Abstract
本发明涉及一种多功能除菌液及其制备方法。一种多功能除菌液的制备方法,该方法包括以下的步骤:先将水加入配料罐中,开启搅拌,把蓖麻油、氢氧化钾、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、EDTA‑4Na,松油醇、焦糖色素加入搅拌罐,搅拌均匀,把对氯间二甲苯酚用乙醇溶解后加入配料罐,用柠檬酸调节酸碱度,搅拌均匀后沉降24小时过滤。本发明以对氯间二甲苯酚(PCMX)为主要有效成分的多功能除菌液,可以与洗衣液混用,用于衣物清洁除菌,也可用于地面、下水道等居家环境清洁除菌。本发明配方具有良好的消毒杀菌能力。高浓度,稀释使用,可以和洗衣液混合使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种多功能除菌液及其制备方法。
背景技术
消毒除菌液种类繁多,多数除菌液不能与其他清洁剂混合。衣物很容易沾染污渍和细菌,清洗不干净可能导致皮肤病,需要定期进行清洗和消毒。目前的衣物消毒,一般在清洗后再用消毒液浸泡消毒,不太方便。人们期盼一种新型的消毒除菌液,即可与洗衣液一起使用,使清洁和消毒一次完成,还可用于居家环境消毒。
发明内容
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明的第一个目的是提供一种多功能除菌液,本发明的第二个目的是提供上述的多功能除菌液的制备方法。多功能除菌液以对氯间二甲苯酚(PCMX)为主要有效成分的多功能除菌液,可以与洗衣液混用,用于衣物清洁除菌,也可用于地面、下水道等居家环境清洁除菌。
为了实现上述的第一个目的,本发明采用了以下的技术方案:

本发明由于采用上述的技术方案,以对氯间二甲苯酚(PCMX)为主要有效成分的多功能除菌液,可以与洗衣液混用,用于衣物清洁除菌,也可用于地面、下水道等居家环境清洁除菌。本发明配方具有良好的消毒杀菌能力。高浓度,稀释使用,可以和洗衣液混合使用。产品性能符合GB 27947标准的要求。
