[0003] 现有技术的抗生素投药方式包含有:口服及局部给药两种方式,但这两种给药方式分别存在许多缺点。以口服方式进行投药会因为给予全身性系统吸收的抗生素而影响肝肾功能导致其异常,尤其对孕妇患者而言更可能影响胎儿的健康;此外口服药物时间不定, 患者容易因为忘记服药致使治疗中断,影响预定疗效。若改以局部给药的方式进行投药,因为使用的抗生素药量会被唾液稀释,其药效无法确定,故必须投以较大量的药物剂量方能达到预定疗效;且服药后的短暂期间内患者不能饮食,对患者的日常生活带来不便。
[0004] 另一方面,若是针对已装设有牙套的患者而言,该患者可能因为龋齿或是神经抽取拔除而必须在原生牙齿的外部套设一牙套,但因该牙套的套设后若再以局部给药的方式进行投药,该投以的药物难以进入原生牙齿周缘并且发挥治疗功效,故仅能改以口服方式进行投药才能达到治疗的效果,但以口服方式进行投药会对身体产生前述危害,故现有技术在齿列疾病的投药方式上仍存在有许多问题亟待解决。发明内容
[0005] 鉴于现有技术的缺点及问题,本发明提供一种缓释药剂型的人工牙套,现阶段需要一种不会对人体产生危害,并且能够以极少药量即可以在牙齿上提供足够的治疗效果, 减少对患者的日常生活造成的麻烦,甚至能让套设有牙套的患者可以不需经由口服方式进行投药即可以达到有效治疗的投药方法或装置,让患有齿列疾病的患者可以安全、有效地接受药物的治疗,使投予人体的药物剂量降到最低,并且产生最大的功效。
[0006] 为达到上述发明目的,本发明所采用的技术手段为提供一种缓释药剂型的人工牙套,其包括:
[0007] —套体,该套体具有一冠体以及一环侧壁,所述冠体与环侧壁相连结,且该环侧壁相对于冠体的一侧具有一套设开孔,该套设开孔的内缘凹设有一凹槽,并且在凹槽的内部由该冠体、环侧壁以及套设开孔围绕形成一容置空间;
[0008] —药剂储存槽,埋设于该套体的冠体的内部;
[0009] —药剂补给微流道,连通套体外部以及该药剂储存槽;以及
[0010] 至少一药剂释放微流道,连通该容置空间以及药剂储存槽。
[0011] 本发明所述的缓释药剂型的人工牙套,其中,所述药剂储存槽优选由套体的冠体内进一步延伸扩大至环侧壁的内部。
[0012] 本发明所述的缓释药剂型的人工牙套,其中,所述牙套优选具有至少两个药剂释放微流道。
[0013] 本发明所述的缓释药剂型的人工牙套,其中,所述环侧壁的厚度优选由连结于冠体的一侧朝向套设开孔方向逐渐递减。
[0014] 较佳的是,其中该环侧壁的厚度由连结于冠体的一侧朝向套设开孔方向逐渐递减,并且该药剂储存槽由套体的冠体内进一步延伸扩大至环侧壁的内部。此技术手段利用将药剂储存槽由冠体延伸扩大至环侧壁的内部,使得本发明的缓释药剂型的人工牙套可以暂存更多的药物,并且延长药物释放、治疗的期间,对于无法自理口腔清洁卫生的齿列患者提供更长久的洁净功效。
[0015] 更佳的是,本发明的缓释药剂型的人工牙套具有至少两个药剂释放微流道。此技术手段利用多个药剂释放微流道对齿列患者的患病区域同时进行多方投药,这样可以更加平均地将药物释放至患病区域,提升药物对患病区域的治疗效果。
[0016] 本发明的优点在于简单利用在套体内部设有药剂储存槽、药剂补给微流道以及药剂释放微流道等微结构,使得本发明的缓释药剂型的人工牙套具有暂存药物以及缓慢释放的功能,其能够长时间地针对齿列的患病区域集中投药,不但有效减少药物用量、达到缓释治疗的功效,并且该释放的药物不会进入人体的其他器官,有效避免其它副作用的发生。附图说明

[0044] 以下请配合附图及本发明的较佳实施例,进一步阐述本发明为达成预定发明目的所采取的技术手段。
[0045] 如图1及图2所示,本发明的缓释药剂型的人工牙套包括:一套体10、一药剂储存槽20、一药剂补给微流道30以及多个药剂释放微流道40。
[0046] 其中该套体10具有一冠体11以及一环侧壁12,所述冠体11的周缘与环侧壁12 的顶侧相连结并且一体成形,该环侧壁12的厚度由环侧壁12的顶侧朝向底侧方向逐渐递减,并且在该环侧壁12的底侧具有一套设开孔13,该套设开孔13内缘形成有一朝向冠体 11方向凹设的一凹槽14,并且在凹槽14内由该冠体11、环侧壁12以及套设开孔13围绕形成一容置空间15。本发明的缓释药剂型的人工牙套是通过该凹槽14将人体的原生牙齿50 套设于容置空间15中以进行齿列疾病的治疗,如图3及图4所示。
[0047] 该药剂储存槽20主要埋设于该套体10的冠体11的内部,并且进一步由该套体10 的冠体11延伸扩大至环侧壁12的顶侧内部,使在套体10内部的该药剂储存槽20可以用于容置欲投予牙齿的药物。
[0048] 该药剂补给微流道30设置于套体10的顶侧与该药剂储存槽20之间,该药剂补给微流道30连通套体10外部以及该药剂储存槽20,使得欲投予牙齿的药物可以从套体10外部经由该药剂补给微流道30注射进入药剂储存槽20内暂存。
[0049] 所述药剂释放微流道40设置于套体10的凹槽14与该药剂储存槽20之间,所述药剂释放微流道40连通该药剂储存槽20以及容置空间15,使得暂存于药剂储存槽20内的欲投予牙齿的药物可以经由药剂释放微流道40持续地对套设于容置空间15内的牙齿进行药物释放,由此达到缓释治疗的功效。
