技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于通过使用强制空气顶棚(headliner)管道来缓和安装在壳体中的驾驶员辅助(“DAS”)照相机的环境的系统。
背景技术
DAS照相机包含在汽车平台中,以便向智能汽车安全系统提供附加信息来帮助驾驶员。照相机可以安装在汽车挡风玻璃附近或汽车挡风玻璃上,以便保证最大视野。因此,照相机可能长时间地直接暴露于阳光下,从而导致积累较大热量。照相机还在冬季受到极冷以及可变的湿度。
发明内容
一种来自于加热、通风和空气调节(“HVAC”)系统的顶棚管道将冷却或温暖的空气流直接提供给围绕DAS照相机的环境。
根据本发明的示例实施例,提供了一种系统,用于缓和汽车的驾驶员辅助照相机的环境,该系统具有安装在壳体中的照相机,该壳体用于附接在汽车的顶棚和窗户上。管道连接口能够与顶棚空气管道连接,以便允许强制空气流通过该壳体,从而缓和该壳体内的环境。

具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种用于缓和安装在壳体内的DAS照相机周围的环境的系统。当汽车起动时,紧邻照相机的HVAC管道迫使停滞的空气从照相机装饰空腔逸出,并用新调节的HVAC空气快速地替换它。调节的HVAC空气温度比极热或极冷的停滞空气更有利于照相机的工作。来自HVAC系统的强制空气能够比其它冷却系统更快地冷却上部挡风玻璃安装的照相机。例如,其它冷却系统在不使用强制空气的情况下依赖于从照相机壳体的对流传热。这样的系统将导致延迟冷却,该延迟冷却能够防止正确的照相机系统工作,或者可能引起对照相机的损坏。对于安装在汽车内部的顶部附近的照相机,强制空气流还可以引导经过照相机透镜的光学通路。该空气可以用于对挡风玻璃除雾或除霜、对透镜除雾或除霜,或者从光学通路中清除灰尘。
图1表示了根据本发明示例实施例的、用于缓和布置在装饰壳体112内的DAS照相机周围的环境的系统100。在图1的示例中,装饰壳体112通过使用装饰顶棚连接口124附接在车辆顶棚106上。装饰壳体112包围照相机壳体102,该照相机壳体102容纳DAS照相机,并设置成通过安装托架110而附接在汽车上。照相机壳体102能够设置成通过由适合传热的材料来构成而进一步帮助缓和照相机的温度。例如,照相机壳体102能够由高热导率的金属来制造,并可以包括伸入气流116通路中的散热翅片,从而产生传热装置。
一个或多个控制线108与照相机壳体102连接,并通过一个或多个线束126而固定。根据本发明的一个示例实施例,控制线108能够与汽车电子控制单元(“ECU”)连接,该汽车电子控制单元进行编程以便执行控制处理,控制处理包括一个或多个指令。本领域技术人员应当知道,ECU的控制功能可以通过使用离散的电路、不同类型的电路的组合或者特定用途集成电路(“ASIC”)来实现,并能够在模拟或数字领域内实施。
安装托架110能够例如通过挡风玻璃114使用任意合适的方法和/或部件而固定在汽车上。例如,粘接剂、卡扣配合连接件等可以用于将安装托架110固定在汽车上。而且,安装托架110可以附接在装饰壳体112上,或者可以独立地固定在汽车上。
HAVC环境控制管道104能提供进入装饰壳体112内部的强制空气流116。管道104能够从汽车的HVAC系统延伸通过汽车顶棚106或另一合适槽道。因此,管道104相应于座舱的所需空气温度而迫使调节空气116围绕照相机和经过照相机。例如,响应较低环境空气温度,加热的空气能够强制越过照相机,以便对照相机透镜或挡风玻璃114的内表面进行除雾或除霜。在具有较高周围温度的环境下,冷却的空气能够被提供以降低DAS照相机和相联部件的温度,以便保证合适工作条件。另外,空气流116能够引导成从在视野118的光学通路内的部件上清除例如在照相机透镜和挡风玻璃之间积累的灰尘和其它碎屑。随着调节的空气116被推动进入装饰壳体112中,排出空气116’通过排出口122被推动离开装饰壳体112。
通过空气管道104的空气流和也是围绕照相机的空气流由DAS照相机系统控制,例如温度和/或湿度照相机传感器,从而达到预定界限值。也可选择,通过空气管道104的空气流与汽车的HVAC系统的控制相应地被控制。也可选择,在顶棚空气管道内的管道连接口能够根据照相机周围空气的感测温度和湿度被控制,例如打开和关闭。
图2提供了通过使用这里所述的系统来缓和汽车的驾驶员辅助照相机的环境的方法。在步骤200中,在温度传感器处感测温度,该温度传感器布置在壳体中,该壳体附接在汽车的窗户上,该壳体容纳驾驶员辅助照相机。在步骤210中,与感测的温度相对应的信号提供给电子控制单元。在步骤220中,该信号与界限值(该界限值与温度传感器相关联)进行比较。例如,界限值能够设置在用于驾驶员辅助照相机的可接受工作温度范围的高端处。而且,第二界限值能够设置在可接受工作范围的下端处。在步骤230中,响应于感测值和界限值的比较,与壳体连接的管道连接口能够起动,以便允许强制空气流通过壳体,从而缓和环境。
图3表示了根据本发明示例实施例布置的、用于缓和DAS照相机340周围的环境的系统300。在图3的示例中,系统300包括与ECU 320连接的传感器330,例如这里所述。ECU320处理来自传感器的信号,以便控制HVAC单元310,从而迫使空气流进入照相机340周围的环境中。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于缓和汽车的驾驶员辅助照相机的环境的系统,包括:
照相机,所述照相机安装在壳体内,所述壳体用于附接在汽车的顶棚和窗户上;以及
管道连接口,所述管道连接口能够与顶棚空气管道连接,以便允许强制空气流通过壳体,从而缓和所述环境。
2.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述空气管道与汽车的HVAC系统连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中:所述壳体包括空气离开口,从而将流动通过壳体的空气引导到汽车的挡风玻璃上,以便帮助清洁挡风玻璃。
4.一种缓和汽车的驾驶员辅助照相机的环境的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
感测附接在汽车的窗户上的壳体内的温度;
将与被感测的温度相对应的信号提供给电子控制单元;
使得被感测的温度与界限值比较;以及
响应于所述比较来控制通过壳体的空气流,从而缓和所述环境。
5.根据权利要求4所述的方法,还包括以下步骤:
感测安装于壳体内的湿度传感器处的湿度;
使得被感测的湿度与界限值比较;以及
响应于所述比较来控制通过壳体的空气流。
