[0004] 按照本发明提供的技术方案:自动闸板清洗机的清洗管路,其特征在于:清洗进水管、清洗通水管、门型清洗喷水管、清洗喷嘴和直线清洗喷水管;所述清洗进水管外端用于与清洗液循环供给系统连接,清洗进水管内端连接清洗通水管,清洗通水管另一端通过封板封住;在清洗通水管上设有两根相互平行设置的门型清洗喷水管,所述门型清洗喷水管的三个边分别对应清洗室体的前侧壁、顶壁和后侧壁,在门型清洗喷水管三个边的内侧壁上均设有若干个等间距布置的清洗喷嘴;所述清洗通水管还通过清洗接管组件连接有一根直线清洗喷水管,所述直线清洗喷水管水平设置且位于门型清洗喷水管下方,直线清洗喷水管与门型清洗喷水管相垂直,直线清洗喷水管的上侧壁上设有若干个等间距布置的清洗喷嘴。
[0005]作为本发明的进一步改进,所述清洗接管组件包括第一清洗接管和第二清洗接管,所述第一清洗接管前端与所述清洗通水管连接,第一清洗接管后端设有连接法兰,第一清洗接管后端通过连接法兰与第二清洗接管连接,第二清洗接管后端通过弯管与直线清洗喷水管的左端连接。
