[0002] 工件铣槽是机加工行业中常见的加工方式,工件铣槽作业前,首先要做的是对工件进行装夹定位,然后调整好铣刀的对中位置。铣刀盘的中心导正作业队精确铣槽有着至关重要的作用,为了实现精准的铣槽作业,目前,在工件加工作业前需要耗费大量时间对铣刀盘进行位置调整,导致加工效率低下。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明针对上述问题,提供一种铣刀盘快速中心导正装置,该装置可以实现工件铣削作业时,对铣刀盘的精准定位。

1.一种铣刀盘快速中心导正装置,其特征在于:包括两个高度尺底座(I),每个所述高度尺底座(I)上均固定一个支架(3),所述支架(3)中部可调节设置撞块(2),两个撞块(2)位于同一高度,两个撞块(2)之间形成装夹工位,支架(3)上部设置百分表(4),两个百分表(4)的侧杆相对设置。
2.如权利要求1所述的铣刀盘快速中心导正装置,其特征在于:所述支架(3)上安装线槽板,撞块(2)安装于所述线槽板中。
