Abstract
本发明公开了一种风箱式静音空气滤净器,属节能环保领域。日益严重的雾霾,严重影响着现代生活质量,空气滤净器是解决室内空气污染的最有效方法,但是目前市场上琳琅满目的众多空气净化器,由于需过滤较小的尘霾,必须使用高密度的过滤网,包括臭氧处理等多层的过滤网,使风阻加大,必然导致风力的加大,因此均存在着过滤效果与噪音的矛盾问题。一种风箱式静音空气滤净器,在圆柱形的风箱机壳内,中心安装可使风箱隔离板往返运动的传动丝杠,电机带动丝杠及传动滑块做往返运动,由风箱隔离板分割的两风箱空间产生换气过程,由于强有力的进出风能力,两端交替进出风处设置多道高密度滤网措施,达到低噪音并使过滤空气质量指标更高。

技术领域
本发明涉及节能环保领域,特别是涉及一种风箱式静音空气滤净器。
背景技术
日益严重的雾霾,严重影响着现代生活质量,空气滤净器是解决室内空气污染的最有效方法,但是目前市场上琳琅满目的众多空气净化器,由于需过滤较小的尘霾,必须使用高密度的过滤网;降尘用负离子发生器,也需要过滤由于负离子生产过程中产生的臭氧,多层的过滤网使风阻加大,必然导致风力的加大,因此均存在着过滤效果与噪音的矛盾问题。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种风箱式静音空气滤净器,能够在提供足够的换气功率情况下,实现高效空气净化及静音。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种风箱式静音空气滤净器,在圆柱形的风箱机壳内,中心安装可使风箱隔离板往返运动的传动丝杠,电机带动丝杠及传动滑块做往返运动,由风箱隔离板分割的两风箱空间产生换气过程,由于强有力的进出风能力,两端交替进出风处设置多道高密度滤网措施。
所述的一种风箱式静音空气滤净器,往返运动的传动装置,可以是通过电机控制的正反转滚珠丝杠往返传动机构,也可以是新型的丝杠单向旋转的双向往返运动传动机构。
所述的一种风箱式静音空气滤净器,两交替进出风的风箱内,安装静电负离子发生器,或在丝杠上安装活动电极,随丝杠旋转,与固定电极的可放电间隙组成新型低电压动态电弧负离子发生器装置,该装置经臭氧过滤网处理,通过双向风口向外输送高质量负氧离子。
所述的一种风箱式静音空气滤净器,通过滤网盖可方便在风箱两端更换尘霾过滤网,可根据粉尘种类及有害气体过滤等要求叠加多层各种材料过滤网。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明通过模拟呼吸原理,提供一种具有强大风力的低噪音风箱式静音空气滤净器。
2、由于具有强大的进出风能力,增强了多种过滤网的过滤能力,使空气质量指标更高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进行详细阐述,一种风箱式静音空气滤净器,在圆柱形的风箱机壳(1)内,中心安装可使风箱隔离板(3)可往返运动的传动丝杠(5),电机(6)带动丝杠(5)及传动滑块做往返运动,由风箱隔离板(3)分割的两风箱空间产生换气过程,由于强有力的进出风能力,两端交替进出风处设置多道高密度滤网措施。
所述的一种风箱式静音空气滤净器,往返运动的传动装置,可以是通过电机(6)控制的正反转滚珠丝杠往返传动机构,也可以是新型的丝杠单向旋转产生往返运动的传动机构。
所述的一种风箱式静音空气滤净器,两交替进出风的风箱内,安装静电负离子发生器,或如图1在丝杠(5)上安装活动电极(11),随丝杠(5)旋转,与固定电极(10)的可放电间隙组成新型低电压动态电弧负离子发生器装置,该装置经臭氧过滤网(8)处理,通过双向风口向外输送高质量负氧离子。
所述的一种风箱式静音空气滤净器,通过滤网盖(9)可方便在风箱两端更换尘霾过滤网(7),可根据粉尘种类及有害气体过滤等要求叠加多层各种材料过滤网。
所述的一种风箱式静音空气滤净器,工作原理如下:由于圆柱形的风箱机壳(1)内,丝杠带动的风箱隔离板(3)往返运动,由经密封圈(4)隔离的两风箱,形成两端交替的进出风状态,由于不存在高速风扇对空气阻力的切割噪音,以及丝杠强有力的推拉动力,可使多层滤网顺利完成对空气各项指标的高精度过滤。

1.一种风箱式静音空气滤净器,在圆柱形的风箱机壳内,中心安装可使风箱隔离板往返运动的传动丝杠,电机带动丝杠及传动滑块做往返运动,由风箱隔离板分割的两风箱式换气过程,由于强有力的进出风能力,两端交替进出风处设置多道高密度滤网措施。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种风箱式静音空气滤净器,往返运动的传动装置,可以是通过电机控制的正反转滚珠丝杠往返传动机构,也可以是新型的丝杠单向旋转的产生往返运动传动机构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种风箱式静音空气滤净器,两交替进出风的风箱内,安装静电负离子发生器,或在丝杠上安装活动电极,随丝杠旋转,与固定电极的可放电间隙组成新型低电压动态电弧负离子发生器装置,该装置经臭氧过滤网处理,通过双向风口向外输送高质量负氧离子。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种风箱式静音空气滤净器,通过滤网盖可方便在风箱两端更换尘霾过滤网,可根据粉尘种类及有害气体过滤等要求叠加多层各种材料过滤网。
