[0002] 背景技术:生产再生橡胶作为我国废旧橡胶最主要的处理方式,在处理废旧轮胎“黑色污染”的同时也很大程度缓解了我国橡胶资源短缺的现状。然而目前国内再生橡胶生产过程或多或少会产生二次污染,如何针对性的处理产生的断硫废气对于再生橡胶行业发展至关重要。

[0015] 具体实施方式:参见附图:一种用于废旧橡胶脱硫废气分级处理装置,包括有储罐4、文丘里管3、油水分离器15、 冷凝器8和尾气处理系统17,文丘里管3的进气口与断硫废气供应管1连通且其进气口部位的两侧安装有循环水喷淋装置23,文丘里管3的出料口与储罐4的进料口联通;储罐4内部装有填料21,储罐4的不溶气体出口 22与尾气处理系统17的进气口连通,尾气处理系统17的出气口通向大气,储罐的出料口 6与冷凝器的进料口连通;冷凝器的出料管路与NaOH供应管11 汇合后接入循环栗的进料口;循环栗的出料口分成两路,一路通向文丘里管的进气口,另一路通向油水分离器的进料口;油水分离器的排油口外连通有排油管13,净水出口接入储罐内,排水和粉尘混合物口 14接入离心机。
[0016] 储罐4的左上侧连有文丘里管3、储罐顶部不溶气体出口 22与尾气处理系统17相连、右侧与油水分离器15相连并设有液位计12、储罐底部出料口 6与冷凝器8相连、储罐内部装有填料21,文丘里管进气口 2与断硫废气供应管1相连、上端两侧连有循环水喷淋装置23, 油水分离器上端与循环栗10相连,其中内部出现分层,上层与通过排油口与排油管13相连, 中层经进水口 20与储罐4相连,下层经排水与粉尘混合物口 14与离心机相连,冷凝器左上端与排水口 7相连、左下端与循环栗10相连、右下端与加水口 9相连,尾气处理系统17另一端经风机18输送至排气口 19与大气相连。[〇〇17] 储罐左下侧设有pH计5,检测储罐底部液体的酸碱性来控制NaOH供应管11需加入的NaOH量。
[0018] 油水分离器15右下端设有电导仪16来检测循环水。
[0019] 其工作原理:断硫废气供应管1经过管道进入文丘里管进气口 2,受到冷凝器8经过循环栗10输送至文丘里管3上端两侧循环水喷淋装置23喷出的水雾充分作用,部分油、粉尘及溶于水的物质则会溶于水中,在经过文丘里管3过程中受到其抽吸作用加速气体进入储罐4中,然后不溶的气体通过填料21再次处理后经过储罐顶部不溶气体出口 22到达尾气处理系统17处理后经过风机18送到排气口 19排到大气中,而储罐底部出料口 6沉积的油、水及粉尘等物质进入冷凝器8冷却后与NaOH供应管11加入的一定量NaOH中和后经循环栗10—部分输送至文丘里管进气口 2,另一部分输送至油水分离器15中,经分离后上层油经排油口从排油管13排出,中层较干净的水经进水口20送入储罐4内,下层含有的水、粉尘等混合物经排水与粉尘混合物口 14送入离心机中处理后排放。
