Abstract

本发明提供一种穿越墙体的预埋群管的施工工艺,包括以下步骤:使用角钢为骨架,然后将骨架与钢板焊接形成钢盒,在角钢上焊接锚固钢筋;将钢盒整体预埋在同宽墙体的钢筋骨架内,并与墙体整体浇筑成型;在墙体拆模后,将封堵钢板及预埋管整体水密焊接在钢盒上;在封堵钢板上预留注浆孔和排气孔,然后从注浆孔向钢盒内注入水泥浆,直至排气孔内溢出水泥浆为止;最后封堵注浆孔及排气孔。本发明将钢盒同混凝土墙体整体浇筑成型,后期焊接封堵钢板及预埋管,然后向封堵板与钢盒形成的腔室内注入水泥浆,这样即使在墙体内集中埋设预埋管,墙体的结构仍有很高的安全性及耐久性,并且预埋管与墙体混凝土结合质量好,能够达到很好的止水效果。

一种穿越墙体的预埋群管的施工工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及土木工程领域,尤其涉及一种穿越墙体的预埋群管的施工工艺。
背景技术
在墙体上预埋数量繁多且布置集中的穿线或给排水过路管时,传统方法一般是切断墙体内与预埋管碰撞的受力钢筋,并采取另加钢筋对切断钢筋骨架进行补强的方法;或采用预埋大型套管,将电缆或给排水管集中穿墙。以上传统方案有如下缺点:(1)采用直接埋设群管方式,切断墙体钢筋多,对墙体结构受力安全造成不利影响,补强难度大;采用直接埋设群管方式,因预埋管较密集,净距较小,混凝土振捣困难,易出现较大的混凝土缺陷,影响结构耐久性及止水等性能。(2)采用预埋大型套管方案,难以有效的隔离穿墙高低压电缆或给排水管,对后期维护造成较大困难;且采用该方式,难以实现预留孔洞处墙内外的有效隔离。
发明内容
本发明正是针对以上技术问题,提供一种穿越墙体的预埋群管的施工工艺。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:一种穿越墙体的预埋群管的施工工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)使用角钢为骨架,然后将骨架与钢板焊接形成钢盒,在角钢上焊接锚固钢筋;
(2)将钢盒整体预埋在同宽墙体的钢筋骨架内,并与墙体整体浇筑成型;
(3)在墙体拆模后,将封堵钢板及预埋管整体水密焊接在钢盒上,其中封堵钢板焊接在钢盒的两侧,预埋管焊接在钢盒内部;
(4)在封堵钢板上预留注浆孔和排气孔,然后从注浆孔向钢盒内注入水泥浆,直至排气孔内溢出水泥浆为止;
(5)封堵注浆孔及排气孔。
所述预埋管采用多种不同的型号。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明将钢盒同混凝土墙体整体浇筑成型,后期焊接封堵钢板及预埋管,然后向封堵钢板与钢盒形成的腔室内注入水泥浆,这样即使在墙体内集中埋设预埋管,墙体的结构仍有很高的安全性及耐久性,并且预埋管与墙体混凝土结合质量好,能够达到很好的止水效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
一种穿越墙体的预埋群管的施工工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)使用角钢1为骨架,然后将骨架与钢板2焊接形成钢盒,在角钢1上焊接锚固钢筋3;
(2)将钢盒整体预埋在同宽墙体的钢筋骨架内,并与墙体整体浇筑成型;
(3)在墙体拆模后,将封堵钢板4及预埋管5整体水密焊接在钢盒上,其中封堵钢板4焊接在钢盒的两侧,预埋管5焊接在钢盒内部;
(4)在封堵钢板4上预留注浆孔6和排气孔7,然后从注浆孔6向钢盒内注入水泥浆,直至排气孔7内溢出水泥浆为止;
(5)封堵注浆孔6及排气孔7。
所述预埋管5采用多种不同的型号。
与传统预埋管5的施工方案相比,本发明对墙体的受力安全影响小,预埋管5与墙体混凝土结合质量好,止水性能及结构耐久性显著提升,按照本方案进行埋管,操作方便简洁,能有效保障预埋管5的安装位置。

Claims (2)

1.一种穿越墙体的预埋群管的施工工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
①、使用角钢(1)为骨架,然后将骨架与钢板(2)焊接形成钢盒,在角钢(1)上焊接锚固钢筋(3);
②、将钢盒整体预埋在同宽墙体的钢筋骨架内,并与墙体整体浇筑成型;
③、在墙体拆模后,将封堵钢板(4)及预埋管(5)整体水密焊接在钢盒上,其中封堵钢板(4)焊接在钢盒的两侧,预埋管(5)焊接在钢盒内部;
④、在封堵钢板(4)上预留注浆孔(6)和排气孔(7),然后从注浆孔(6)向钢盒内注入水泥浆,直至排气孔(7)内溢出水泥浆为止;
⑤、封堵注浆孔(6)及排气孔(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种穿越墙体的预埋群管的施工工艺,其特征在于,所述预埋管(5)采用多种不同的型号。
