Abstract
本发明公开了一种无需包边的毛巾及其加工方法,毛巾包括地纬、地经和毛经织造而成,毛巾的小边及锻边部位的地纬或/和地经全部或间隔采用低熔点纤维包芯纱,低熔点纤维包芯纱的皮层为包含低熔点成纤高聚物的复合纤维,芯层为长丝或高支纱,所述低熔点成纤高聚物是COPET、或PE、或HDPE、或LDPE、或LLDPE、或PP。加工方法包括纺纱、织造和染整工序,在染整工序第一道或者在染整工序最后一道进行热熔预定型处理,对染整后的整幅毛巾坯的小边和锻边部位进行切割分成毛巾,再对每条毛巾边部采用电热方框热压。本发明由于在毛巾小边和锻边部位参织低熔点纤维包芯纱作经纱或纬纱,经高温熔解低熔点成纤高聚物,经纬纱固定,防止切割脱散,再将每条毛巾边部采用电热方框热压将边道固定,无需再进行包边、缝合处理。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品生产工艺技术领域,具体涉及一种无需包边的毛巾及其加工方法。
背景技术
毛巾生产时先整幅织造、染整,再沿小边与锻边分割后逐条进行包边。并且切割中毛巾边部可能会脱散。申请人研发一种毛巾生产工艺,毛巾无需包边缝合,减少生产包边工序,降低生产成本。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种无需包边的毛巾及其加工方法,在毛巾小边和锻边部位参织低熔点纤维包芯纱作经纱或纬纱,经高温熔解低熔点成纤高聚物,将普通经纬纱固定,防止切割时脱散,再将毛巾边部采用电热方框热压固定边道,不用包边、不用缝合。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种无需包边的毛巾,包括地纬、地经和毛经织造而成,毛巾小边及锻边部位的地纬或/和地经全部或间隔采用低熔点纤维包芯纱,低熔点纤维包芯纱的皮层为包含低熔点成纤高聚物的复合纤维,芯层为长丝或高支纱,所述低熔点成纤高聚物是COPET、或PE、或HDPE、或LDPE、或LLDPE、或PP。
本发明进一步改进方案是,所述低熔点纤维包芯纱的皮层是皮芯复合低熔点纤维, 皮芯复合低熔点纤维的皮层与芯层均是成纤高聚物,其皮层的熔点温度低于芯层的熔点温度。
本发明进一步改进方案是,所述皮芯复合低熔点纤维的皮层为OPET、或PE、或HDPE、或LDPE、或LLDPE、或PP,芯层PET、或PA、或PP。
改性聚酯(COPET),聚乙烯(PE)、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、线型底密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、聚丙烯(PP)等低熔点成张高聚物熔点温度较常规成纤高聚物聚酯(PET)、聚酰胺(PA)低,热熔预定型时,皮层熔化粘接毛经,聚丙烯(PP)熔点高于PE而低PET,因此PP与PET搭配,可作皮层,与PE搭配又可作芯层。
本发明另一种进一步改进方案是,所述低熔点纤维包芯纱的皮层是以皮芯复合低熔点纤维为皮层,棉纤维为芯层的包芯纱,所述皮芯复合低熔点纤维的皮层与芯层均是成纤高聚物,其皮层的熔点温度低于芯层的熔点温度。
本发明再一种进一步改进方案是,所述低熔点纤维包芯纱的皮层是以单组份低熔点成纤高聚物纤维为皮层,棉纤维为芯层的包芯纱。
本发明进一步改进方案是,所述低熔点纤维包芯纱的芯层长丝是指涤纶长丝、或涤纶低弹网络丝、或锦纶长丝、或锦纶低弹网络丝、或聚乳酸(PLA)长丝、或聚乳酸(PLA)低弹网络丝、或超仿棉改性涤纶长丝、或超仿棉改性涤纶低弹网络丝;所述包芯纱芯层高支纱是纯棉高支纱、或涤棉高支纱、或涤纶超仿棉高支纱。
本发明进一步改进方案是,所述低熔点纤维包芯纱细度1.3~3.3dtex,长度35~51mm。
上述无需包边的毛巾的加工方法,包括纺纱、织造和染整工序,在染整工序第一道或者在染整工序最后一道进行热熔预定型处理,定型温度高于所采用的低熔点成纤高聚物熔点5-25℃,定型时间30-120s,对染整后的整幅毛巾坯的小边和锻边部位进行切割分成毛巾,再对每条毛巾边部采用电热方框热压,热压温度150-165℃,热压时间20-30s。
低熔点成纤高聚物热熔将毛巾边部普通经纬纱固定,防止分割毛巾时小边与锻边部的纱线脱散,再将毛巾边部采用电热方框热压,即可将毛巾的边部固定下来,不用包边,不用缝合。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下明显优点:
