本发明公开了一种高强度耐磨型组合绳缆,包括绳缆本体、第一绳扣和第二绳扣,所述绳缆本体分为绳心、加强筋、钢丝层和硅胶层,所述加强筋设置为四根,且四根加强筋以绳心的截面圆心为中心均匀设置在绳心的外侧,所述钢丝层包裹在四根加强筋的外侧,所述硅胶层包裹在钢丝层的外侧,所述绳缆本体两端分别设有第一扣环和第二扣环,所述第一绳扣两端设有第三扣环,所述第二绳扣两端设有第四扣环。本发明结构设计合理,在绳心的周围分布有四个加强筋设计,能够增强了复合绳缆的抗拉强度,同时,绳心能够使绳缆本体在挤压变形后复位更加容易,从而延长了绳缆的使用寿命,且PVC材料的弹性优于绳缆,这就提高了绳缆本体的伸长率。

背景技术
[0002]随着船舶制造、远洋运输的船型及装载量大型化的趋势,船舶对绳缆的配套要求随之进入差别化新阶段,特别是超大型船舶、特种行业船舶、海洋工程重点项目等均需求一种新型结构。现有的化纤绳缆是由若干化纤单丝、复丝捻合成绳纱,再由绳纱拧绞成绳股后,再拧绞成绳缆,故绳缆产品性能单一,其强力指标较低,耐磨性较差,伸长率高,不适用于我国船舶、海工的配套产品需求,而钢丝绳有操作和收卷不方便的缺陷,同时绳缆经常与海水接触这样就要对绳缆提出更高的要求。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明的目的在于提供一种高强度耐磨型组合绳缆,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
[0004] 为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高强度耐磨型组合绳缆,包括绳缆本体、第一绳扣和第二绳扣,所述绳缆本体分为绳心、加强筋、钢丝层和硅胶层,所述加强筋设置为四根,且四根加强筋以绳心的截面圆心为中心均匀设置在绳心的外侧,所述钢丝层包裹在四根加强筋的外侧,所述硅胶层包裹在钢丝层的外侧,所述绳缆本体两端分别设有第一扣环和第二扣环,所述第一绳扣两端设有第三扣环,所述第二绳扣两端设有第四扣环,所述第一绳扣上的第三扣环与绳缆本体上的第一扣环连接,所述第二绳扣上的第四扣环与绳缆本体上的第二扣环连接。

1、本发明结构设计合理,在绳心的周围分布有四个加强筋设计,能够增强了复合绳缆的抗拉强度,同时,绳心能够使绳缆本体在挤压变形后复位更加容易,从而延长了绳缆的使用寿命,且PVC材料的弹性优于绳缆,这就提高了绳缆本体的伸长率;
2、在钢丝层外的硅胶层设计,可以增加绳缆本体的耐磨性;
3、第三扣环与第一扣环连接处和第四扣环与第二扣环连接处的弧形垫片设计,可以提高第一绳扣和第二绳扣的使用寿命。

1.一种高强度耐磨型组合绳缆,包括绳缆本体(I)、第一绳扣(2)和第二绳扣(3),其特征在于:所述绳缆本体(I)分为绳心⑷、加强筋(5)、钢丝层(6)和硅胶层(7),所述加强筋(5)设置为四根,且四根加强筋(5)以绳心⑷的截面圆心为中心均匀设置在绳心⑷的外侧,所述钢丝层(6)包裹在四根加强筋(5)的外侧,所述硅胶层(7)包裹在钢丝层(6)的外侧,所述绳缆本体(I)两端分别设有第一扣环(8)和第二扣环(9),所述第一绳扣(2)两端设有第三扣环(10),所述第二绳扣(3)两端设有第四扣环(11),所述第一绳扣(2)上的第三扣环(10)与绳缆本体(I)上的第一扣环(8)连接,所述第二绳扣(3)上的第四扣环(11)与绳缆本体(I)上的第二扣环(9)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度耐磨型组合绳缆,其特征在于:所述加强筋(5)与绳心(4)接触的一侧设置为内凹弧形,所述加强筋(5)为PVC材质制成。
