Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Reference will now be made in detail to the preferred embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. Wherever possible, the same reference numbers will be used throughout the drawings to refer to the same or like parts. Further, although the terms used in the present invention are selected from publicly known and used terms, some of the terms mentioned in the description of the present invention may be selected by the applicant at his or her discretion, the detailed meanings of which are described in relevant parts of the description herein. Furthermore, it is required that the present invention is understood, not simply by the actual terms used but by the meaning of each term lying within.
Reference is first made to fig. 1 and 2, which show a pre-operative state and an in-operative state, respectively, of an embodiment of a food processor according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the food processor 100 of the present invention includes an upper cover assembly 101, a cup body assembly 102, and a filter screen 103.
The lid assembly 101 is adapted to be mounted to the bowl assembly 102. Preferably, a sealing ring 108 is disposed at a contact portion between the upper cover assembly 101 and the cup assembly 102.
The upper cover assembly 101 has a motor 104 disposed therein. The output end of the output shaft of the motor 104 is attached with a crushing member 105. The upper cover assembly 101 of the soymilk machine has different forms, the focus of the invention is not the upper cover assembly 101 of the invention, the drawing is only schematic, other known structures can be adopted, and the specific form is not limited.
The bowl assembly 102 is disposed on a base assembly 110 and includes a bowl body 106 and an extending inner wall 107 forming a cross-sectional shape similar to an "M". The extending inner wall 107 extends from the upper edge of the cup body 106 to the bottom of the cup body 106, and the bottom of the extending inner wall is open. Preferably, the extending inner wall 107 is integrally formed with the cup body 106. And a gap is also left between the extended inner wall 107 and the cup body 106, as shown. The bottom or side wall of the cup assembly 102 is provided with a heating element 109.
The screen 103 is removably secured to either the lid assembly 101 or the bowl assembly 102. Additionally, as shown, the size reduction member 105 is positioned above the screen 103.
For example, the screen 103 may be any known removable structure for securing to the lid assembly 101 or the bowl assembly 102. Thus, the food material 115 can be accommodated in the sieve 103. Such a detachable structure may be any detachable structure known at the date of filing of the present application. So that the user can easily attach/detach the screen 103 to/from the lid assembly 101 and/or the bowl assembly 102.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2, the food processor 100 can also include a base assembly 110. The cup assembly 102 is adapted to snap onto the base assembly 110 with a gap g between the inner wall 107 and the top surface of the base assembly 110. In this embodiment, the heating component 109 may also be disposed in the base assembly 110. To achieve a better seal, a sealing ring 114 is provided at the location where the seat assembly 110 and the bowl assembly 102 meet. The extended inner wall 107 is open at the bottom to form a sealed space between the cup body 106 and the extended inner wall 107 when the liquid 113 (e.g., water) is added to the cup assembly 102 at a level that exceeds the gap g (i.e., the liquid level exceeds the gap g as shown in fig. 1). According to the above structure, after heating, the liquid in the closed space is pushed into the inner barrel from the bottom of the inner barrel (i.e. the inner barrel formed by the extended inner wall 107, as shown in the figure) under the pressure of the steam, and when the liquid level in the inner barrel is higher than the filter screen 103, the crushing operation of the crushing member 105 is started.
In other embodiments, the extending inner wall 107 and the cup body 106 may be connected seamlessly by welding, and in such embodiments, the cup body 106 may also be provided with a bottom wall, and a gap g is left between the extending inner wall 107 and the bottom wall of the cup body 106. Other configurations may be unchanged. On the other hand, the side wall of the cup body 106 may be provided with a steam outlet 111. The exhaust port 111 is provided with a sealing switch 112.
Based on the above structure, when the food processor 100 is in operation, the user can place the food material such as soybean on the filter screen 103, so as to finish the crushing process of the food material above the filter screen 103 by using the crushing member 105. In this way, food material residue will remain above the screen 103 and will not collect at the bottom of the cup assembly 102 near the heating device 109, avoiding problems of scorching or bottom burning.
For example, after the food material 115 is placed on the sieve 103, water is filled into the bowl assembly 102 such that the liquid level exceeds the gap g and is lower than the sieve 103 (the state shown in fig. 1). If the reservation function is used, the food material is not deteriorated due to the liquid invasion because the food material and the water are separately set. At the scheduled time or immediately after the start of the operation, the heating device 109 heats the sidewall or bottom of the cup assembly 102 to boil the liquid in the cup assembly 102 and generate steam. Since a closed space is formed between the inner extension wall 107 and the cup body 106, the liquid outside the inner extension wall 107 is pushed to the inner space of the inner extension wall 107 by the steam generated in the closed space, and the liquid level in the inner extension wall 107 is pushed up (as shown in fig. 2). Once the level rises above the sieve 103, the crushing member 107 begins the crushing operation, whipping the food material 115. The food material 115 is continuously convected with water after being mashed, the food material 115 is impacted by cold and hot water at the bottom and the steam expands in the stirring process, and the residue of the food material 115 can be taken away after the upper cover assembly 101 is removed after the processing is finished. Thus, the whole process of pressure cooking can be completed. The cup body of the food processor is integrally formed, and the connecting part of the top end of the cup body 106 and the extending inner wall 107 is in seamless connection, so that the sealing space formed between the cup body and the extending inner wall has good tightness.
Turning now to fig. 3 and 4, another preferred embodiment of the present invention is shown. Reference numerals in fig. 3 and 4 follow those in fig. 1 and 2, with like reference numerals indicating like or similar parts. For example, reference numeral 107 in fig. 1 and reference numeral 107 in fig. 3 denote the same component, i.e., the extended inner wall. On the basis of the above numbering convention, the same parts in fig. 3 and 4 as in fig. 1 and 2 will not be described again here, and the above description for fig. 1 and 2 applies equally to the corresponding elements in fig. 3 and 4.
Unlike the embodiment of fig. 1 and 2, the embodiment of fig. 3 and 4 further provides an exhaust passage 116 on the upper cover assembly 101, which extends through the upper cover assembly 101. An opening of one end of the exhaust channel 116 is connected to the inner space surrounded by the extending inner wall 107, and an opening of the other end of the exhaust channel 116 is connected to the outside of the food processor 100.
Although not shown, in the present invention, a pressure-discharging ball may be provided in the steam-discharging passage 117. The pressure ball seals the steam exhaust channel 117 by means of its own weight, and is pushed open to realize pressure exhaust when the pressure of the steam exceeds the own weight. Thus, a slight pressure environment can be formed inside the extension inner wall 107 during cooking, which is beneficial to cooking.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made to the above-described exemplary embodiments of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, it is intended that the present invention cover the modifications and variations of this invention provided they come within the scope of the appended claims and their equivalents.