本发明由于在毛巾小边和锻边部位参织低熔点纤维包芯纱作经纱或纬纱,经高温熔解低熔点成纤高聚物,将普通经纬纱固定,防止切割时脱散,再将毛巾边部采用电热方框热压固定边道,不用包边、不用缝合。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1、图2所示,本发明所述的一种无需包边的毛巾,包括地纬、地经和毛经织造而成,毛巾小边1及锻边2部位的地纬全部采用低熔点纤维包芯纱,低熔点纤维包芯纱的皮层11为皮芯复合低熔点纤维,芯层12为涤纶长丝。其中皮芯复合低熔点纤维的皮层111为HDPE,芯层112为PET。低熔点纤维包芯纱细度1.5 dtex,长度38mm (细度在1.3~3.3dtex,长度35~51mm能上纺的细度长度均可)。
其加工方法,依次包括纺纱、织造和染整工序,在染整工序开始的第一道进行热熔预定型处理,其余染整处理正常操作。热熔预定型温度高于HDPE熔点5-25℃,定型时间30-120s,对染整后的整幅毛巾坯的小边和锻边部位进行切割分成毛巾,再对每条毛巾边部采用电热方框热压,热压温度150-165℃,热压时间20-30s。
实施例2
毛巾小边及锻边部位的地经全部采用低熔点纤维包芯纱,低熔点纤维包芯纱的皮层是以皮芯复合低熔点纤维为皮层,棉纤维为芯层的包芯纱,芯层为PLA低弹网络丝。其中皮芯复合低熔点纤维的皮层为COPET,芯层为PA。低熔点纤维包芯纱细度3dtex,长度45mm。其余如实施例1。
其加工方法,依次包括纺纱、织造和染整工序,在染整工序的最后一道进行热熔预定型处理,其余染整处理正常操作。热熔预定型温度高于COPET熔点5-25℃,定型时间30-120s,对染整后的整幅毛巾坯的小边和锻边部位进行切割分成毛巾,再对每条毛巾边部采用电热方框热压,热压温度150-165℃,热压时间20-30s。
实施例3
毛巾小边及锻边部位的地纬间隔采用低熔点纤维包芯纱,所述低熔点纤维包芯纱的皮层是以单组份低熔点成纤高聚物纤维PP为皮层,棉纤维为芯层的包芯纱,芯层为涤纶超仿棉高支纱,低熔点纤维包芯纱细度2dtex,长度38mm。其余及加工方法如实施1.
实施例4
毛巾小边及锻边部位的地纬和地经间隔采用低熔点纤维包芯纱,低熔点纤维包芯纱的皮层为皮芯复合低熔点纤维,芯层为纯棉高支纱。其中皮芯复合低熔点纤维的皮层为PE,芯层为PA。其余及加工方法如实施1.
实例1至4生产而成的毛巾各100条,毛巾切割无脱散现象,边部不包边、不缝合在随后的机洗、使用过程试验中,无散边情况出现。
Claims (8)
1.一种无需包边的毛巾,包括地纬、地经和毛经织造而成,其特征在于:毛巾的小边(1)及锻边(2)部位的地纬或/和地经全部或间隔采用低熔点纤维包芯纱,低熔点纤维包芯纱的皮层(11)为包含低熔点成纤高聚物的复合纤维,芯层(12)为长丝或高支纱,所述低熔点成纤高聚物是COPET、或PE、或HDPE、或LDPE、或LLDPE、或PP。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无需包边的毛巾,其特征在于:所述低熔点纤维包芯纱的皮层是皮芯复合低熔点纤维, 皮芯复合低熔点纤维的皮层与芯层均是成纤高聚物,其皮层的熔点温度低于芯层的熔点温度。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种无需包边的毛巾,其特征在于:所述皮芯复合低熔点纤维的皮层为OPET、或PE、或HDPE、或LDPE、或LLDPE、或PP,芯层PET、或PA、或PP。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种无需包边的毛巾,其特征在于:所述低熔点纤维包芯纱的皮层是以皮芯复合低熔点纤维为皮层,棉纤维为芯层的包芯纱,所述皮芯复合低熔点纤维的皮层与芯层均是成纤高聚物,其皮层的熔点温度低于芯层的熔点温度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种无需包边的毛巾,其特征在于:所述低熔点纤维包芯纱的皮层是以单组份低熔点成纤高聚物纤维为皮层,棉纤维为芯层的包芯纱。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种无需包边的毛巾,其特征在于:所述低熔点纤维包芯纱的芯层长丝是指涤纶长丝、或涤纶低弹网络丝、或锦纶长丝、或锦纶低弹网络丝、或PLA长丝、或PLA低弹网络丝、或超仿棉改性涤纶长丝、或超仿棉改性涤纶低弹网络丝;所述包芯纱芯层高支纱是纯棉高支纱、或涤棉高支纱、或涤纶超仿棉高支纱。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种无需包边的毛巾,其特征在于:所述低熔点纤维包芯纱细度1.3~3.3dtex,长度35~51mm。
8.权利要求1至7任一种无需包边的毛巾的加工方法,包括纺纱、织造和染整工序,其特征在于:在染整工序第一道或者在染整工序最后一道进行热熔预定型处理,定型温度高于所采用的低熔点成纤高聚物熔点5-25℃,定型时间30-120s,对染整后的整幅毛巾坯的小边和锻边部位进行切割分成毛巾,再对每条毛巾边部采用电热方框热压,热压温度150-165℃,热压时间20-30s。
