中药制剂45天，一日两次，饭后服，复诊后上诸症均有所明显好转，后又服用30天，失眠症基本消失。
2、徐某某，女，45岁，小企业经理，症见：气喘吁吁，面红目赤，自述刚与对象发生口角，平素操劳颇多，早出晚归，饮食失节；一年以来夜不能寐，睡中多梦，心烦口渴，烦躁易怒，舌质瘦小，红，苔薄黄，脉沉弦数，服用本发明的中药制剂45天，一日两次，饭后服，复诊后上诸症均有所明显好转，后又服用60天，失眠症基本消失。

1.一种治疗失眠的中药制剂，其特征在于：由以下重量配比的原料制成：夜交藤110～130g，炒白术110～130g，当归140～160g，炒枣仁140～160g，炙远志140～160g，合欢皮140～160g，丹参230～250g，黄连50～70g，陈皮110～130g，砂仁110～130g，石菖蒲140～160g，琥珀140～160g，龙骨230～250g，牡蛎230～250g，炙甘草80～100g，沙参110～130g，磁石290～310g，赤茯神140～160g，天竺黄110～130g，小茴香140～160g，胆南星110～130g，郁金110～130g，川芎110～130g，金银花80～100g，竹叶80～100g，赤小豆80～100g，泽泻110～130g，生地110～130g，知母110～130g，黄柏110～130g，柴胡230～250g，防风110～130g，薄荷110～130g，红花110～130g，麦冬140～160g，丹参140～160g，党参290～310g，五味子230～250g，白芍110～130g，艾叶110～130g，阿胶290～310g，鹿角胶90～110g，龟板胶90～110g，饴糖或木糖醇290～310g，蜂蜜290～310g，黄酒250mL。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗失眠的中药制剂，其特征在于：由以下重量配比的原料制成：夜交藤120g，炒白术120g，当归150g，炒枣仁150g，炙远志150g，合欢皮150g，丹参240g，黄连60g，陈皮120g，砂仁120g，石菖蒲150g，琥珀150g，龙骨240g，牡蛎240g，炙甘草90g，沙参120g，磁石300g，赤茯神150g，天竺黄120g，小茴香150g，胆南星120g，郁金120g，川芎120g，金银花90g，竹叶90g，赤小豆90g，泽泻120g，生地120g，知母120g，黄柏120g，柴胡240g，防风120g，薄荷120g，红花120g，麦冬150g，丹参150g，党参300g，五味子240g，白芍120g，艾叶120g，阿胶300g，鹿角胶100g，龟板胶100g，饴糖或木糖醇300g，蜂蜜300g，黄酒250mL。
3.根据权利要求1所述的治疗失眠的中药制剂，其特征在于：该中药制剂的制备方法是各原料先按规定进行净制、炮制后：
(1)将夜交藤、炒白术、当归、炒枣仁、炙远志、合欢皮、丹参、黄连、陈皮、砂仁、石菖蒲、琥珀、龙骨、牡蛎、炙甘草、沙参、磁石、赤茯神、天竺黄、小茴香、胆南星、郁金、川芎、金银花、竹叶、赤小豆、泽泻、生地、知母、黄柏、柴胡、防风、薄荷、红花、麦冬、丹参、党参、五味子、白芍和艾叶按配比量混匀后用煎药机熬制两次，然后用6层纱布进行过滤，取滤液8～12L，将滤液用砂锅于文火下进行熬制，蒸发浓缩至2～3L；
(2)将阿胶、鹿角胶和龟板胶研磨成细粉，加入到步骤(1)中得到的浓缩后的滤液中，然后依次加入饴糖或木糖醇、蜂蜜、黄酒，搅拌均匀后用文火熬制20～25min，冷却至室温后于阴凉避光处放置。
