[0002]很多电子产品在组装过程中,需要对产品的外观面进行保护,因此需要在产品的 表面粘贴各种形状的保护膜。由于产品形状样式种类繁多,针对特殊形状的保护膜只能采 取手工裁剪的方式完成。
[0003]而手工裁切存在的弊端有:剪切自动化程度低、影响产品生产效率;裁切后保护膜 的一致性差,且裁切后的残料不好清理,容易对产线造成污染。
[0004]因此,需要一种自动化程度高的切膜装置,并能够对裁切后的保护膜残料进行及 时清理。
发明内容
[0005]鉴于上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种切膜装置,以解决目前特殊形状的保护 膜通过手工裁切存在的效率低、一致性差、残料不易清理等问题。
[0006]根据本发明提供一种切膜装置,包括底板、设置在底板上的保护膜传送机构、刀架 机构、废料清理机构、转动机构以及设置在保护膜传送机构上的保护膜固定机构;其中,
[0007] 保护膜固定机构包括与保护膜传送机构相连接的膜连接板、设置在膜连接板上的 挂膜立板,待裁切的膜卷固定在挂膜立板上;
[0008] 保护膜传送机构包括固定在底板上的滑轨固定板、设置在滑轨固定板上的竖向滑 台气缸、设置在竖向滑台气缸上的夹紧模块、通过连接板与竖向滑台气缸连接的拉伸模块;
[0009] 刀架机构固定在底板上并位于夹紧模块和拉伸模块的下方,刀架机构包括固定 块、设置在固定块上的刀架气缸,以及固定在刀架气缸上的刀片;

[0033] 转动机构3设置在刀架机构2远离保护膜传送机构6的一侧,转动机构3包括固定在 底板1上的电机、与电机固定连接的转盘、设置在转盘上的保护膜定位板;膜卷内的保护膜 通过拉伸模块拉出,并在夹紧模块的配合下进行限位,刀架机构2对限位后的保护膜进行裁 切,裁切后的保护膜粘贴在保护膜定位板上,保护膜裁切后的废料通过废料清理机构4的夹 爪夹取并移出。

[0040]拉伸模块进一步包括设置在连接板66上的支撑板67、设置在支撑板67上的第二薄 型气爪610、通过夹块连接板614与第二薄型气爪610固定连接的夹块气爪,在夹块气爪上设 置有沿保护膜拉出方向设置的第二夹块615;第二夹块615用于夹紧保护膜的端部,并在夹 块气爪和第二薄型气爪610的带动下将保护膜拉扯至待剪切工位。
[0041] 此外,在第二薄型气爪610的下方还设置有上压块613,在上压块613内设置有与刀 片位置对应的避让槽,在刀片裁切保护膜的过程中,刀片穿过保护膜后进入对应的避让槽 内,实现对保护膜的采切作业。为确保保护膜水平进入待裁切工位,在连接板上设置有竖向 分布的导向轴立板6S,在导向轴立板68内设置有至少两个保护膜的导向轴69,保护膜从导 向轴69内穿过。
[0042]在保护膜传送机构的作业过程中,保护膜固定机构通过其膜连接板上的螺栓孔与 竖向滑台气缸62固定连接,在竖向滑台气缸62运动过程中,能够带动保护膜固定机构上下 运动。其中,膜卷内的保护膜首先穿过导向轴69进行导向,然后第二夹块615在第二薄型气 爪61〇的带动下向靠近导向轴69的方向运动至保护膜处;此时,夹块气爪控制第二夹块615 张开并夹紧保护膜的端部;然后,在第二薄型气爪610的作用下恢复至原始位置,从而将通 过导向轴的保护膜拉出。
[0043] 在将保护膜拉出处,竖向滑台气缸62和纵向滑台气缸65配合调整第一薄型气爪63 在位置,然后通过第一薄型气爪63控制对应端的第一夹块61U612张开并夹持拉伸出的保 护膜远离第二夹块615夹持端的另一端,从而对保护膜的两端进行定位。

[0049] 其中,电机32通过对应的电机固定板31与底板间接固定,在电机32上方设置有与 电机固定板31连接的电机连接板33,在电机连接板33上设置有电机立板34及位于电机立板 34上的转盘35,在圆形转盘35上均匀分布有六个保护膜定位板36;其中,保护膜定位板36的 结构与对应的刀片分布结构相对应设置。
[0050] 此外,转盘35通过转轴310与电机32固定连接,在转轴310外侧套设有与转轴310相 适配的轴承313,轴承313通过轴承压块311和轴承压板312进行限位;其中,电机32带动转轴 310转动,进而通过转轴310带动转盘35转动。
[0051] 在转动机构的作业过程中,当转盘35转动到特定位置时,保护膜定位板36运动至 刀架机构上方及定位后的保护膜的下方;然后,第二薄型气爪610带动上压块向下运动,并 与保护膜定位板36相贴合;此时刀架机构控制刀片向上运动,刀片穿过对应的保护膜定位 板36内的缺口后对保护膜进行裁切,裁切后的保护膜及其废料均粘贴在保护膜定位板36 上,然后,然后转盘35再次转动一定角度,重复裁切作业。

[0054]此外,为提高切膜装置的自动化程度,在电机固定板31上还设置有光感开关37和 接近开关39;其中,光感开关37通过光感开关固定板38与电机连接板33固定连接,用于获取 裁切后的保护膜状态信息并将其传递至控制系统,控制系统根据保护膜状态信息控制转盘 35转动,接近开关39无需与运动部件进行机械直接接触操作的位置开关,当物体距离接近 开关39的感应面的动作距离时,不需要机械接触及施加任何压力即可使开关动作。当操作 人员从保护膜定位板36上取下保护膜后,光感开关37将采集到保护膜取走的信息,从而在 控制系统的控制下,启动贴膜装置继续重复切膜及废料清理动作。

[0057] 其中,摆动板44和摆动板45竖直设置在摆台43上,摆动板46设置在摆动板44远离 摆台43的一端,并且与摆动板44相垂直设置。在摆动板46的端部设置有下垂的竖向气缸413 以及设置在竖向气缸413上的纵向气缸411、竖向气缸413和纵向气缸411通过纵向气缸连接 板410固定连接,在纵向气缸411的端部设置有夹爪48、49,通过竖向气缸413和纵向气缸411 对夹爪的位置进行调整,以便对保护膜的残料进行夹取转移。

[0061] 然后,保护膜定位板处于刀架机构与定位后的保护膜之间,保护膜传送机构内的 上压块向下运动至保护膜定位板处后,刀架机构控制刀片向上运动并对保护膜进行裁切, 裁切后的保护膜及其废料均固定在对应的保护膜定位板上。
[0062] 最后,转动机构开始传动,将裁好的保护膜转动至废料清理机构下方,废料清理机 构控制夹爪将废料移至废料箱上方并吹落;转动机构继续旋转一定角度,将裁好的保护膜 转到操作员作业区域,操作员将裁好的保护膜取下贴到对应的产品上;同时,在保护膜取下 后,自动感应开关感应到保护膜被取走的信息,控制系统控制贴膜装置继续重复裁膜与废 科清理动作。
