Abstract
本发明公开了一种松香型天然植物长效驱蚊液的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法具有以下工艺步骤:(1)将薄荷脑和绿原酸溶解在无水乙醇中,得到A液;(2)在反应器中,按如下组成加入,玉米油:26~34%,松油:16~24%,香叶油:8~12%,柠檬草油:8~12%,搅拌均匀,乙醇:25~35%,混匀,得到B液;(3)在反应器中,按如下组成体积百分浓度加入,A液:20~30%,B液:68~76%,聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯:2.0~5.0%,得天然植物驱蚊液。该驱蚊液散发自然松香味,并具有抑菌、润肤作用,对人体无副作用,使用方便,持续时间在8到10小时,驱蚊效果平均在90%以上。

背景技术
松油含有视黄醇即维生素A,一种人体必需的维生素营养物质,这类松香油制成的润肤霜能够平滑皱纹、有效对抗皮肤因老化而产生的松弛问题;松油中主要成分为α-蒎烯具有优良的驱蚊效果。
蚊虫吸食人血、传播疾病,严重危害人类健康。长期以来,人们使用多种方法控制蚊虫,各类化学杀虫剂对蚊虫的防治效果较好且持续时间较长,在某些地区的蚊媒病控制中的防治中起到重要作用。但是有机合成杀虫剂在高效杀虫的同时也遗留了许多问题。实践证明,随着化学杀虫剂大量长期的使用,蚊虫的抗药性越来越强,而且扩散迅速、污染环境影响生态平衡。因此,寻找对环境安全、对人体安全、易于降解、具有选择性驱蚊制剂备受关注。
驱蚊技术在我国化妆品领域是一种广泛应用的技术,传统的具有驱蚊效果的化妆品中主要是添加了化学合成的驱避剂,如避蚊胺(DEET)、驱蚊油(DMP)或香茅醛等,涂抹在皮肤上,形成保护膜、使蚊虫不敢靠近。然而,这种添加化学成分的驱避剂可能会造成皮肤过敏,具有一定的毒性,污染环境等。

植物精油的主要成分为单萜、倍半萜、脂肪族化合物和芳香烃衍生物,具有很多种生物活性。目前,植物精油在抗菌、抗氧化、杀虫等方面已经形成一个新的领域。特别是针对卫生害虫的防治、天然除虫菊素、植物精油等植物源杀虫活性物质具有对人畜安全、延缓害虫抗药性、不污染居住环境等优点,在卫生杀虫领域具有巨大的开发潜力和应用价值。已经有研究表明植物精油可以通过熏蒸或触杀的方式杀死或弱化蚊蝇。一般认为熏蒸剂的作用机理是熏蒸剂的蒸汽通过害虫的表皮或气门进入呼吸系统,从而渗透到血液使害虫中毒死亡。
有不同种类的植物精油所含的活性物质不同,单一植物精油的驱蚊效果不理想,而且持续的时间短,本申请通过对植物精油的复配添加缓蚀剂等手段,获得一种可用于皮肤天然植物驱蚊液,使其具有较高的驱蚊率、持续时间在8到10小时,同时具有润肤、抑菌等效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一是提供一种松香型天然植物长效驱蚊液的制备方法,在于解决现有驱蚊剂存在的残留时间短,添加化学杀虫剂,驱蚊效果差等问题。提供一种原料来源广泛,成本低廉,驱蚊效果显著、安全无毒、可用于皮肤天然植物驱蚊液。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现。
一种松香型天然植物长效驱蚊液的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法具有以下工艺步骤:
(1)A液配制:将薄荷脑和绿原酸溶解在无水乙醇中,配成质量体积百分浓度,含薄荷脑:6~10%,绿原酸:6~10%的乙醇溶液,得到A液,备用;
(2)B液配制:在反应器中,按如下组成体积百分浓度和顺序加入,玉米油:26~34%,松油:16~24%,香叶油:8~12%,柠檬草油:8~12%,搅拌均匀,乙醇:25~35%,各组分之和为百分之百,混匀,得到B液;
(3)天然植物驱蚊液制备:在反应器中,按如下组成体积百分浓度加入,A液:20~30%,B液:68~76%,聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯:2.0~5.0%,各组分之和为百分之百,混匀,得到黄色透明液体为天然植物驱蚊液,分装入容器中。
在步骤(1)所述的薄荷脑与绿原酸的质量比1:1最优。
在步骤(2)所述的玉米油与乙醇的体积比在1:0.9~1.1之间最优。
在步骤(2)所述松油:香叶油:柠檬草油的体积比为1:0.5:0.5为最优。
在步骤(2)所述的玉米油、松油、香叶油、柠檬草油均为植物提取物。
在步骤(3)所述的A液与B液的体积比在1:3之间最优。
使用方法:天然植物驱蚊液可直接涂抹或喷洒在人体皮肤上。
本发明与现有技术比较,具有如下优点及有益效果:
(1)本发明获得的天然植物驱蚊液是采用天然植物精油为主要成分,不含有化学杀虫剂,绿色环保,安全无毒,具有良好的驱蚊功效,驱蚊效果平均在90%以上;
(2)本发明获得的天然植物驱蚊液使用时可直接涂抹或喷洒在人体皮肤上,天然精油组合物散发出自然松香味,并具有抑菌、润肤作用,对人体无副作用,使用方便;
(3)本发明获得的天然植物驱蚊液由于添加了玉米油中含有不饱和脂肪酸和饱和脂肪酸对植物精油具有缓释作用,使天然植物驱蚊液驱蚊保留时间长,持续时间在6到8小时。
具体实施方式
实施例1
(1)A液配制:将8g薄荷脑和8g绿原酸溶解于100mL无水乙醇中,溶解混匀,配成得到A液,备用;
(2)B液配制:在反应器中,分别加入,玉米油:30mL,松油:21 mL,香叶油:10 mL,柠檬草油:10mL,搅拌均匀,乙醇:29 mL,混匀,得到B液;
