Abstract
The invention relates to a double-lip sealing structure of a double-row spherical roller bearing and a wind driven generator, and belongs to the related technical field of wind power equipment. The sealing ring mainly comprises an internal sealing ring, a pressing plate is arranged at the upper part of the sealing ring, a bearing end cover and a double-row spherical roller bearing body are arranged on the inner side of the pressing plate, the sealing ring comprises a sealing ring top part, the sealing ring top part is connected with one end of a bent waist part, the other end of the bent waist part is hermetically connected with a vertical transition part, and the vertical transition part is connected with the bottom of the sealing ring; the lower surface of the bottom of the sealing ring is provided with a first sealing lip and a second sealing lip. The invention improves the sealing ring in the existing roller bearing sealing structure, so that the problems of sealing failure and leakage of the original sealing structure under special working conditions are effectively solved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the related technical field of wind power equipment, in particular to a double-lip sealing structure of a double-row spherical roller bearing and a wind driven generator.
Background
The single bearing structure of the main shaft bearing of the megawatt wind turbine generator set can select a double-row spherical roller bearing for multiple purposes. As shown in figure 1, the sealing structure of the bearing mainly adopts a single-lip framework sealing structure, namely, the sealing structure comprises an inner sealing ring 1-1, a pressure plate 1-2 is arranged at the upper part of the sealing ring 1-1, a sealing ring 1-3 is arranged at the inner side of the pressure plate 1-2, a bearing end cover 1-4 and a double-row spherical roller bearing body 1-5.
Because the self-aligning roller bearing allows the main shaft to move radially relative to the bearing seat, when the wind wheel is loaded by a load which is not perpendicular to the main shaft, the main shaft can move radially relative to the bearing seat in the rotating process, when the main shaft moves radially, interference magnitude of lip parts 1-6 of sealing rings 1-3 can be eaten in one direction, and waist parts 1-7 of the sealing rings cannot compensate radially, so that sealing failure is caused, lubricating grease after sealing failure cannot flow into an oil collecting bottle according to design requirements, and overflows from a space between the sealing rings 1-3 and an inner sealing ring 1-1.
Although the existing sealing ring is provided with the spring ring, a certain self-compensation effect on the abrasion and the aging of the sealing ring can be achieved, when the swing angle of the main shaft is large, the compensation amount of the existing spring ring is insufficient, and oil leakage is caused.
In order to solve the problems, part of enterprises adopt increasing the elasticity of the spring ring or increasing the interference magnitude of the lip part of the sealing ring, so that the compensation problem can be solved in a short time, but the service life of the sealing ring can be shortened. Because fans operate at heights above eighty-ninety meters, the cost of downtime and maintenance is high, and the manner of solving the compensation problem by sacrificing life is basically unacceptable.
Therefore, leakage of grease of a main bearing in the wind power industry becomes a common disease and a chronic disease in the industry, and the later operation and maintenance of a unit are influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a double-lip sealing structure of a double-row spherical roller bearing. According to the invention, the sealing ring in the existing roller bearing sealing structure is improved, so that the problems of sealing failure and leakage of the original sealing structure under special working conditions are effectively solved.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a double-lip sealing structure of a double-row spherical roller bearing comprises an internal sealing ring, a pressure plate is arranged at the upper part of the sealing ring, a bearing end cover and a double-row spherical roller bearing body are arranged at the inner side of the pressure plate,
the sealing ring comprises a sealing ring top, the sealing ring top is connected with one end of the bent waist part, the other end of the bent waist part is hermetically connected with the vertical transition part, and the vertical transition part is connected with the bottom of the sealing ring;
the lower surface of the bottom of the sealing ring is provided with a first sealing lip and a second sealing lip.
Preferably, the top of the sealing ring, the bent waist, the vertical transition part, the bottom of the sealing ring, the first sealing lip and the second sealing lip are integrally formed.
Preferably, the sealing ring is made of butadiene acrylonitrile rubber.
Preferably, the sealing ring is made of hydrogenated butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber.
Preferably, the bottom of the sealing ring is provided with two spring rings, and the two spring rings are positioned above the first sealing lip and the second sealing lip.
