技术领域
本发明涉及铝塑预印复合技术,特别是一种在塑料膜预印仿烫金复合透现工艺。
背景技术
当前,公知的食品、药品等类铝塑复合包装袋,属于食药品包装技术领域,具有一种集各种包装优点于一身的包装产品。其成本较低,印刷精美,具有防静电,防紫外线,防潮隔氧遮光,耐寒耐油耐高温,保鲜隔氧易封性强等特点。
多元、环保是当今潮流,客户方为更能突出自身产品高附加值,提升与众不同的货架效果,需要为其提供一种价廉物美的包装标志产品,而现在市场应用的烟标烫金工艺,由于设备昂贵,使用价格高,过于专一的缺点,限制了一般产品的广泛应用,同时也为批量化印刷方式,低成本实现一种烫金新工艺提供了可能。
发明内容
本发明运用印刷技术与材料复合工艺巧妙结合,解决了印刷与材料复合烫金透现的问题,提供一种全新的印刷复合透烫金工艺。
本发明所述的工艺,由选材,预印,上胶,复合构成。
本发明所述的塑料基材,为聚对PET或PE或PP膜。
本发明所述的铝膜,为光洁度较好的铝箔。
本发明由以下步骤组成:
a.选材,选用塑料基材备用
b.预印,将选用的塑料基材,先进行表面处理,以达到改善表面状态和性能,增大印刷界面结合度,然后再上机印刷,多余成分由油墨刮刀自动剔除干净,留下仿烫金图案
c.上胶,将预印好的塑料基材在上胶机上上胶
d.复合,将预印好的塑料基材与铝膜复合,烘干仿烫金图案透现。
本发明具有如下优点:

具体实施方式
实施例, 一种塑料膜预印仿烫金复合透现工艺,按步骤: a.选材,选好塑料基材备用,并进行表面处理;b.预印,将处理好的塑料基材,上机印刷,多余成分由油墨刮刀自动剔除干净,留下文字和仿烫金图案; c.上胶,将预印好的塑料基材在上胶机上上胶; d.复合,将上好胶的塑料基材与铝膜复合,烘干仿烫金图案透现。

Claims (3)

1.一种塑料膜预印仿烫金复合透现工艺,其特征在于由以下步骤组成:
a.选材,选用好塑料膜基材备用,并进行表面处理
b.预印,将处理好的塑料膜基材,上机印刷,多余成分由油墨刮刀自动剔除干净,留下文字和仿烫金图案
c.上胶,将预印好的塑料基材在上胶机上上胶
d.复合,将上好胶的塑料膜基材与铝膜复合,烘干仿烫金图案透现。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料膜预印仿烫金复合透现工艺,其特征在于所述的塑料基材,为PET薄膜或PE薄膜或 PP薄膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料膜预印仿烫金复合透现工艺,其特征在于所述的铝膜,为光洁度较好的铝箔。