(3)天然植物驱蚊液制备:在反应器中,分别加入,A液:24 mL,B液:71mL,聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯:5 mL,混匀,得到黄色透明液体为天然植物驱蚊液,分装入容器中。
实施例2
(1)A液配制:将10g薄荷脑和6g绿原酸溶解于100mL无水乙醇中,溶解混匀,配成得到A液,备用;
(2)B液配制:在反应器中,分别加入,玉米油:26mL,松油:24 mL,香叶油:12 mL,柠檬草油:12mL,搅拌均匀,乙醇:26 mL,混匀,得到B液;
(3)天然植物驱蚊液制备:在反应器中,分别加入,A液:22 mL,B液:75mL,聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯:3mL,混匀,得到黄色透明液体为天然植物驱蚊液,分装入容器中。
实施例3
(1)A液配制:将6g薄荷脑和10g绿原酸溶解于100mL无水乙醇中,溶解混匀,配成得到A液,备用;
(2)B液配制:在反应器中,分别加入,玉米油:34mL,松油:18 mL,香叶油:9 mL,柠檬草油:9mL,搅拌均匀,乙醇:30 mL,混匀,得到B液;
(3)天然植物驱蚊液制备:在反应器中,分别加入,A液:30 mL,B液:68mL,聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯:2 mL,混匀,得到黄色透明液体为天然植物驱蚊液,分装入容器中。
实施例4
(1)A液配制:将10g薄荷脑和10g绿原酸溶解于100mL无水乙醇中,溶解混匀,配成得到A液,备用;
(2)B液配制:在反应器中,分别加入,玉米油:33mL,松油:16 mL,香叶油:8mL,柠檬草油:8mL,搅拌均匀,乙醇:35mL,混匀,得到B液;
(3)天然植物驱蚊液制备:在反应器中,分别加入,A液:24 mL,B液:72mL,聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯:4mL,混匀,得到黄色透明液体为天然植物驱蚊液,分装入容器中。
实施例5
(1)A液配制:将90g薄荷脑和90g绿原酸溶解于1000mL无水乙醇中,溶解混匀,配成得到A液,备用;
(2)B液配制:在反应器中,分别加入,玉米油:280mL,松油:20 0mL,香叶油:100 mL,柠檬草油:100mL,搅拌均匀,乙醇:300 mL,混匀,得到B液;
(3)天然植物驱蚊液制备:在反应器中,分别加入,A液:240 mL,B液:750mL,聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯:10mL,混匀,得到黄色透明液体为天然植物驱蚊液,分装入容器中。
使用方法:天然植物驱蚊液使用时可直接涂抹或喷洒在人体皮肤上,天然精油组合物散发出甜美的自然香味,并具有抑菌、润肤作用,对人体无副作用,使用方便;持续时间在8到10小时,驱蚊效果平均在90%以上。
Claims (8)
1.一种松香型天然植物长效驱蚊液的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法具有以下工艺步骤:
(1)A液配制:将薄荷脑和绿原酸溶解在无水乙醇中,配成质量体积百分浓度,含薄荷脑:6~10%,绿原酸:6~10%的乙醇溶液,得到A液,备用;
(2)B液配制:在反应器中,按如下组成体积百分浓度和顺序加入,玉米油:26~34%,松油:16~24%,香叶油:8~12%,柠檬草油:8~12%,搅拌均匀,乙醇:25~35%,各组分之和为百分之百,混匀,得到B液;
(3)天然植物驱蚊液制备:在反应器中,按如下组成体积百分浓度加入,A液:20~30%,B液:68~76%,聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯:2.0~5.0%,各组分之和为百分之百,混匀,得到黄色透明液体为天然植物驱蚊液,分装入容器中。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种松香型天然植物长效驱蚊液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述的薄荷脑与绿原酸的质量比1:1最优。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的一种松香型天然植物长效驱蚊液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述的薄荷脑和绿原酸均为植物提取物。
4.根据权利要求1中所述的一种松香型天然植物长效驱蚊液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述的玉米油与乙醇的体积比在1:0.9~1.1之间最优。
5.根据权利要求1中所述的一种松香型天然植物长效驱蚊液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述松油:香叶油:柠檬草油的体积比为1:0.5:0.5为最优。
6.根据权利要求1中所述的一种松香型天然植物长效驱蚊液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述的玉米油、松油、香叶油、柠檬草油均为植物提取物。
7.根据权利要求1中所述的一种松香型天然植物长效驱蚊液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)所述的A液与B液的体积比在1:3之间最优。
8.根据权利要求1中所述的一种松香型天然植物长效驱蚊液的制备方法所制备的松香型天然植物长效驱蚊液。
