Abstract
The invention discloses a device and a method for fixedly connecting an optical lens. The device comprises a lens fixing frame, an optical lens, a luminous element circuit board and a circuit board supporting frame which are sequentially arranged; the lens fixing frame, the optical lens and the luminous element circuit board are all provided with through positioning connecting holes; the front side of the circuit board support frame is provided with a positioning column, and the positioning column penetrates through positioning connecting holes on the luminous element circuit board, the optical lens and the lens fixing frame, so that the lens fixing frame, the optical lens, the luminous element circuit board and the circuit board support frame are assembled into a whole; the rear side of the circuit board supporting frame is provided with a connecting structure which integrally connects the fixed connecting device to the electronic product. According to the invention, the lens fixing frame and the circuit board supporting frame are additionally arranged, and the positioning holes and the positioning connecting holes are matched, so that the assembly operation is simple, and the assembly and the disassembly are easy.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of optics, in particular to a device and a method for fixedly connecting an optical lens.
Background
In modern electronic consumer products, such as wearable devices, including Virtual Reality (VR) helmet headsets, augmented Reality (AR) devices, and other digital products, a circuit board with a light emitting element and a matched optical lens are often provided to realize functions of illumination, position tracking, and the like.
In the prior art, the optical lens in the product, the light-emitting element circuit board and the product shell are usually in the form of screws, snap springs and the like, and the structure is complex and is not easy to assemble and disassemble, so that a fixed connection mode which is easy to assemble and disassemble and simple to operate is needed to be provided.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the problem that the optical lens in the prior art is assembled and disassembled in a different way by adopting a screw, a clamp spring and the like, the invention provides a device and a method for fixedly connecting the optical lens, so as to overcome the problem or at least partially solve the problem.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided an apparatus for fixedly connecting an optical lens, including a lens holder, an optical lens, a light emitting element circuit board, and a circuit board support frame, which are sequentially disposed;
the lens fixing frame is of a cylindrical structure, a step is circumferentially arranged on the inner side of the front end of the lens fixing frame, and a positioning connecting hole is further formed in the lens fixing frame;
the optical lens is provided with a skirt edge which is matched with the step of the lens fixing frame to clamp the optical lens in the lens fixing frame;
the optical lens and the luminous element circuit board are respectively provided with a positioning connecting hole communicated with the positioning connecting hole on the lens fixing frame;
the front side of the circuit board support frame is provided with a positioning column, and the positioning column penetrates through positioning connection holes on the light-emitting element circuit board, the optical lens and the lens fixing frame to enable the lens fixing frame, the optical lens, the light-emitting element circuit board and the circuit board support frame to be assembled into a whole; the rear side of the circuit board supporting frame is provided with a connecting structure which is used for integrally connecting the circuit board supporting frame to an electronic product.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for fixedly connecting an optical lens, in which a lens holder, an optical lens, a light emitting element circuit board, and a circuit board support frame are sequentially provided;
the lens fixing frame is arranged into a cylindrical structure, a step is circumferentially arranged on the inner side of the front end of the lens fixing frame, and a positioning connecting hole is formed in the lens fixing frame;
arranging a skirt edge on the optical lens, enabling the skirt edge to be matched with the step of the lens fixing frame, and clamping the optical lens in the lens fixing frame;
positioning connection holes which are communicated with the positioning connection holes on the lens fixing frame are arranged on the optical lens and the luminous element circuit board;
a positioning column is arranged on the front side of the circuit board support frame, and penetrates through positioning connection holes on the light-emitting element circuit board, the optical lens and the lens fixing frame, so that the lens fixing frame, the optical lens, the light-emitting element circuit board and the circuit board support frame are assembled into a whole; and a connecting structure is arranged at the rear side of the circuit board supporting frame and is used for integrally connecting the circuit board supporting frame to an electronic product.
In summary, the beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: through addding circuit board support frame and lens mount, set up the reference column on the circuit board support frame, set up the location connecting hole on lens mount, luminous element circuit board and optical lens, fix on the product casing after forming integral structure through the grafting, do not adopt forms such as screw, jump ring and buckle, easy operation, easy equipment and dismantlement.

Detailed Description
The invention adopts the plug-in cooperation of the positioning connecting hole and the positioning column to assemble the optical lens and the luminous element circuit board into a whole and then connect the optical lens and the luminous element circuit board to the shell of the product, thereby simplifying the assembly operation and providing a fixed connection mode convenient to assemble and disassemble.
