本发明涉及富有生机可更换过滤层的口罩面料，包括填充层（1），填充层内部形成半封闭腔体，半封闭腔体内填充有过滤层（2），填充层的内侧设有贴面层（3）；填充层的外侧设有抑菌层（4）。所述贴面层背面设置有衬里织物层，该衬里织物层，包括印花织物的基布本体层和贴合在基布本体底部的衬层，基布本体由经纬纱相互编织而成且具有斜向的纹路，衬层和基布本体层之间设有热熔胶层，在基布本体层表面附有一绒毛层，绒毛层上面具有油墨印刷层。本发明可提高面料的过滤性能。本发明富有生机。

富有生机可更换过滤层的口罩面料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料，尤其涉及一种可更换过滤层的口罩面料，属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
空气的质量随着机动车等污染源的增加，逐渐恶化，虽然国家环保力度越开越大，但是人们出行，佩戴口罩已经成为习惯，相关技术中指出，普通的口罩类似于多层纱布叠加，使用过程中，对于污染的过滤不够彻底，同时，过滤层无法跟换，导致产品的过滤性能降低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种可更换过滤层的口罩面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种富有生机可更换过滤层的口罩面料，包括填充层，所述填充层的内部形成半封闭腔体，经向留有开口，所述半封闭腔体内填充有过滤层，所述填充层的内侧设有贴面层；所述填充层的外侧设有抑菌层；所述填充层采用长绒棉织成，线密度1.18-1.43dtex；所述过滤层为活性炭纤维；所述贴面层为竹纤维布织成，所述抑菌层采用纳米银离子复合纤维织成。所述贴面层背面设置有衬里织物层，该衬里织物层，包括印花织物的基布本体层和贴合在基布本体底部的衬层，基布本体由经纬纱相互编织而成且具有斜向的纹路，衬层和基布本体层之间设有热熔胶层，在基布本体层表面附有一绒毛层，绒毛层上面具有油墨印刷层。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
一种可更换过滤层的口罩面料，半封闭腔体内填充的活性炭纤维材料可以快速跟换，提高面料的过滤性能，同时外侧的纳米银离子纤维起到杀菌、抑菌的作用。
本发明通过抓毛工艺，布面有一层朦胧的绒毛，绒绒的表面下，隐隐约约露出斜向的纹路，使得整个产品有了层次感，再运用了数码印花工艺印上了不同的纹样，增加了色彩感，使得织物富有生机。

参见图1，本发明涉及一种富有生机可更换过滤层的口罩面料，包括填充层，所述填充层的内部形成半封闭腔体，经向留有开口，所述半封闭腔体内填充有过滤层，所述填充层的内侧设有贴面层；所述填充层的外侧设有抑菌层；所述填充层采用长绒棉织成，线密度1.18-1.43dtex；所述过滤层为活性炭纤维；所述贴面层为竹纤维布织成，所述抑菌层采用纳米银离子复合纤维织成。

1.一种富有生机可更换过滤层的口罩面料，其特征在于：包括填充层（1），所述填充层（1）的内部形成半封闭腔体，经向留有开口，所述半封闭腔体内填充有过滤层（2），所述填充层（1）的内侧设有贴面层（3）；所述填充层（1）的外侧设有抑菌层（4）；所述填充层（1）采用长绒棉织成，线密度1.18-1.43dtex；所述过滤层（2）为活性炭纤维；所述贴面层（3）为竹纤维布织成，所述抑菌层（4）采用纳米银离子复合纤维织成；所述贴面层背面设置有衬里织物层，该衬里织物层，包括印花织物的基布本体层和贴合在基布本体底部的衬层，基布本体由经纬纱相互编织而成且具有斜向的纹路，衬层和基布本体层之间设有热熔胶层，在基布本体层表面附有一绒毛层，绒毛层上面具有油墨印刷层。
