Abstract
本发明公开了一种桨叶倾角可调式洗衣片浆液混合装置，装置启动之前，操作人员手动转动转轮，以调节桨叶至合适的倾转角度，随后操作人员将洗衣片有效成分的各组分倒入料箱中，装置启动后伺服电机通过减速器驱动桨叶旋转对浆液进行搅拌混合，料箱中浆液在桨叶的推动下由喇叭口的宽部进入其窄部形成压力，通过窄部后到达桨叶的另一侧释放压力，从而加速桨叶之间的成分混合，有利于提高浆液混合的均匀性。本装置解决了传统洗衣片有效成分混合设备效率低下、劳动强度大、自动化程度低的问题，同时便于组成自动化生产线，具有操作简单，混合品质高的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及浆液搅拌混合设备。
背景技术
混合机是利用机械力和重力等，将两种或两种以上物料均匀混合起来的机械。混合机械广泛用于各类工业和日常生活中。混合机可以将多种物料配合成均匀的混合物，如将水泥、砂、碎石和水混合成混凝土湿料等;还可以增加物料接触表面积，以促进化学反应;还能够加速物理变化，例如粒状溶质加入溶剂，通过混合机械的作用可加速溶解混匀。现有技术中的固液混合机混合效率不高，结构复杂，操作困难，不适合推广使用。
在洗衣片生产过程中，很多组分需要按照预定比例进行混合，目前，很多加工的混合机对于洗衣片组分比例控制过程繁琐，严重制约了加工的速度;其次，在洗衣片生产过程中会散发出大量刺激性气体，严重影响了车间工作人员的工作环境，严重的会导致工作人员呼吸道出现变异，造成患者患上呼吸疾病。因此，急需一种改进的技术来解决现有技术中所存在的这一问题。洗衣片组分混合装置主要是用于将洗衣片有效成分混匀调色，现有结构的高速自动混合装置，其结构复杂，功能单一，一般只是沿一个方向旋转，导致组分混合不够均匀，或使加入混合釜中的配色色浆与釜内的白色基础成膜剂混合的色彩不均匀，而且由于有效成分覆膜前一般都具有一定的粘稠度，使得其在混合过程中，很容易粘连到混合釜的内壁上，长期下去会使混合器内壁上堆积一层厚厚的洗衣片有效成分，这样不仅产生了原材料的浪费，而且也容易对混合装置造成损坏，其使用寿命短，增加能耗，甚至引发不必要的事故，从而不能满足用户使用的要求。
现有的洗衣片有效成分组分混合装置存在混合时不能均匀将组分混合，工人劳动强度过大、自动化程度不足等缺陷，而且能耗高，浪费能源，使用成本高。
发明内容
本发明提供一种桨叶倾角可调式洗衣片浆液混合装置，解决了传统设备混合效率低下、能耗高、人工劳动强度大、自动化程度和工作效率低的问题。
一种桨叶倾角可调式洗衣片浆液混合装置，立柱的一端与脚杯连接，立柱的另一端固连料箱，三者连接后被放置于地面上，在料箱的下方安装伺服电机，所述伺服电机与减速器连接，减速器输出轴端驱动主轴旋转，继而驱动料箱转动，在所述主轴的下部安装有转轮，料箱的内部在安装了搅拌及桨叶调节机构。所述搅拌及桨叶调节机构包括桨叶、从动锥齿轮、导向杆、角度调节轴和调节锥齿轮以及缩涨喇叭管，所述调节锥齿轮经由转轮驱动，其与从动锥齿轮啮合，所述从动锥齿轮端部通过角度调节轴连接桨叶，在所述桨叶与从动锥齿轮之间安装了导向杆，在桨叶的侧面安装缩涨喇叭管。
所述缩涨喇叭管两端大中间小，以便于浆料从一端进入压缩产生压力，再从另一端流出释放压力。
本发明的显著效果在于：
1、本装置用于洗衣片生产工艺初始阶段原料混合的工序生产过程中，系统结构简单，使用部件多为标准件，同时立式安装，操作空间大，工作的可靠性高。
2、结构布局充分利用了立式布局的优点，尽可能多的将部件安装在料箱的下方，采用三片桨叶的传统设计，易于实现标准化生产。
3、为调节搅拌强度，一方面通过输入驱动电机的脉冲频率以改变电机的转速，另一方面，通过手动转动转轮，调节锥齿轮驱动从动锥齿轮旋转，从而使桨叶的倾斜角度发生改变，以此能有效的调节搅拌的质量，同时在桨叶上还安装了缩涨喇叭管，浆液从缩涨喇叭管的大口端部吸入后挤压，随后在出口处由于压力的瞬间释放产生冲击波，使桨叶前后两面浆料快速混合，因此本装置能实现浆液高效高质混合的功能。

具体实施方式
对照图1—3，工作之前操作人员需要检查各部件的连接情况，以免工作时产生安全事故，然后手动转轮5使调节锥齿轮转动，在调节锥齿轮13的驱动下从动锥齿轮10动作，从而通过角度调节轴12使桨叶9的倾转角度发生变化至合适的位置，导向杆11能增加桨叶9倾角发生改变时的稳定性，尤其是负载状态下，随后将洗衣片有效成分的各种组分倒入料箱3当中，并且加入清水，至此装置完成准备工作。
工作时启动伺服电机8，所述伺服电机8与减速器7相连，减速器7输出轴驱动主轴4旋转，主轴4将动力传输至三角框体15最后驱动桨叶9转动，洗衣片有效成分的浆料在桨叶9之间受挤压翻转混合，同时在桨叶9上还安装了缩涨喇叭管14，浆液从缩涨喇叭管14的大口端部吸入后挤压，随后在出口处由于压力的瞬间释放产生冲击波，使桨叶9前后两面浆料快速混合，另一方面在相邻两片桨叶之间三角框体15与料箱3形成了流道窄部，当浆液通过窄部时也能产生湍流流动，湍流能量能加速浆料的流动和提高混合质量。
结构布局充分利用了立式传统布局的优点，尽可能多的将部件安装在料箱3的下方，从而使系统显得紧凑，操作空间大，采用三片桨叶9的传统设计，易于实现标准化生产。
Claims (2)
1.一种桨叶倾角可调式洗衣片浆液混合装置，立柱（2）的一端与脚杯（1）连接，立柱（2）的另一端固连料箱（3），三者连接后被放置于地面上，在料箱（3）的下方安装伺服电机（8），所述伺服电机（8）与减速器（7）连接，减速器（7）输出轴端驱动主轴（4）旋转，继而驱动料箱（3）转动，在所述主轴（4）的下部安装有转轮（5），料箱（3）的内部在安装了搅拌及桨叶调节机构；所述搅拌及桨叶调节机构包括桨叶（9）、从动锥齿轮（10）、导向杆（11）、角度调节轴（12）和调节锥齿轮（13）以及缩涨喇叭管（14），所述调节锥齿轮（13）经由转轮（5）驱动，其与从动锥齿轮（10）啮合，所述从动锥齿轮（10）端部通过角度调节轴（12）连接桨叶（9），在所述桨叶（9）与从动锥齿轮（10）之间安装了导向杆（11），在桨叶（9）的侧面安装缩涨喇叭管（14）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的桨叶倾角可调式洗衣片浆液混合装置，其特征在于：所述缩涨喇叭管（14）两端大中间小，以便于浆料从一端进入压缩产生压力，再从另一端流出释放压力。
