Abstract

本发明公开了一种基于水平缝、竖向缝防渗漏的夹心保温混凝土外墙板。包括钢筋混凝土、挤塑聚苯板,所述的挤塑聚苯板设置于钢筋混凝土外叶与钢筋混凝土内叶之间,钢筋混凝土外叶四周设置有企口,两个相邻的企口之间设有接缝,接缝内部填充有橡胶条,外部封堵有与混凝土相容的防水密封胶。本发明通过设置企口,相互搭接,便于外墙板的连接;企口处设有接缝,接缝之间封堵先用橡胶条塞进企口,再用防水密封胶进行封堵,使企口搭接处具有良好的密封,解决了传统钢结构住宅外墙维护结构中钢梁、钢柱与砌体砌筑或条板安装接触部位封堵不密实、易产生裂缝的现象,避免了在砌筑墙体上抹灰、粘贴挤塑聚苯板容易脱落的现象。

基于水平缝、竖向缝防渗漏的夹心保温混凝土外墙板
技术领域
本发明涉及装配式钢结构住宅外墙维护结构,具体是一种基于水平缝、竖向缝防渗漏的夹心保温混凝土外墙板。
背景技术
在钢结构住宅中,外墙渗水主要出现在外墙维护结构与钢柱、钢梁接触部位。传统的外墙维护结构主要采用混凝土加气块砌筑或ALC蒸压加气混凝土条板安装;砌块砌筑或条板安装时都存在与钢柱、钢梁存在缝隙,该缝隙封堵主要采用砂浆封堵,同时不同材料接触部位还需要加钢丝网或耐碱网格布防止裂缝,然后在墙体上抹灰、粘贴挤塑聚苯板,再抹灰,由于几种材料的伸缩性不同及热胀冷缩的原因很容易产生裂缝,是渗水的主要原因之一。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述外墙维护结构的防水渗漏问题,而提供一种基于水平缝、竖向缝防渗漏的夹心保温混凝土外墙板。
本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是:
一种基于水平缝、竖向缝防渗漏的夹心保温混凝土外墙板,包括钢筋混凝土、挤塑聚苯板,所述的挤塑聚苯板设置于钢筋混凝土外叶与钢筋混凝土内叶之间,钢筋混凝土外叶四周设置有企口,两个相邻的企口之间设有接缝,接缝内部填充有橡胶条,外部封堵有与混凝土相容的防水密封胶。
采用上述技术方案的本发明,与现有技术相比,其有益效果是:
通过设置企口,相互搭接,便于外墙板的连接;企口处设有接缝,接缝之间封堵先用橡胶条塞进企口,再用防水密封胶进行封堵,使企口搭接处具有良好的密封,解决了传统钢结构住宅外墙维护结构中钢梁、钢柱与砌体砌筑或条板安装接触部位封堵不密实、易产生裂缝的现象,避免了在砌筑墙体上抹灰、粘贴挤塑聚苯板容易脱落的现象。
进一步的优选技术方案如下:
所述的企口在搭接端头设有搭接台。通过设置搭接台使相邻的外墙体连接快捷方便,使接缝为相互垂直连接的三个组成部分,使封堵更密实、不会产生裂缝的现象,避免了在砌筑墙体上抹灰、粘贴挤塑聚苯板容易脱落的现象,同时解决了预制夹心保温外墙板之间的防水问题。
所述的钢筋混凝土外叶厚度为50mm,挤塑聚苯板厚度为75mm,接缝的宽度为10mm,橡胶条的厚度为10mm,防水密封胶的厚度为10mm。上述设置,可进一步增加密封效果,防水、防止热量传递。
所述的钢筋混凝土外叶的水平缝位置对应于钢梁位置,钢筋混凝土外叶的竖向缝位置对应于钢柱边缘位置。通过钢梁可进一步封堵水平缝接缝,而竖向缝位于钢柱边缘位置则便于外墙板的搭接施工。

下面结合实施例,进一步说明本发明。
参见图1、图2,一种基于水平缝、竖向缝防渗漏的夹心保温混凝土外墙板,自外向内依次由厚度为50mm的钢筋混凝土外叶1(外层)、厚度为75mm的挤塑聚苯板2、厚度为200mm的钢筋混凝土内叶7、厚度为30mm的钢筋混凝土外叶1(内层)构成,外层的钢筋混凝土外叶1四周设置有企口,两个相邻的企口之间设有10mm宽的接缝4,接缝4内部填充有厚度为10mm的橡胶条8,接缝4的外部封堵有与混凝土相容的防水密封胶9,防水密封胶9厚度为10mm。
上述企口在搭接端头3部设有搭接台5;钢筋混凝土外叶1的水平缝位置对应于钢梁7的位置,钢筋混凝土外叶1的竖向缝位置对应于钢柱10的边缘位置。

1.一种基于水平缝、竖向缝防渗漏的夹心保温混凝土外墙板,包括钢筋混凝土、挤塑聚苯板,其特征在于:所述的挤塑聚苯板设置于钢筋混凝土外叶与钢筋混凝土内叶之间,钢筋混凝土外叶四周设置有企口,两个相邻的企口之间设有接缝,接缝内部填充有橡胶条,外部封堵有与混凝土相容的防水密封胶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于水平缝、竖向缝防渗漏的夹心保温混凝土外墙板,其特征在于:所述的企口在搭接端头设有搭接台。
3.根据权利要求1所述的基于水平缝、竖向缝防渗漏的夹心保温混凝土外墙板,其特征在于:所述的钢筋混凝土外叶厚度为50mm,挤塑聚苯板厚度为75mm,接缝的宽度为10mm,橡胶条的厚度为10mm,防水密封胶厚度为10mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的基于水平缝、竖向缝防渗漏的夹心保温混凝土外墙板,其特征在于:所述的钢筋混凝土外叶的水平缝位置对应于钢梁位置,钢筋混凝土外叶的竖向缝位置对应于钢柱边缘位置。
