本发明涉及一种涤氨复合呢绒面料,所述涤氨复合呢绒面料包括基布层、以及在所述基布层反面起绒的呢绒面层,所述基布层为梭织面料层,所述呢绒面层由经纱和纬纱交错排布而成,纬纱采用涤纶丝和涤氨复合丝交叉间隔排列,所述呢绒面层由涤氨复合丝在所述基布层的反面起绒而成。通过上述方式,本发明能够获得弹性好、呢绒立体感强,实现双面使用,提高使用效率,增加产品的附加值。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种机织面料,尤其涉及一种涤氨复合呢绒面料。
背景技术
目前,人类在服装、装饰品以及衣物上的材质用品的编制方法上都极力寻求突飞猛进的方法,达到个性化的预期效果。不过,目前常见的织物大都是由棉、丝、布、尼龙、不织布等纤维材料所制成,之后在织物上印上染料或花纹等,制成的产品往往呈现单一性,正面和反面分的很清楚都是单面单色系的单一产品,只能单面使用,产品附加值低,无法满足人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种涤氨复合呢绒面料,能获得弹性好、呢绒立体感强,实现双面使用,提高使用效率,增加产品的附加值。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:所述涤氨复合呢绒面料包括基布层、以及在所述基布层反面起绒的呢绒面层,所述基布层为梭织面料层,所述呢绒面层由经纱和纬纱交错排布而成,纬纱采用涤纶丝和涤氨复合丝交叉间隔排列,所述呢绒面层由涤氨复合丝在所述基布层的反面起绒而成。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明具有弹性好、呢绒立体感强,可实现双面使用。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进。
进一步,所述经纱为P-75D DTY SD。
进一步,所述纬纱涤纶丝为P-150D, 纬纱涤氨复合丝为P-75D
DTY SD+40D SP。
进一步,所述经纱密度为每厘米50~55根。
进一步,所述纬纱密度为每厘米60~65根。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是:纬纱采用两种不同纱线交叉排列,使纬纱平均分布在面料的正反面,同时在基布层反面起绒,提高使用效率,增加产品的附加值。

如图1所示,本发明一种涤氨复合呢绒面料,包括基布层、以及在所述基布层反面起绒的呢绒面层,所述基布层为梭织面料层,所述呢绒面层由经纱和纬纱交错排布而成,纬纱采用涤纶丝和涤氨复合丝交叉间隔排列,所述呢绒面层由涤氨复合丝在所述基布层的反面起绒而成。
上述的经纱为P-75D DTY SD,纬纱涤纶丝为P-150D, 纬纱涤氨复合丝为P-75D DTY SD+40D SP,经纱密度为每厘米50~55根,纬纱密度为每厘米60~65根。
本发明揭示了一种涤氨复合呢绒面料,纬纱采用两种不同纱线交叉排列,使纬纱平均分布在面料的正反面,同时在基布层反面起绒,提高使用效率,增加产品的附加值。

1.一种涤氨复合呢绒面料,其特征在于,所述涤氨复合呢绒面料包括基布层、以及在所述基布层反面起绒的呢绒面层,所述基布层为梭织面料层,所述呢绒面层由经纱和纬纱交错排布而成,纬纱采用涤纶丝和涤氨复合丝交叉间隔排列,所述呢绒面层由涤氨复合丝在所述基布层的反面起绒而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种涤氨复合呢绒面料,其特征在于,所述经纱为P-75D
DTY SD。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种涤氨复合呢绒面料,其特征在于,所述纬纱涤纶丝为P-150D,
纬纱涤氨复合丝为P-75D DTY SD+40D SP。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种涤氨复合呢绒面料,其特征在于,所述经纱密度为每厘米50~55根。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种涤氨复合呢绒面料,其特征在于,所述纬纱密度为每厘米60~65根。