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1-7 illustrate an apparatus for fixedly connecting an optical lens according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the apparatus comprising: the lens fixing frame 5, the optical lens 1, the luminous element circuit board 2 and the circuit board supporting frame 6 are sequentially arranged; the lens fixing frame 5 is of a cylindrical structure, the inner side of the front end of the lens fixing frame is circumferentially provided with steps, and the lens fixing frame 5 is also provided with positioning connecting holes 8; the optical lens 1 is provided with a skirt edge which is matched with the step of the lens fixing frame 5 to clamp the optical lens 1 in the lens fixing frame 5; the optical lens 1 and the luminous element circuit board 2 are respectively provided with a positioning connecting hole 8 communicated with the positioning connecting hole 8 on the lens fixing frame 5; the front side of the circuit board support frame 6 is provided with a positioning column 7, and the positioning column 7 penetrates through positioning connecting holes 8 on the luminous element circuit board 2, the optical lens 1 and the lens fixing frame 5, so that the lens fixing frame 5, the optical lens 1, the luminous element circuit board 2 and the circuit board support frame 6 are assembled into a whole; the rear side of the circuit board supporting frame 6 is provided with a connecting structure, and the whole is connected to an electronic product, as shown in fig. 6, the optical lens 1 is exposed from the front end of the lens fixing frame 5, so that functions of illumination, positioning and the like are realized.
The light emitting element circuit board 2 is soldered with a light emitting element, which may be a bulb or a diode, etc., by a surface mount technology (Surface Mount Technology, SMT), and the optical lens 1 is covered on the light emitting element to realize various optical effects required for the product.
The fixing and connecting device does not adopt the traditional forms of screws, snap springs and the like, the lens fixing frame 5 and the circuit board supporting frame 6 are respectively additionally arranged at the front and the rear of the optical lens 1 and the luminous element circuit board 2, and the positioning posts 7 and the positioning and connecting holes 8 are utilized to pre-assemble all parts into a whole and then are connected to the product shell, so that the operation is simple, and the assembly and the disassembly are convenient.
Preferably, the connection structure of the rear side of the circuit board support frame 6 is: a fixing hole 13 provided at the rear side of the circuit board support frame 6; the shell of the electronic product is provided with a fixed column 14 matched with the fixed hole 13, and the fixed column 14 is inserted into the fixed hole 13 to integrally connect the fixed connection device on the electronic product.
Preferably, the positioning connection hole on the lens fixing frame 5 is a through hole, and the positioning column 7 on the circuit board support frame 6 passes through the positioning connection hole on the lens fixing frame 5 and is exposed for a certain length, as shown in fig. 4, when the positioning column 7 is made of metal, the exposed part of the positioning column 7 is tightly adhered to the lens fixing frame 5 through dispensing; or when the positioning column 7 is made of plastic, the exposed part of the positioning column 7 is tightly adhered to the lens fixing frame 5 through heating and melting, so that the whole structure is further fastened.
Preferably, the inner wall of the lens fixing frame 5 is provided with a guide groove 9, the optical lens 1 and the circuit board supporting frame 6 are provided with guide ribs 10 corresponding to the guide groove 9, and the guide groove 9 and the guide ribs 10 are mutually matched, so that the insertion is more convenient when each part is assembled to the lens fixing frame 5.
Preferably, the inner wall of the lens fixing frame 5 is provided with a fool-proof positioning groove 11, the circuit board supporting frame 6 is provided with a fool-proof positioning block 12 matched with the fool-proof positioning groove 11, and as the luminous element circuit board 2 is provided with electronic components, people need to pay attention to avoid when assembling the circuit board supporting frame 6, the fool-proof positioning groove 11 and the fool-proof positioning block 12 matched with each other are arranged for fool-proof positioning, and the electronic components are prevented from being reversely extruded.
Fig. 3 shows an assembling process of the optical lens fixing and connecting device according to the embodiment of the present invention, firstly, the optical lens 1, the light-emitting element circuit board 2 and the circuit board supporting frame 6 are assembled into the lens fixing frame 5 in sequence, so that the lens fixing frame 5, the optical lens 1, the light-emitting element circuit board 2 and the circuit board supporting frame 5 form a whole as shown in fig. 4; then, the fixing holes of the circuit board support frame 6 are sleeved on the fixing columns 14 of the lower product shell 3 and assembled with the lower product shell 3, as shown in fig. 5; finally, the upper case 4 of the product is assembled, the assembly is completed, the assembly effect is shown in fig. 6, and fig. 7 is a sectional view of the optical lens fixedly connected to the inside of the product.
The invention also discloses a method for fixedly connecting the optical lens, which comprises the following steps:
step S110; the lens fixing frame, the optical lens, the luminous element circuit board and the circuit board supporting frame are sequentially arranged; the lens fixing frame is arranged into a cylindrical structure, a step is arranged on the inner side of the front end of the lens fixing frame in the circumferential direction, and a positioning connecting hole is formed in the lens fixing frame; arranging a skirt edge on the optical lens, enabling the skirt edge to be matched with a step of the lens fixing frame, and clamping the optical lens in the lens fixing frame; positioning connection holes which are communicated with the positioning connection holes on the lens fixing frame are arranged on the optical lens and the luminous element circuit board; the front side of the circuit board support frame is provided with a positioning column, and the positioning column penetrates through the positioning connecting holes on the luminous element circuit board, the optical lens and the lens fixing frame, so that the lens fixing frame, the optical lens, the luminous element circuit board and the circuit board support frame are assembled into a whole.
Step S120, a connecting structure is arranged at the rear side of the circuit board supporting frame to connect the whole to the electronic product.
