Abstract

本发明涉及一种具有密封结构的热熔体切粒模板,包括模板本体、设于模板本体上的环形热熔体腔、与环形热熔体腔相通的环形出料孔区域、靠近环形热熔体腔布置的内、外环状伴热通道、靠近环形出料孔区域布置在模板本体上的隔热垫和护板,所述隔热垫和护板与模板本体间形成横截面呈窄U形的环形缝隙,其特征在于:在临近出料孔区域的横截面呈窄U形的环状缝隙的开口端设置主弹性密封圈,在远离出料孔区域的横截面呈窄U形的环状缝隙的开口端设置辅助弹性密封圈。结构简单、使用可靠,彻底避免了横截面呈窄U形的环形缝隙中水转换成水蒸汽带走大量热量这一现象的发生。

一种具有密封结构的热熔体切粒模板
技术领域
本发明涉及用于对PP、PE和EVA等热熔体进行水下切粒的热熔体切粒模板,特别是一种具有密封结构的热熔体切粒模板。
背景技术
热熔体切粒模板操作性能的好坏直接影响到颗粒产品均匀度和对热熔体切粒模板伴热的能量消耗,要保证热熔体切粒模板优良的操作性能和节约伴热能量消耗,有必要采取有效的隔热措施。现有的做法通常是:在模板本体上未设有出料孔的区域安装隔热垫和护板,并利用螺钉紧固。但由于实际安装的要求,隔热垫和护板与切粒模板本体间会形成横截面呈窄U形的环形缝隙。操作中,环形缝隙的模板本体侧处于高温状态,水与其直接接触后转换成水蒸汽蒸发,使模板本体降温。其存在如下问题:造成出料孔所处区域产生温度梯度,使出料孔出料不均,产品合格率降低;同时也增加了伴热能量消耗。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了提供一种解决上述问题的具有密封结构的热熔体切粒模板,结构简单、使用可靠,彻底避免横截面呈窄U形的环形缝隙中水转换成水蒸汽带走大量热量这一现象的发生。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种具有密封结构的热熔体切粒模板,包括模板本体、设于模板本体上的环形热熔体腔、与环形热熔体腔相通的环形出料孔区域、靠近环形热熔体腔布置的内、外环状伴热通道、靠近环形出料孔区域布置在模板本体上的隔热垫和护板,所述隔热垫和护板与模板本体间形成横截面呈窄U形的环形缝隙,其特征在于:在临近出料孔区域的横截面呈窄U形的环状缝隙的开口端设置主弹性密封圈,在远离出料孔区域的横截面呈窄U形的环状缝隙的开口端设置辅助弹性密封圈。
上述的具有密封结构的热熔体切粒模板,所述主弹性密封圈和辅助弹性密封圈的横截面呈圆形,所述护板或/和模板本体上设有对应主弹性密封圈和辅助弹性密封圈的凹槽,以防松脱,且密封效果更好。
上述的具有密封结构的热熔体切粒模板,所述护板由设于模板本体中心且边沿靠近环形出料孔区域的圆形护板和设于环形出料孔区域外周的环形护板组成,所述圆形护板底部设有圆形隔热垫,所述环形护板底部设有环形隔热垫。
上述的具有密封结构的热熔体切粒模板,所述主弹性密封圈的数量为两个,所述辅助弹性密封圈的数量为一个。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、由于设置了主弹性密封圈和辅助弹性密封圈,防止了冷却水进入到横截面呈窄U形的环状缝隙中,避免了冷却水与模板本体接触造成热量损耗,从而节约伴热能源。
2、避免了出料孔所处区域产生温度梯度,颗粒产品均匀度好、合格率高。
3、密封结构简单、安装容易,维护方便。

具体实施方式
如图1-图3所示,该具有密封结构的热熔体切粒模板,包括模板本体1、设于模板本体1上的环形热熔体腔8、与环形热熔体腔8相通的环形出料孔区域9、靠近环形热熔体腔8布置的内、外环状伴热通道7、靠近环形出料孔区域9布置在模板本体1上的隔热垫3和护板4,模板本体1另设有安装孔5,所述护板4利用螺钉2将隔热垫3固定于模板本体1上,所述隔热垫3和护板4与模板本体1间形成横截面呈窄U形的环形缝隙10、11。在临近环形出料孔区域9的横截面呈窄U形的环状缝隙10的开口端设置主弹性密封圈6,在远离环形出料孔区域9的横截面呈窄U形的环状缝隙11的开口端设置辅助弹性密封圈12。
本实施例中,所述护板4由设于模板本体1中心且边沿靠近环形出料孔区域9的圆形护板和设于环形出料孔区域9外周的环形护板组成,所述圆形护板底部设有圆形隔热垫,所述环形护板底部设有环形隔热垫。所述主弹性密封圈6的数量为两个,所述辅助弹性密封圈12的数量为一个。所述主弹性密封圈6和辅助弹性密封圈12的横截面呈圆形,所述护板4或/和模板本体1上设有对应主弹性密封圈6和辅助弹性密封圈12的凹槽,以防松脱,且密封效果更好。

Claims (4)

1.一种具有密封结构的热熔体切粒模板,包括模板本体、设于模板本体上的环形热熔体腔、与环形热熔体腔相通的环形出料孔区域、靠近环形热熔体腔布置的内、外环状伴热通道、靠近环形出料孔区域布置在模板本体上的隔热垫和护板,所述隔热垫和护板与模板本体间形成横截面呈窄U形的环形缝隙,其特征在于:在临近出料孔区域的横截面呈窄U形的环状缝隙的开口端设置主弹性密封圈,在远离出料孔区域的横截面呈窄U形的环状缝隙的开口端设置辅助弹性密封圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有密封结构的热熔体切粒模板,其特征在于:所述主弹性密封圈和辅助弹性密封圈的横截面呈圆形,所述护板或/和模板本体上设有对应主弹性密封圈和辅助弹性密封圈的凹槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有密封结构的热熔体切粒模板,其特征在于:所述护板由设于模板本体中心且边沿靠近环形出料孔区域的圆形护板和设于环形出料孔区域外周的环形护板组成,所述圆形护板底部设有圆形隔热垫,所述环形护板底部设有环形隔热垫。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有密封结构的热熔体切粒模板,其特征在于:所述主弹性密封圈的数量为两个,所述辅助弹性密封圈的数量为一个。
