钩藤味甘,性凉,具有清热平肝、息风定惊、降压的功效,常用于肝风内动、惊痫抽搐、高热惊厥、感冒夹惊、高血压等症。
制首乌味苦、甘、涩,性微温,有养血滋阴、润肠通便、祛风解毒、降血脂、延缓动脑粥样硬化的功效,主治血虚头昏目眩、心悸失眠、肠燥便秘、久疟体虚、风疹瘙痒等症。
罗布麻味甘苦,性凉,有清火降压降血脂、强心利尿、平肝安神等作用,主治肝阳眩晕、心悸失眠、浮肿尿少、高血压病、神经衰弱等病症。
黄连味苦,性寒,有清热燥湿、泻火解毒、降血脂血糖的功效,主治湿热痞满、呕吐吞酸、泻痢、黄疸、高热神昏、心火亢盛、心烦不寐、高血脂等病症。
天麻味甘,性平,有息风定惊、治眩晕眼黑、头风头痛、肢体麻木等功效,可治眩晕头痛、诸风湿痹等症。
桑葚味甘酸,性寒,有健脾胃、润肠通便、增强免疫、分解脂肪、降低血脂、防止血管硬化、扩充人体的血容量等作用,主治失眠多梦、津伤口渴、消渴、肠燥便秘、贫血、高血压血脂等症。
火麻仁味甘,性平,有增进食欲、减轻疼痛、排除多余的脂肪颗粒和胆固醇等有害物质、排毒减肥、滋阴补肾、疏通血脉、治中风水肿、助消化等功效,对老年人便秘、失眠、高血压、高血脂、糖尿病、胆固醇等病症具有良好的疗效。
桑葚、火麻仁、罗布麻有降血压血脂、治疗失眠的功效,佐以决明子,显著增强降血压血脂的功效,与天麻伍配,则可增强治疗头痛失眠的功效;制首乌、黄连可清热解毒、降血脂,钩藤可清热、降血压,与可活血化瘀、降血脂的银杏叶和山楂伍配,相得益彰,增强清热、降血压血脂的功效;各药效相互协同,达到活血化瘀、清热、助睡眠、降血压血脂的功效。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:所述香芋糕色泽诱人,香气怡人,清甜可口,色、香、味俱全,可促进消化,具有降血压血脂的保健功能,尤其适合中老年人食用,且制作方法简单,易于推广和工业化生产。
【具体实施方式】
为了更好地理解本发明,下面用具体实例来详细说明本发明的技术方案,但是本发明并不局限于此。
实施例1
本实施例的降血压血脂的香芋糕,包含以下重量份的组分:小麦面粉30份、香芋25份、芯料15份、梨汁0.2份、红糖4份、合欢花0.3份、椰奶1份、绿豆芽1份、芹菜1份、中草药添加剂1份;
其中,芯料按重量份计,由香芋5份、山药3份、南瓜2份制成;
中草药添加剂按重量份计,由决明子2.5份、生山楂4份、银杏叶0.2份、钩藤0.8份、制首乌0.1份、罗布麻1份、黄连1份、天麻1份、桑葚2份、火麻仁1.5份制成。
本实施例降血压血脂的香芋糕的制作方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将按份量计量好的香芋5份、山药3份、南瓜2份去皮、蒸熟、捣成泥,然后混合均匀,得到芯料待用;(2)将合欢花用85℃水浸泡80s,得到花茶放凉,将中草药添加剂中各中草药粉碎,用开水浸泡45min,过滤,得到药汁放凉,将绿豆芽、芹菜榨成汁,加热煮熟放凉,将所得合欢花茶、药汁、绿豆芽和芹菜汁、红糖、椰奶混匀,搅拌,所得混合汁液待用;(3)将剩余香芋20份去皮、蒸熟、捣成泥,与步骤(2)中所得混合汁液混匀,分批次缓慢的加入小麦面粉混匀,少量多次,得到面团待用;(4)将芯料塞入面团中包好,成型,蒸熟,即得香芋糕。
实施例2
本实施例的降血压血脂的香芋糕,包含以下重量份的组分:小麦面粉20份、香芋40份、芯料9份、梨汁0.5份、木糖醇2份、合欢花0.6份、椰奶3份、绿豆芽0.5份、芹菜0.5份、中草药添加剂2份;
其中,芯料按重量份计,由香芋8份、山药5份、南瓜1份制成;
中草药添加剂按重量份计,由决明子1份、生山楂2份、银杏叶0.4份、钩藤1.3份、制首乌0.3份、罗布麻0.5份、黄连1.5份、天麻3份、桑葚4份、火麻仁0.8份制成。
本实施例降血压血脂的香芋糕的制作方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将按份量计量好的香芋8份、山药5份、南瓜1份去皮、蒸熟、捣成泥,然后混合均匀,得到芯料待用;(2)将合欢花用95℃水浸泡40s,得到花茶放凉,将中草药添加剂中各中草药粉碎,用开水浸泡10min,过滤,得到药汁放凉,将绿豆芽、芹菜榨成汁,加热煮熟放凉,将所得合欢花茶、药汁、绿豆芽和芹菜汁、木糖醇、椰奶混匀,搅拌,所得混合汁液待用;(3)将剩余香芋32份去皮、蒸熟、捣成泥,与步骤(2)中所得混合汁液混匀,分批次缓慢的加入小麦面粉混匀,少量多次,得到面团待用;(4)将芯料塞入面团中包好,成型,蒸熟,即得香芋糕。
实施例3
本实施例的降血压血脂的香芋糕,包含以下重量份的组分:小麦面粉23份、香芋30份、芯料12份、梨汁0.3份、甜叶菊3份、合欢花0.4份、椰奶2.5份、绿豆芽0.8份、芹菜0.6份、中草药添加剂1.7份;
