Abstract

本发明涉及一种分散红染料组合物以及染料制品,所述分散红染料组合物由组分A、组分B、组分C、组分D中的三种或四种的染料组分复配而成,所述的染料制品由染料和助剂两部分混合组成,其广泛适用于疏水性纤维材料如聚酯及超细聚酯的染色,特别适用对色牢度要求较高的涤/氨弹力织物的染色。

一种分散红染料组合物以及染料制品
技术领域
本发明属于染料组合物领域,具体涉及一种适用于纺织纤维材料特别是疏水性纤维材料印染的分散红染料组合物以及染料制品。
背景技术
从环境和生态要求出发,开发取代过敏性分散染料和有毒分散染料的新型高性能分散染料已成必然。由于分散染料新结构开发的速度比较缓慢,目前大量的工作转向了染料的应用性能、染料之间以及染料与助剂的复配增效的研究上。但从已有的复配分散红染料看,其提升力和染深性不高,如公开专利CN1827705、CN1861697等。
本发明通过分散染料复配增效研究,采用特定的组分组成新的分散染料组合物,使其具有优良的染色性能和牢度性能,适合用于疏水性纤维材料物别是中高档疏水性纤维的印染。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中复配分散红染料的提升力和染深性不高的问题,本发明提供一种色牢度佳、提升性好的分散红染料组合物以及由所述分散红染料组合物制备得到的染料制品,其广泛适用于疏水性纤维材料如聚酯及超细聚酯的染色,特别适用对色牢度要求较高的涤/氨弹力织物的染色。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种分散红染料组合物,由组分A、组分B、组分C和组分D中的三种或四种的染料组分复配而成,所述的组分A为式(I)所示的化合物,其质量百分含量为30%~97%,所述的组分B为式(II)所示的化合物,其质量百分含量为1%~10%,所述的组分C为式(III)所示的化合物,其质量百分含量为1%~10%,所述的组分D为式(IV)所示的化合物,其质量百分含量为1%~50%;并且,满足三种或四种染料组分的总的质量百分含量为100%;
优选的,基于所述的分散红染料组合物,组分A质量百分含量为60%~97%,组分B质量百分含量为1%~10%,组分C质量百分含量为1%~10%,组分D质量百分含量为1%~20%;
更优选的,基于所述的分散红染料组合物,组分A质量百分含量为80%~95%,组分B质量百分含量为2%~10%,组分C质量百分含量为2%~10%,组分D质量百分含量为2%~10%。
本发明还保护上述分散红染料组合物制备的染料制品,包括所述分散红染料组合物和助剂,所述助剂与所述分散红染料组合物的质量之比为0.2~5:1。
优选的,所述助剂包含扩散剂和分散剂,扩散剂选自MF或/和NNO,分散剂选自木质素磺酸钠类,扩散剂和分散剂的用量为扣除染料部分总重量后的余量。
所述的助剂中分散剂MF和木质素磺酸钠的质量比为现有技术中常规的范围。
上述组分均可以通过市场购买或是自行合成获得,属于本领域公知的技术。如方案中组分B为市售的C.I.分散黄114商品染料,组分C为市售的C.I.分散黄126商品染料,组分A和组分D均可自主合成得到。
由于染料行业的特殊性,很难也没有必要制成纯品,通常会带有一些制备过程中的杂质,本发明所述的染料组合物制成成品时也允许含有少量的水分及微量的物理杂质。
在本文中,染料名称头部的C.I.标记是英文Color Index缩写,即染料索引,中间部分表示颜色类型,尾部是染料编号。这种命名格式在国内外通用。该染料索引由英国染色家协会(Society of Dyers and Colorists;SDC)与美国纺织化学家和染色家协会(American Association of Textile Chemists and Colorists;AATCC)合编。至于那些头部没有C.I.标记的染料名称是尚未被染料索引公布结构的染料品种名称。
与现有技术相比看,本发明的有益效果主要体现在:使用本发明配方的分散红染料上染疏水性纤维材料时,染色残液清、浮色少;通过优化后复配得到的分散红染料组合物,可获得提升性好、水洗牢度、摩擦牢度及升华牢度佳的红色染织物,非常适用于中高档面料如超细旦织物、涤/棉、涤/氨等混纺织物的印染。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明做进一步说明,但本发明的保护范围并不限于此。
实施例1:
将90克式(I)的组分A、2克式(II)的组分B、8克式(IV)的组分D,150克分散剂MF、30克木质素磺酸钠,加水720拼混后,用研磨机研磨分散,喷雾干燥,即得成品,该染料能提供给织物各项牢度性能优良的红色。
实施例2:
将90克式(I)的组分A、1克式(II)的组分B、2克式(III)的组分C、7克式(IV)的组分D,150克分散剂MF、30克木质素磺酸钠,加水720拼混后,用研磨机研磨分散,喷雾干燥,即得成品,该染料能提供给织物各项牢度性能优良的红色。
实施例3~10:
按照实施例1~2所述的方法,不同的是采用表1中组分A、组分B、组分C、组分D的结构和重量,加入助剂150克(分散剂120克,木质素磺酸钠30克),加水750克拼混后,充分搅拌均匀,制成浆液,研磨分散,干燥,制得成品,该染料能提供给织物各项牢度性能优良的红色。

染色实施例11:
将实施例1~10以及对比例1,按照GB/T2397中的方法,分别以染色浓度1.5%(C)、3%(2C)、6%(4C)进行高温高压染色,评估其提升性能,结果见下表2。
染色实施例12:
分别称取2克实施例1~10以及对比例1制得的分散染料分散在500毫升水中,吸取20毫升后与80毫升的水混合,用醋酸调PH至4.5,放入4克聚酯织物,升温至60℃,继续以约1℃/min梯度升温至130℃,保温染色45分钟。然后降温至80℃左右用热水洗10min,烘干。能提供给织物均匀而牢度性能良好的红色。
采用国标GB/T3921、GB/T3920、GB/T5718分别测定其耐水洗牢度、耐摩擦牢度和耐升华色牢度,测定结果见下表2:

测试结果表明:由本发明提供的分散红染料组合物制成的商品染料,应用于聚酯织物染色时,相较于对比例1的市售产品,在保证良好色牢度性能的同时(棉沾色牢度更优),在提升力方面性能更加突出,提升力越好,表示染色同样重量的织物时,所需的染料用量直少,经济性更好。
尽管通过参照本发明的优选实施例,已经对本发明进行了描述,但本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以在形式上和细节上对其作出各种各样的改变,而不偏离所附权利要求书所限定的本发明的精神和范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种分散红染料组合物,其特征在于,由组分A、组分B、组分C和组分D四种染料组分复配而成,所述的组分A为式(I)所示的化合物,其质量百分含量为60%~97%,所述的组分B为式(II)所示的化合物,其质量百分含量为1%~10%,所述的组分C为式(III)所示的化合物,其质量百分含量为1%~10%,所述的组分D为式(IV)所示的化合物,其质量百分含量为1%~20%;并且,满足四种染料组分的总的质量百分含量为100%;
2.根据权利要求1所述的分散红染料组合物,其特征在于,基于所述的分散红染料组合物,组分A质量百分含量为80%~95%,组分B质量百分含量为2%~10%,组分C质量百分含量为2%~10%,组分D质量百分含量为2%~10%。
3.一种染料制品,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-2任一项所述的分散红染料组合物和助剂,所述的助剂与所述分散红染料组合物的质量之比为0.2~5:1。
4.根据权利要求3所述的染料制品,其特征在于,所述助剂包含扩散剂和分散剂,扩散剂选自MF或/和NNO,分散剂选自木质素磺酸钠类。