[0050] 本发明的缓释药剂型的人工牙套可以通过3D打印技术,搭配医用合成高分子材料诸如:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚乙烯、硅胶、聚酯类高分子、四氟化聚乙烯、聚胺基甲酸酯,依据不同患者、不同牙齿的形状、尺寸需求客制化地制造成形,以3D打印技术克服缓释药剂型的人工牙套的复杂几何结构与复杂微流道设计的制作困难,使得每一颗患有疾病的牙齿均可以拥有一个专属的缓释药剂型的人工牙套,由此帮助牙齿与缓释药剂型的人工牙套结合得更加紧密,内部的药物不容易从原生牙齿50与牙套间的缝隙渗漏而影响治疗的效果。
[0051] 其中冠体11的部分可以由医用金属材料诸如:不锈钢、钛金属及其合金、镍铬合金作为金属内冠,搭配医用陶瓷材料诸如:氧化铝、氧化锆、玻璃陶瓷作为全瓷冠,经烧瓷冠制程将人工牙套制作成形。上述材料与人体组织、体液或血液接触后,不会引发任何宿主免疫反应或是排斥现象,故可以安心应用于牙科医疗器材以及临床上,供患者治疗使用。
[0052] 本发明的缓释药剂型的人工牙套设于原生牙齿50上的实际状态如图4所示,该缓释药剂型的人工牙套的凹槽14紧密地与原生牙齿50的顶部外观相结合固定,并且经由药剂补给微流道30将药剂60输送进入药剂储存槽20内,再经由药剂释放微流道40逐渐缓慢释放至原生牙齿50表面,由此针对原生牙齿50进行局部的投药,有效避免药剂60被口中唾液稀释而失去预定的治疗功效,也不会因为局部的投药造成患者无法进食的不便利性。
[0053] 此外,本发明使得因为蛀牙严重或是神经抽除而必须在原生牙齿50的外部套设一牙套的牙齿也可以接受局部的投药,通过本发明的缓释药剂型的人工牙套同时达成套设牙套与缓释治疗的双重功效。
[0054] 另本发明的缓释药剂型的人工牙套也可以套设于牙钉70上作为假牙使用,请参酌图5所示,若牙齿病患严重到必须将原生牙齿50拔除时,牙医一般会于原牙龈80处固定一牙钉70,该牙钉70的顶部突出于牙龈80,并且利用本发明的缓释药剂型的人工牙套将牙钉70的顶部套设于容置空间15中,使缓释药剂型的人工牙套的凹槽14与牙钉70的顶部相接合固定,形成一人工假牙。
[0055] 该牙钉70同样可以通过缓释药剂型的人工牙套的药剂储存槽20、药剂补给微流道30以及药剂释放微流道40的设置,将清洁消毒药剂或是抗生素经由药剂补给微流道30 注入药剂储存槽20内暂存,再由药剂释放微流道40逐渐缓慢地朝向牙钉70表面释放,由此维持牙钉70表面的清洁,避免细菌的孳生导致周围牙龈80发炎而引发其它口腔疾病。
[0056] 此外,无论本发明的缓释药剂型的人工牙套套设于原生牙齿50上或是牙钉70上, 当药剂60补充完成后,该药剂补给微流道30的邻近套体10的顶侧的一端可以利用一封合剂暂时将药剂补给微流道30封闭,避免药剂储存槽20内的药剂60回流至口腔中造成患者食入,危害身体健康,也可以避免因为药剂60的回流损失而影响其治疗或清洁的功效。
[0057] 另本发明也可以透过改变药剂释放微流道40的数量以及孔径大小,进而控制药物释放速度,以达到持续性地长期治疗或是清洁的功效。
[0058] 进一步参考图6所示,本发明的缓释药剂型的人工牙套的另一实施例其药剂储存槽20A埋设于该套体10A的冠体11A的内部,并且该药剂储存槽20A进一步由该套体10A的冠体11A内部延伸扩大至环侧壁12A的内部,使该药剂储存槽20A可以用于容置欲投予牙齿的药剂60的空间更大,可容置于套体10A内部的药剂60量更多。此外,设置于套体10A 的凹槽14A与该药剂储存槽20A之间的药剂释放微流道40A也因为药剂储存槽20A的加大而增设于凹槽14A与该药剂储存槽20A之间,使药剂储存槽20A内的药剂60均可以顺利经由所述药剂释放微流道40A流入凹槽14A中,对套设于容置空间15A内的牙齿进行药物释放,由此达到缓释治疗的功效。
[0059] 综上所述,本发明所提供的缓释药剂型的人工牙套是利用套体10、10A内部的药剂储存槽20、20A、药剂补给微流道30以及药剂释放微流道40、40A的设置,使得套设于套体 10、10A的容置空间15、15A内的患病牙齿可以长时间地持续透过药物的缓释作用以及集中释放达到长期治疗的功效,并且通过上述套体10、10A内部的微结构的设置,有效减少药物用量,避免药物浪费,甚至于治疗过程中不影响全身其它器官,本发明不但适用于肝肾功能异常及孕妇等患者,更适用于无法自理口腔卫生及正确服药的病患装设使用。
[0060] 以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例,并非对本发明做任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何所属技术领域中的技术人员,在不脱离本发明技术方案的范围内,当可利用上述揭示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。
