Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a zipper, in particular to an improved zipper tooth structure of the zipper.
Background
At present, in the appearance of the conventional zipper teeth, the zipper teeth take a cloth belt as a symmetrical central plane and are in a shape with consistent size and symmetrical appearance. In the closed state of the slide fastener, the distribution of the elements on the front and back sides and the appearance formed by the element rows are almost the same, even the same. The existing zipper teeth not only can not have a breakthrough in the novelty of modeling, but also can be achieved only by reducing the size in the aspect of reducing the material consumption of the zipper teeth, and the requirements of products on specifications and processes can not be met in most cases.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art and provides a material-saving zipper element. The zipper tooth not only has better appearance and quality, but also saves materials, ensures more stable engaging force and further improves the light smoothness.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a material-saving fastener element includes an engaging portion where left and right fastener elements are engaged with each other; the engaging part is formed by integrating a left engaging head and a right engaging head, and the left engaging head and the right engaging head are arranged in a high-low mode so as to form a high engaging head and a low engaging head correspondingly; the high-position meshing head is provided with a pulling-in part, and the low-position meshing head is provided with a leaning part; under the meshing state, the pulling-combining parts of the left and right zipper teeth are pulled and propped against the top of the parts.
The zipper element capable of saving materials is characterized in that the pull-in part is a downward inclined part which is gradually narrowed downwards; the abutting part is an upper inclined part which is gradually widened downwards from the top surface of the low-position engaging head.
In the above material-saving fastener element, the highest point of the pulling-in portion is lower than the highest point of the abutting portion.
According to the material-saving zipper tooth, the top of the high-position engaging head is provided with the notch, and the shape of the notch corresponds to the shape of the cloth rib of the zipper.
The technical scheme has the advantages that:
the zipper teeth of the invention integrally save the material of the zipper teeth by the high-position engaging head and the low-position engaging head which are arranged in a high-position and a low-position.
According to the invention, the meshing function of the zipper is realized by mutually pulling the pulling part of the high-position meshing head and propping the propping part of the low-position meshing head, and the stability of the zipper teeth in the upper direction, the lower direction, the front direction and the rear direction is simultaneously satisfied.
The left and right engaging heads arranged in a high-low mode form different shapes on the front and back surfaces of the closed zipper, so that the zipper is attractive in overall appearance.
The invention forms the gap part on the top of the high-position meshing head, not only achieves the purpose of saving materials, but also improves the light and smooth feeling of pulling the zipper.

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects of the present invention clearer and clearer, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
A material saving fastener element shown in FIGS. 1 to 5 is applied to a slide fastener chain shown in FIGS. 6 to 9, and is engaged with a rib 30 of the slide fastener chain by left and right fastener elements 10, 20.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the fastener element includes an engaging portion 40 where the left and right fastener elements 10, 20 are engaged with each other. The engaging portion 40 is integrally formed by left and right engaging heads. The left engaging head and the right engaging head are arranged in a high-low mode to correspondingly form a high engaging head 50 and a low engaging head 60, and therefore materials of the zipper teeth are saved on the whole.
The bottom of the high-position engaging head 50 is provided with a pulling part 51, and the pulling part 51 is a downward inclined part which is gradually narrowed downwards (towards the root part 70). As shown in fig. 6 and 7, in the coupled state of the left and right elements 10 and 20, the coupling portions 51 of the left and right elements 10 and 20 are coupled so that the inclined surfaces of the lower inclined portions are in contact with each other, thereby realizing the coupling function of the slide fastener and satisfying the upper, lower, front, and rear stabilities of the elements.
The top of the low-position engaging head 60 is provided with an abutting part 61, and the abutting part 61 is an inclined part which is gradually widened downwards from the top surface 62 of the low-position engaging head 60.
The highest point A of the pulling-in part 51 of the high-position engaging head 50 is lower than the highest point B of the abutting part 61 of the low-position engaging head 60. As shown in fig. 3, the top surface 62 of the low engaging head 60 is higher than the highest point of the downward inclined portion (the pulling portion 51) of the high engaging head 50, and the height difference between the top surface 62 of the low engaging head 60 and the downward inclined portion (the pulling portion 51) of the high engaging head 50 is the height H shown in fig. 3-1. As shown in fig. 8 and 9, in the engaged state of the left and right elements 10 and 20, the abutting portions 61 of the left and right elements 10 and 20 abut against each other so that the inclined surfaces of the upper inclined portions abut against each other, thereby further satisfying the stability of the upper, lower, front and rear portions of the elements and also providing different appearances on the front and rear surfaces of the slide fastener in the engaged state.
As shown in figures 1 and 3, the invention also provides a gap part 52 at the top of the high-position engaging head 50, and the shape of the gap part 52 is arranged corresponding to the shape of the cloth rib 30 of the zipper, thereby not only achieving the purpose of saving materials, but also improving the light sliding degree of the zipper.
The front side and the back side of the zipper are opposite.
The above description describes preferred embodiments of the invention, but it should be understood that the invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and should not be viewed as excluding other embodiments. Modifications made by those skilled in the art in light of the teachings of this disclosure, which are well known or are within the skill and knowledge of the art, are also to be considered within the scope of this disclosure.
