Abstract

本发明公开了一种双排孔保温外墙板与单排孔内墙板的T字型保温后浇带连接结构,包括三块墙板,其中两块外墙板呈直线设置,第三块内墙板与该直线垂直设置,墙板包括三块墙板内平行设置的薄壁肋板和设置于墙板左右两侧的接触面,薄壁肋板内设置有水平筋和暗圈梁主筋与箍筋,三块墙板之间的连接处设置有后浇带,后浇带内设置有连接筋和保温材料,连接筋分别与三块墙板内的水平筋通过直螺纹套筒连接。本发明的有益效果为:本发明是在创新形势下对原有墙体材料特点的基础上进行了总结、完善、改进、节能和增效,提高了混凝土强度等级,同时对墙板材料力学及基本力学性能和结构受力性能和抗震性能和热工性能进行了分析研究与试验,能有效提高施工速度,降低施工成本,绿色环保,轻质新型保温结构,防火、防渗一体化。

一种双排孔保温外墙板与单排孔内墙板的T字型保温后浇带连接结构

技术领域

[0001] 本发明涉及一种建筑装配式自保温墙板,特别是涉及一种双排孔保温外墙板与单排孔内墙板的T字型保温后浇带连接结构。

背景技术

[0002]随着人们生活水平的提高,大家对于建筑的要求也越来越高。特别是对于建筑墙板的选择,从最初的牢固到现在不仅要求建筑墙板牢固,还要求建筑墙板能够轻便、保温、绿色环保以及便于安装。因此现在在建筑领域里急需一种新型的建筑墙板来满足以上要求。

发明内容

[0003] 本发明提供一种双排孔墙板与墙板的T字型后浇带连接结构,解决上述存在的问题。

[0005] —种双排孔保温外墙板与单排孔内墙板的T字型保温后浇带连接结构,包括三块墙板,其中两块外墙板呈直线设置,第三块内墙板与该直线垂直设置,形成T字形,其特征在于,所述墙板包括三块平行设置的薄壁肋板和设置于墙板左右两侧的接触面,所述薄壁肋板内设置有水平筋和暗圈梁主筋、箍筋,所述三块墙板之间的连接处设置有后浇带,所述后浇带内设置有连接筋及保温材料,所述连接筋分别与三块墙板内的水平筋通过直螺纹套筒连接。

[0006]上述的一种双排孔保温外墙板与单排孔内墙板的T字型保温后浇带连接结构,其特征在于,所述连接筋与三块墙板内的水平筋的钢筋头丝牙通过直螺纹套筒连接。

[0007]上述的一种双排孔保温外墙板与单排孔内墙板的T字型部位后浇带连接结构,其特征在于,所述薄壁肋板与薄壁肋板之间通过薄壁横肋连接,所述薄壁肋板与薄壁横肋之间形成的空腔内设置有保温材料。

[0008]上述的一种双排孔保温外墙板与单排孔内墙板的一字型后浇带连接结构,其特征在于,所述后浇带内还设置有保温材料。

[0009]上述的一种建筑装配式自保温结构体系墙板,其特征在于,所述薄壁肋板和薄壁横肋均包括钢筋焊接网和设置于钢筋焊接网内的混凝土层及焊接网之间的连接箍筋。

[0010]上述的一种建筑装配式自保温结构体系墙板,其特征在于,所述薄壁肋板和薄壁横肋均包括镀锌钢丝点焊网和设置于镀锌钢丝点焊网内的混凝土层及点焊网之间的连接箍筋。

[0011] 本发明的有益效果为:本发明是在创新形势下对原有墙体材料特点的基础上进行了总结、完善、改进、节能和增效,提高了强度等级,同时对墙板材料力学及基本力学性能和结构受力性能和抗震性能和热工性能进行了分析研究与试验,能有效提高施工速度,降低施工成本,绿色环保,轻质新型结构,围护保温,防火、防渗一体化。

[0014] 参看图1,双排孔保温外墙板与单排孔内墙板的T字型保温后浇带连接结构,包括三块墙板100,其中两块外墙板100呈直线设置,第三块内墙板100与该直线垂直设置,墙板100包括三块平行设置的薄壁肋板110和设置于墙板100左右两侧的接触面120,薄壁肋板110内设置有水平筋200和暗圈梁主筋200与箍筋210,暗圈梁主筋200和暗圈梁箍筋210形成整体暗梁,三块墙板100之间的连接处设置有后浇带300,后浇带300内设置有连接筋310及保温材料140,连接筋310与相邻两块墙板100内的水平筋200的钢筋头丝牙通过直螺纹套筒320连接。在两个墙板100和垂直向的墙板100立面设后浇带300含墙板100两侧接触面120及连接筋310,和垂直向的墙板本体100中,水平筋310的钢筋头丝牙与直螺纹套筒320连成T字型墙体。

[0015] 薄壁肋板110与薄壁肋板110之间通过薄壁横肋130连接,薄壁肋板110与薄壁横肋130之间形成的空腔内设置有保温材料140。同时后浇带内还设置有保温材料140。

[0016] 在本发明中的其中一个优选实施方式中,薄壁肋板110和薄壁横肋130均包括钢筋焊接网和设置于钢筋焊接网内的混凝土层及焊接网之间的连接箍筋。

[0017] 在本发明中的另外一个优选实施方式中,薄壁肋板110和薄壁横肋130均包括镀锌钢丝点焊网和设置于镀锌钢丝点焊网内的混凝土层及点焊网之间的连接箍筋。

1.一种双排孔保温外墙板与单排孔内墙板的T字型保温后浇带连接结构,包括三块墙板,其中外两块墙板呈直线设置,第三块内墙板与该直线垂直设置,组成T字形,其特征在于,所述墙板包括三块墙板内平行设置的薄壁肋板和设置于墙板左右两侧的接触面,所述薄壁肋板内设置有水平筋和暗圈梁主筋与箍筋,所述三块墙板之间的连接处设置有后浇带,所述后浇带内设置有连接筋及保温材料,所述连接筋分别与三块墙板内的水平筋通过直螺纹套筒连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种双排孔保温外墙板与单排孔内墙板的T字型保温后浇带连接结构,其特征在于,所述连接筋与三块墙板内的水平筋的钢筋头丝牙通过直螺纹套筒连接。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种双排孔保温外墙板与单排孔内墙板的T字型保温后浇带连接结构,其特征在于,所述薄壁肋板与薄壁肋板之间通过薄壁横肋连接,所述薄壁肋板与薄壁横肋之间形成的空腔内设置有保温材料。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种双排孔保温外墙板与单排孔内墙板的一字型保温后浇带连接结构,其特征在于,所述后浇带内还设置有保温材料。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种建筑装配式自保温结构体系墙板,其特征在于,所述薄壁肋板和薄壁横肋均包括钢筋焊接网和设置于钢筋焊接网内的混凝土层及钢筋焊接网之间的连接箍筋。
6.如权利要求4所述的一种建筑装配式自保温结构体系墙板,其特征在于,所述薄壁肋板和薄壁横肋均包括镀锌钢丝点焊网和设置于镀锌钢丝点焊网内的混凝土层及点焊网之间的连接箍筋。