The fixing connection method does not adopt the traditional forms of screws, snap springs and the like, a lens fixing frame and a circuit board supporting frame are respectively additionally arranged at the front and the rear of the optical lens and the luminous element circuit board, and the positioning column and the positioning connection hole are utilized to pre-assemble all parts into a whole and then are connected to the product shell, so that the operation is simple, and the assembly and the disassembly are convenient.
In step S110, the setting of the connection structure at the rear side of the circuit board support frame includes: a fixing hole is arranged at the rear side of the circuit board supporting frame; correspondingly, a fixing column matched with the fixing hole is arranged on the shell of the electronic product, the fixing column is inserted into the fixing hole, and the fixing connection device is integrally connected to the electronic product.
In step S110, the positioning connection hole provided on the lens fixing frame is a through hole, and the positioning column on the circuit board supporting frame passes through the through hole and exposes a length; the positioning column is made of metal, and the exposed part of the positioning column is tightly adhered to the lens fixing frame through dispensing; or the positioning column is made of plastic material, and the exposed part of the positioning column is melted and is tightly adhered to the lens fixing frame by heating, so that the further fastening after the whole assembly is realized.
Preferably, the fixed connection method further comprises step S130: the inner wall of the lens fixing frame is provided with a guide groove, and the optical lens and the circuit board support frame are provided with guide ribs corresponding to the guide groove, so that the assembly operation is facilitated.
Preferably, the method for fixing connection further includes step S140: the fool-proof positioning groove is formed in the inner wall of the lens fixing frame, and the fool-proof positioning block matched with the fool-proof positioning groove is arranged on the circuit board supporting frame so as to prevent reverse insertion during assembly of workers.

the lens fixing frame is of a cylindrical structure, a step is circumferentially arranged on the inner side of the front end of the lens fixing frame, and a positioning connecting hole is further formed in the lens fixing frame;
the optical lens is provided with a skirt edge which is matched with the step of the lens fixing frame to clamp the optical lens in the lens fixing frame, so that the optical lens is exposed from the front end of the lens fixing frame;
the optical lens and the luminous element circuit board are respectively provided with a positioning connecting hole communicated with the positioning connecting hole on the lens fixing frame;
a fool-proof positioning groove is formed in the inner wall of the lens fixing frame, and a fool-proof positioning block matched with the fool-proof positioning groove is arranged on the circuit board supporting frame;
the front side of the circuit board support frame is provided with a positioning column, and the positioning column penetrates through positioning connection holes on the light-emitting element circuit board, the optical lens and the lens fixing frame to enable the lens fixing frame, the optical lens, the light-emitting element circuit board and the circuit board support frame to be assembled into a whole; a connecting structure is arranged at the rear side of the circuit board supporting frame and is used for connecting the whole to an electronic product; the connecting structure at the rear side of the circuit board support frame is a fixing hole arranged at the rear side of the circuit board support frame; the electronic product comprises an upper product shell and a lower product shell, wherein the upper product shell and the lower product shell of the electronic product are assembled together, the lower product shell is provided with a fixing column matched with the fixing hole, the fixing column is inserted into the fixing hole, two ends of the fixing column face the upper product shell and the lower product shell respectively, and the fixing connection device is integrally connected to the electronic product.
2. The device of claim 1, wherein the positioning connection hole on the lens holder is a through hole, and the positioning post on the circuit board support frame passes through the positioning connection hole on the lens holder and exposes a length;
the positioning column is made of metal, and the exposed part of the positioning column is tightly adhered to the lens fixing frame through dispensing; or the positioning column is made of plastic, and the exposed part of the positioning column is tightly adhered to the lens fixing frame through heating and melting.
3. The device of claim 1, wherein guide grooves are formed in the inner wall of the lens holder, and guide ribs corresponding to the guide grooves are formed in the optical lens and the circuit board support frame.

a fool-proof positioning groove is formed in the inner wall of the lens fixing frame, and a fool-proof positioning block matched with the fool-proof positioning groove is arranged on the circuit board supporting frame;
a positioning column is arranged on the front side of the circuit board support frame, and penetrates through positioning connection holes on the light-emitting element circuit board, the optical lens and the lens fixing frame, so that the lens fixing frame, the optical lens, the light-emitting element circuit board and the circuit board support frame are assembled into a whole; a connecting structure is arranged at the rear side of the circuit board supporting frame, and the whole is connected to an electronic product; wherein, a fixing hole is arranged at the rear side of the circuit board supporting frame; the electronic product comprises an upper product shell, a lower product shell, a fixing column, a fixing hole, a fixing connecting device and a fixing connecting device.

The method of claim 4, wherein the positioning connection holes provided on the lens holder are through holes, and the positioning posts on the circuit board support frame pass through the through holes and are exposed for a certain length; the positioning column is made of metal, and the exposed part of the positioning column is tightly adhered to the lens fixing frame through dispensing; or the positioning column is made of plastic material, and the exposed part of the positioning column is melted and stuck with the lens fixing frame by heating.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein the method of fixedly attaching further comprises: the inner wall of the lens fixing frame is provided with a guide groove, and the optical lens and the circuit board supporting frame are provided with guide ribs corresponding to the guide groove.
