Abstract

本发明涉及一种炉内吹散式炉腔结构,包括炉腔,炉腔的底部设有炉排及进风口,位于炉排上方的炉腔的侧壁有多圈上下设置的通孔,所述通孔处套设有高压通风环腔,所述高压通风环腔与高压通风泵连接。本发明的结构简单,采用高压吹风方式,将炉腔内的垃圾吹散,避免垃圾堆积,提高其燃烧率,保证充分燃烧。

技术领域
本发明涉及垃圾处理设备领域,特别涉及用于垃圾焚烧的炉腔。
背景技术
现有技术中,炉腔的底部只设有一个通风口,当垃圾量较大时,与该通风口相对的一侧的氧气不足,导致燃烧不充分,烟尘量大。现有的炉腔中,进入炉腔内的垃圾虽然经过了初步分散,但还是会出现堆积在一起的现象,导致燃烧不充分。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的上述不足,申请人进行研究及改进,提供一种炉内吹散式炉腔结构,其采用炉内通风吹散的方式,完全避免垃圾堆积,保证充分燃烧。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用如下方案:
一种炉内吹散式炉腔结构,包括炉腔,炉腔的底部设有炉排及进风口,位于炉排上方的炉腔的侧壁有多圈上下设置的通孔,所述通孔处套设有高压通风环腔,所述高压通风环腔与高压通风泵连接。
本发明的技术效果在于:
本发明的结构简单,采用高压吹风方式,将炉腔内的垃圾吹散,避免垃圾堆积,提高其燃烧率,保证充分燃烧。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。
如图1所示,本实施例的炉内吹散式炉腔结构,包括炉腔1,炉腔的底部设有炉排2及进风口3,位于炉排2上方的炉腔1的侧壁有多圈上下设置的通孔4,通孔4处套设有高压通风环腔5,高压通风环腔5与高压通风泵连接。
炉腔1在焚烧垃圾过程中,通过高压通风环腔5向炉腔1内通入高压空气,在空气的吹动作用下,炉腔1内的垃圾被吹散,避免出现堆积现象。本发明中,高压通风环腔5为耐火材料制成。
