本发明涉及汽车B柱制造领域,特别涉及一种汽车B柱卷边模具。
背景技术
随着轿车工业的迅猛发展,特别是家用小型汽车市场扩大的迫切需要,各厂要求提高产品的生产效率。
由于汽车B柱内板形状复杂,成形难度大。对于边缘的整合,通常采用共个工位来进行,每一工位分别对不同边进行处理,费时费力。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种省时省力的汽车B柱卷边模具。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种汽车B柱卷边模具,所述汽车B柱卷边模具包括上模座、修边机构、压料模和下模座,所述修边机构包括上修边模、下修边模和冲孔柱,所述上修边模和压料模均固定在上模座上,所述冲孔柱设在压料模上,所述压料模位于上修边模的内,所述下修边模固定在下模座上,所述上修边模包括第一上修边体和第二上修边体,所述下修边模包括第一下修边体和第二下修边体,所述第一上修边体与第一下修边体配合,所述第二上修边体与第二下修边体配合,所述第一下修边体和第二下修边体的中部均设有凸起部,凸起部的两侧设有与汽车B柱相配合的修整边,所述压料模与凸起部配合,所述第一下修边体和第二下修边体上均设有冲孔槽,冲孔槽与冲孔柱配合。
进一步的,所述下模座包括下模本体、设在下模本体上的两个固定板,所述两个固定板均固定在下模本体上,且两个固定板镜像对称设置,所述固定板用于固定下修边模。
进一步的,所述下模本体设有若干减重腔体和加强筋。
进一步的,所述下模本体上设有定位缺口,用于定位上模座。
进一步的,所述定位缺口内还设有定位柱。
进一步的,所述上模座设有安装槽,所述上修边模和压料模均固定在安装槽内。
进一步的,所述上模座上设有加强筋。
进一步的,所述上模座的两端设有定位部。
本发明汽车B柱卷边模具设有压料模、上修边模和下修边模,同时在压料模上设有冲孔柱,上模座带动上修边模和压料模向下模座移动,冲压固定在下修边模上的B柱,一步完成修边整形的工序,同时给B柱冲孔,省时省力,提高了生产效率。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明汽车B柱卷边模具的较佳实施方式包括上模座1、修边机构、压料模3和下模座2,所述修边机构包括上修边模、下修边模和冲孔柱,所述上修边模和压料模3均固定在上模座1上,所述压料模3上设有容纳槽31,所述冲孔柱设在容纳槽31内,所述压料模3容纳槽31内设有穿孔32,以供冲孔柱穿过穿孔32以冲压B柱,所述冲孔柱设在压料模3上,所述压料模3位于上修边模的内,所述下修边模固定在下模座2上。
如图3和图4所示,所述上修边模包括第一上修边体41和第二上修边体42,所述下修边模包括第一下修边体51和第二下修边体52,所述第一上修边体41与第一下修边体51配合,所述第二上修边体42与第二下修边体52配合,所述第一下修边体51和第二下修边体52的中部均设有凸起部53、54,凸起部53、54的两侧设有与汽车B柱相配合的修整边,所述压料模3设有凹槽与凸起部53、54配合,所述第一下修边体51和第二下修边体52上均设有冲孔槽,冲孔槽与冲孔柱配合,所述冲孔槽位于凸起部53、54上。
如图5所示,所述下模座2包括下模本体21、设在下模本体21上的两个固定板23,所述两个固定板23均固定在下模本体21上,且且两个固定板23镜像对称设置,所述固定板23用于固定下修边模。
所述下模本体21设有若干减重腔体和加强筋212,以减轻下模本体21的重量,同时保证下模本体21的强度。所述下模本体21上设有定位缺口213和定位柱214,所述定位缺口213和定位柱214用于快速定位上模座1。
所述上模座1设有安装槽11,且在上模座1的两端设有定位部12,所述上修边模和压料模3均固定在安装槽11内,所述定位部12上设有定位孔121,所述定位部12与定位缺口213配合,所述定位孔121与定位柱214配合,便于快速定位。所述上模座1上设有加强筋13,以加强上模座1的强度。
使用时,通过上模座1带动上修边模、压料模3和设在压料模3上的冲孔柱,使其上修边模与下修边模冲压,压料模3与下修边模冲压,冲孔柱冲压到冲孔槽内,一次完成修边整形的工序,同时给B柱冲孔,省时省力,提高了生产效率。

1.一种汽车B柱卷边模具,其特征在于:所述汽车B柱卷边模具包括上模座、修边机构、压料模和下模座,所述修边机构包括上修边模、下修边模和冲孔柱,所述上修边模和压料模均固定在上模座上,所述冲孔柱设在压料模上,所述压料模位于上修边模的内,所述下修边模固定在下模座上,所述上修边模包括第一上修边体和第二上修边体,所述下修边模包括第一下修边体和第二下修边体,所述第一上修边体与第一下修边体配合,所述第二上修边体与第二下修边体配合,所述第一下修边体和第二下修边体的中部均设有凸起部,凸起部的两侧设有与汽车B柱相配合的修整边,所述压料模与凸起部配合,所述第一下修边体和第二下修边体上均设有冲孔槽,冲孔槽与冲孔柱配合。
2.如权利要求1所述的汽车B柱卷边模具,其特征在于:所述下模座包括下模本体、设在下模本体上的两个固定板,所述两个固定板均固定在下模本体上,且两个固定板镜像对称设置,所述固定板用于固定下修边模。
