本发明涉及一种淤泥提升装置。环状的泥斗组由多个泥斗组成,每个泥斗的下端铰接脚轮;泥斗组通过脚轮安装在固定在机架上的辊道上,泥斗组的下部固定环状的驱动链,驱动链与从动链轮和主动链轮啮合,从动链轮和主动链轮通过轴承固定在所述的机架上,主动链轮同轴固定大链轮,与大链轮通过传动链条啮合的小链轮固定在电机的输出轴上,电机固定在所述的机架上;所述的泥斗组倾斜布置。它结构简单,劳动强度低,效率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种提升装置,特别涉及一种河道淤泥的提升装置。
背景技术
河流给城市带来生机,是人们休闲纳凉的好去处。但是河道淤泥需要定期清理。由于河道两侧为绿化带,在清淤时不能污染、破坏。目前采用的办法是将淤泥用水稀释,然后通过高压泵、管道打入专用的罐车外运,不但工作量大,耗能大,而且需要人在河道内操作,劳动强度大,环境差。还需要人工捡拾淤泥中的塑料袋、大块物件,进一步增加了劳动强度大。此种办法用人多,工期长,费用高。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺点,本发明提供一种淤泥提升装置,它结构简单,劳动强度低,效率高。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:环状的泥斗组由多个泥斗组成,每个泥斗的下端铰接脚轮;泥斗组通过脚轮安装在固定在机架上的辊道上,泥斗组的下部固定环状的驱动链,驱动链与从动链轮和主动链轮啮合,从动链轮和主动链轮通过轴承固定在所述的机架上,主动链轮同轴固定大链轮,与大链轮通过传动链条啮合的小链轮固定在电机的输出轴上,电机固定在所述的机架上;所述的泥斗组倾斜布置。
本发明具有下列优点:1)、结构简单,使用方便;2)、不用水稀释,不需要人工捡拾淤泥中的塑料袋、大块物件,效率高;3)、用人少,工期短,费用低。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,环状的泥斗组由多个泥斗4组成,每个泥斗4的下端铰接脚轮3;泥斗组通过脚轮3安装在固定在机架10上的辊道2上,泥斗组的下部固定环状的驱动链(图中未画出),驱动链与从动链轮1和主动链轮8啮合,从动链轮1和主动链轮8通过轴承固定在所述的机架10上,主动链轮8同轴固定大链轮9,与大链轮9通过传动链条7啮合的小链轮6固定在电机5的输出轴上,电机5固定在所述的机架10上;所述的泥斗组倾斜布置。
所述的泥斗组与水平面的夹角为40-60度。
所述的机架10中下部通过铰轴16与底座15铰接,机架10上下部与角度调整版14通过螺栓螺母13固定,所述的角度调整版14上有以所述的铰轴16为圆心,以铰轴16至螺栓螺母13的距离为半径的弧形槽12,所述的螺栓螺母13嵌在所述的弧形槽12内。
所述最高端泥斗4下方的机架10上固定溜槽11,溜槽11下方停放运泥车17。

1.一种淤泥提升装置,其特征在于:环状的泥斗组由多个泥斗(4)组成,每个泥斗(4)的下端铰接脚轮(3);泥斗组通过脚轮(3)安装在固定在机架(10)上的辊道(2)上,泥斗组的下部固定环状的驱动链(图中未画出),驱动链与从动链轮(1)和主动链轮(8)啮合,从动链轮(1)和主动链轮(8)通过轴承固定在所述的机架(10)上,主动链轮(8)同轴固定大链轮(9),与大链轮(9)通过传动链条(7)啮合的小链轮(6)固定在电机(5)的输出轴上,电机(5)固定在所述的机架(10)上;所述的泥斗组倾斜布置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的淤泥提升装置,其特征在于:所述的泥斗组与水平面的夹角为40-60度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的淤泥提升装置,其特征在于:所述的机架(10)中下部通过铰轴(16)与底座(15)铰接,机架(10)上下部与角度调整版(14)通过螺栓螺母(13)固定,所述的角度调整版(14)上有以所述的铰轴(16)为圆心,以铰轴(16)至螺栓螺母(13)的距离为半径的弧形槽(12),所述的螺栓螺母(13)嵌在所述的弧形槽(12)内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的淤泥提升装置,其特征在于:所述最高端泥斗(4)下方的机架(10)上固定溜槽(11),溜槽(11)下方停放运泥车(17)。
