Abstract
The invention relates to an intelligent environment-friendly insect trapping and drying device which comprises a box body, a fan arranged in the box body, a light source arranged on the box body and positioned on one side of an air inlet of the fan, a collecting chamber arranged on one side of an air outlet of the fan, a heating device and a monitoring device. Insect traps are widely used in farms, farmhouses and homes to trap insects such as mosquitoes. The trapping method includes pheromone method, illumination method, sticking method, etc. The pheromone method is matched with the existing insect trap and adopts chemical agents, so that certain damage is caused to the environment. Detailed Description
The intelligent environment-friendly insect trapping and drying device of the invention will be further described in detail with reference to the following specific embodiments and the accompanying drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, in a preferred embodiment, the intelligent environment-friendly insect trapping and drying device of the present invention mainly comprises a box body 10 in a square shape, a solar cell 20 arranged outside the box body 10, a light source 30 arranged on the top of the box body 10, a fan 40 arranged inside the box body 10, a heating device 50 and a spacer 60.
Among other things, the solar cell 20 may include a solar panel, a battery management chip, and a backup battery for supplying power to the fan 40 and the heating device 50. The backup battery may be a rechargeable battery or a primary battery for supplying power to the fan 40 and the heating device 50 when the solar panel is not sufficiently charged. In other embodiments, the backup battery may be omitted, and an ac or dc power input interface may be introduced, so that the power may be supplied by mains.

For example, the door 15 is provided with a net having a mesh size close to that of a mosquito net, and the air discharged from the outlet of the fan 40 is blown out of the case 10. It will be appreciated that the upper middle portion of the side wall 14 or other portions than the door 15 are also net-shaped to facilitate operation of the fan 40 and to speed up drying of the insects. The fan 40 may be a conventional axial fan with blades made of metal or heat-resistant material, or may be a non-blade fan.
The heating device 50, which may be a resistance wire (heater wire) heater or a stainless steel heating tube, is disposed at a side of the bottom of the cabinet 10 opposite to the light source 30.
In order to prevent insects from directly falling onto the heating device 50 after entering from the opening 12, a metal isolation sheet (first isolation sheet) 60 is disposed above the heating device 50, i.e., between the heating device 50 and the fan 40, and the metal isolation sheet 60 is not in direct contact with the heating device 50, so as to avoid the local over-temperature of the isolation sheet 60. Meanwhile, the heating device 50 can be fixed on the inner bottom of the box body 10 through the bracket 52, so that the heating device 50 is close to the isolation sheet 60 as much as possible, and the heat energy utilization rate of the device is improved. The spacer 60 is a rectangular metal sheet bent in an arc shape, three sides of which are respectively connected to three side walls (except the side wall 14 where the door 15 is disposed) of the box 10 close to the light source 30, one end close to the opening 12 (the end connected to the side wall 16 of the box 10 opposite to the air inlet of the fan 40) is higher, and the other end close to the door 15 is lower, and is in a slide shape descending from top to bottom, so as to form a smooth airflow channel, and thus, insects entering from the opening 12 at the top of the box 10 can smoothly slide down to the side wall 14 along with the airflow.
A spacer (second spacer) 62 parallel to the sidewall 14 is further disposed below the spacer 60, and is used to enclose an accommodating space together with the spacer 60, the bottom of the box 10 and the three sidewalls except the sidewall 14, so as to accommodate the heating device 50.
The partition 60, the partition 62, the side wall 14 and the two side walls of the box 10 connected to the side wall 14 together enclose a collection chamber 70 for the insects sucked in by the fan 40, so that the collection chamber is located below the inside of the box. The spacing piece 60 forms an inlet to the collection chamber 70 between the end of the side wall 14 and the top of the housing 10, the inlet being located on the side of the fan outlet. The isolation sheet 62 may be made of a material with a slightly poor thermal conductivity, such as silicone, resin, etc., or a composite material with a thermal insulation property, or a metal sheet with two spaced layers to prevent insects from being burned. Of course, the spacer 62 may be a single layer of metal sheet, as long as the distance between the heating device 50 and the spacer 62 is properly set so as to control the temperature in the collection chamber 70 within a controllable range.
The intelligent environment-friendly insect trapping and drying device further comprises a monitoring device, a prompting lamp and a sound alarm, wherein the monitoring device is used for outputting signals when the height of the insects in the collecting chamber 70 is monitored to reach a preset value, and the prompting lamp and the sound alarm are connected with the monitoring device. Therefore, when the insects in the collecting chamber 70 reach the preset height, the monitoring device can output a control signal, light the prompting lamp and enable the audible alarm to send out an alarm signal to remind a worker to move out the insects in the collecting chamber 70. The monitoring device can adopt various existing monitoring devices which can realize the functions, such as a photoelectric sensor and the like, and when the insects are accumulated to shield the signal transmitting or receiving device, the monitoring device outputs a control signal.
In operation, the light source 30 emits light to attract insects having phototaxis to gather near the opening 12, and the fan 40 rotates at a high speed to create a strong airflow at the opening 12 to draw the insects into the housing 10 and along the surface of the partition 60 or through the fan 40 into the collection chamber 70. The heating means 50 is operated to form a high temperature air current in the container body 10, so that the insects entering the container body 10 are burned and died and dried. When the insects in the collecting chamber 70 reach the preset height, the device can also send out an acousto-optic signal to remind the worker to move out the insects in the collecting chamber 70, so that the aims of full-automatic trapping, collecting and drying of the insects are fulfilled. More insects can be collected because of a larger collecting space under the separation sheet 60. Since the end of the partition 60 is formed in an eaves shape opposite to the partition 62, insects entering the collecting chamber are prevented from being caught and flying by the airflow.
The intelligent environment-friendly insect trapping and drying device converts solar energy into electric energy through polycrystalline silicon for storage, and can enable a computer to automatically turn on the light source 30 at 18:00 nights to 6:00 next morning under the control of a solar cell management module, so that the device can automatically work without using chemical agents for trapping, and therefore, the environment is harmless and environment-friendly. The device uses the high-speed rotation of the fan 40 to form air flow, the air flow passes through the high-temperature heating device 50 to form hot air, insects such as termites gathered around the light source 30 are instantly sucked into the device to be burnt and killed, and the insects are dried in the dry hot air flow and collected in the collection chamber 70. The dried insect bodies of the insects such as the termites and the like have high nutritional values such as protein and the like, are used for feeding poultry, aquatic products and the like, and are high-quality high-protein feed, so that the device changes waste into valuable, and makes full use of natural resources.
In other embodiments, the opening 12 and the light source 30 may be disposed on the upper portion of the sidewall 16, or on both the top of the case 10 and the upper portion of the sidewall 16. The opening 12 may have other shapes, and the light sources 30 are distributed around the opening 12, for example, the opening 12 is circular, and the light sources 30 are distributed in a ring shape around the opening 12.
In other embodiments, a portion of the isolation sheet 60 may be a flat plate, and another portion may be an arc, and the arc may be disposed on either the air inlet side or the air outlet side of the fan 40, and may tend to descend from the inlet direction to the collection chamber.
In other embodiments, only one of the audible alarm and the notification light may be provided.
In other embodiments, a rain shelter can be arranged above the device to prevent the dried insects from being wetted and deteriorated in rainy days.