The invention also provides a wind driven generator which is provided with a main shaft, wherein the main shaft is assembled with the bearing seat into a whole by virtue of the double-row spherical roller bearing, and the double-row spherical roller bearing is the double-lip sealing structure of the double-row spherical roller bearing.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the existing waist part of the sealing ring is changed into the bent waist part, so that the sealing ring has larger elasticity and compressibility, and the sealing ring has certain expansion amount (compensation amount) in the radial direction of the bearing after being assembled, so that the sealing ring has good followability when the main shaft moves in the radial direction, and further the sealing effect is improved.
(2) The single-lip structure is changed into the double-lip structure, so that the sealing ring is protected by one more layer of sealing, and the eccentricity resistance of the sealing ring is improved.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1: a double-lip sealing structure of a double-row spherical roller bearing is shown in figures 2 and 3 and comprises an inner sealing ring 2-1, a pressure plate 2-2 is arranged on the upper portion of the sealing ring 2-1, a sealing ring 2-3, a bearing end cover 2-4 and a double-row spherical roller bearing body 2-5 are arranged on the inner side of the pressure plate 2-2;
the bearing end cover 2-4 is positioned above the sealing ring 2-3. The sealing ring 2-3 comprises a sealing ring top part 2-31 which is integrally formed, the sealing ring top part 2-31 is connected with one end of a bent waist part 2-32, the other end of the bent waist part 2-32 is hermetically connected with a vertical transition part 2-33, and the vertical transition part 2-33 is connected with a sealing ring bottom part 2-34;
the lower surface of the bottom 2-34 of the sealing ring is provided with a first sealing lip 2-35 and a second sealing lip 2-36.
Meanwhile, the sealing ring 2-3 can be made of butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber or hydrogenated butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber.
The bottom 2-34 of the sealing ring is provided with two spring rings 2-37, and the two spring rings 2-37 are respectively positioned above the first sealing lip 2-35 and the second sealing lip 2-36.
After vulcanization, the spring rings 2-37 are installed through the two openings, the gaps are filled with resin glue after the spring rings are installed, and the two openings form a sealing mode after the resin glue is cured. Compare single spring ring structure of former single lip and have two benefits, firstly the spring ring can not drop, and secondly the spring ring can not corrode.
The principle of the invention is as follows: when the main shaft moves radially, the interference magnitude of the two lip parts of the sealing ring 2-3 can be kept, the bent waist part 2-32 in one direction can extend or rotate, and the bent waist part 2-32 in the other direction is compressed or rotate, so that when the main shaft moves radially, the radial movement can be compensated, and the sealing effect of the sealing ring 2-3 is ensured. And because of the existence of the two sealing lips, the eccentricity resistance of the sealing ring is also improved to a greater extent, so that the sealing effect is further improved.
Example 2: a wind driven generator is provided with a main shaft, wherein the main shaft is assembled with a bearing seat into a whole by means of a double-row spherical roller bearing, and the double-row spherical roller bearing is provided with a double-lip sealing structure in embodiment 1.

Claims (2)
1. A double-lip sealing structure of a double-row spherical roller bearing comprises an internal sealing ring, wherein a pressing plate is arranged at the upper part of the sealing ring, and a sealing ring, a bearing end cover and a double-row spherical roller bearing body are arranged at the inner side of the pressing plate; the bent waist part comprises a first bent part, a connecting part and a second bent part, one end of the first bent part is connected with one end of the top of the sealing ring, the other end of the first bent part is connected with one end of the connecting part, the connecting part is horizontally arranged, the other end of the connecting part is connected with one end of the second bent part, and the other end of the second bent part is hermetically connected with the vertical transition part; the vertical transition part is connected with the bottom of the sealing ring; the lower surface of the bottom of the sealing ring is provided with a first sealing lip and a second sealing lip; the bottom of the sealing ring is internally provided with two spring rings which are positioned above the first sealing lip and the second sealing lip; the sealing ring is provided with two openings, the spring ring is arranged in the openings, and the openings filled with the spring ring are filled with resin adhesive; the top of the sealing ring, the bent waist part, the vertical transition part, the bottom of the sealing ring, the first sealing lip and the second sealing lip are integrally formed; the sealing ring is made of butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber or hydrogenated butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber.
2. An aerogenerator, which has a main shaft assembled with a bearing seat into a whole by means of a double-row spherical roller bearing, characterized in that the double-row spherical roller bearing comprises the double-lip sealing structure of the double-row spherical roller bearing as claimed in claim 1.