其中,芯料按重量份计,由香芋5份、山药5份、南瓜2份制成;
中草药添加剂按重量份计,由决明子1.5份、生山楂2.5份、银杏叶0.2份、钩藤1份、制首乌0.15份、罗布麻0.7份、黄连1.2份、天麻2份、桑葚3.5份、火麻仁1份制成。
本实施例降血压血脂的香芋糕的制作方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将按份量计量好的香芋5份、山药5份、南瓜2份去皮、蒸熟、捣成泥,然后混合均匀,得到芯料待用;(2)将合欢花用93℃水浸泡55s,得到花茶放凉,将中草药添加剂中各中草药粉碎,用开水浸泡25min,过滤,得到药汁放凉,将绿豆芽、芹菜榨成汁,加热煮熟放凉,将所得合欢花茶、药汁、绿豆芽和芹菜汁、甜叶菊、椰奶混匀,搅拌,所得混合汁液待用;(3)将剩余香芋25份去皮、蒸熟、捣成泥,与步骤(2)中所得混合汁液混匀,分批次缓慢的加入小麦面粉混匀,少量多次,得到面团待用;(4)将芯料塞入面团中包好,成型,蒸熟,即得香芋糕。
对比例1
对比例1选用市售某品牌香芋糕。
对比例2
对比例2香芋糕与实施例3基本相同,但对比例2的香芋糕中未添加中草药添加剂。
为了更清楚地说明本发明的特色,随机选取同一地区150个健康状况和饮食习惯相似的40-65岁的人士分成A、B、C、D、E5组,每组30人,A、B、C、D、E组分别对实施例1、2、3和对比例1、2的香芋糕进行试吃体验,每人每天食用50g左右,连续食用3个月,3个月后统计每个人的食用反馈,不同香芋糕食用反馈结果如表1所示。

根据表1结果可知:与对比例相比,实施例的香芋糕口感更好,更容易消化,没有积食腹胀便秘现象,血压血脂都明显有所下降,说明本发明的香芋糕不仅口感好,且可促进消化,具有降血压血脂的保健功能,适合中老年人食用;同时,也说明本发明中的中草药添加剂具有降血压血脂的功效。
上述说明是针对本发明较佳可行实施例的详细说明,但实施例并非用以限定本发明的专利申请范围,凡本发明所提示的技术精神下所完成的同等变化或修饰变更,均应属于本发明所涵盖专利范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种降血压血脂的香芋糕,其特征在于,包含以下重量份的组分:小麦面粉20-30份、香芋25-40份、芯料9-15份、梨汁0.2-0.5份、调味剂2-4份、合欢花0.3-0.6份、椰奶1-3份、绿豆芽0.5-1份、芹菜0.5-1份、中草药添加剂1-2份;
其中,所述芯料按重量份计,由香芋5-8份、山药3-5份、南瓜1-2份制成;
所述中草药添加剂按重量份计,由决明子1-2.5份、生山楂2-4份、银杏叶0.2-0.4份、钩藤0.8-1.3份、制首乌0.1-0.3份、罗布麻0.5-1份、黄连1-1.5份、天麻1-3份、桑葚2-4份、火麻仁0.8-1.5份制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述降血压血脂的香芋糕,其特征在于,包含以下重量份的组分:小麦面粉25份、香芋30份、芯料12份、梨汁0.3份、调味剂3份、合欢花0.4份、椰奶2.5份、绿豆芽0.6份、芹菜0.6份、中草药添加剂1.8份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述降血压血脂的香芋糕,其特征在于,所述芯料由香芋7份、山药4份、南瓜1份制成。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述降血压血脂的香芋糕,其特征在于,所述调味剂选自甜叶菊、红糖和木糖醇中一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述降血压血脂的香芋糕,其特征在于,所述中草药添加剂按重量份计,由决明子2份、生山楂3.5份、银杏叶0.2份、钩藤1份、制首乌0.1份、罗布麻0.7份、黄连1.3份、天麻2份、桑葚3份、火麻仁1.2份制成。
6.一种制作权利要求1至5任一项所述的香芋糕的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:(1)将按分量计量好的香芋、山药、南瓜去皮、蒸熟、捣成泥,然后混合均匀,得到芯料待用;(2)将合欢花用85-95℃水浸泡40-80s,得到花茶放凉,将中草药添加剂中各中草药粉碎,用开水浸泡10-45min,过滤,得到药汁放凉,将绿豆芽、芹菜榨成汁,加热煮熟放凉,将所得合欢花茶、药汁、绿豆芽和芹菜汁、调味剂、椰奶混匀,搅拌,所得混合汁液待用;(3)将剩余香芋去皮、蒸熟、捣成泥,与步骤(2)中所得混合汁液混匀,分批次缓慢的加入小麦面粉混匀,少量多次,得到面团待用;(4)将芯料塞入面团中包好,成型,蒸熟,即得香芋糕。
