本发明公开了一种太阳能LED路灯,包括灯杆、灯头、太阳能电池板、蓄电池、充放电电路和控制器,灯头内具有LED灯珠;灯杆内具有用于承载所述蓄电池的固定板、温度传感器和用于与电动伸缩杆一端铰接的固定块,所述电动伸缩杆的另一端与第一连杆的一端铰接,第一连杆的另一端与第二连杆的一端铰接,第二连杆的另一端与套筒铰接,灯杆穿过所述套筒,套筒能够沿着所述灯杆上下滑动,灯杆上具有用于蓄电池散热的散热孔和被第一连杆穿过的侧壁孔,第一连杆与所述侧壁孔处的灯杆侧壁铰接;当电动伸缩杆伸到最长时,套筒将散热孔完全遮挡,当电动伸缩杆缩短到最短时,套筒不遮挡所述散热孔。本发明的路灯散热效果好。

一种太阳能LED路灯
技术领域
本发明涉及路灯领域,具体涉及一种太阳能LED路灯。
背景技术
随着新能源技术的发展,以及传统能源消耗大、能源枯竭、环境污染等问题的发生,太阳能路灯受到广大欢迎,无需消耗市电,并且在一些偏远地区可以省去铺设电缆的成本。但是现有的太阳能路灯,蓄电池一般放置在灯杆内的低处,导致一面蓄电池易被盗,并且蓄电池的散热是很大问题。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明旨在克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种太阳能LED路灯。
技术方案:一种太阳能LED路灯,包括灯杆、灯头、太阳能电池板、蓄电池、充放电电路和控制器,所述灯头内具有LED灯珠;所述灯杆内具有用于承载所述蓄电池的固定板、温度传感器和用于与电动伸缩杆一端铰接的固定块,所述电动伸缩杆的另一端与第一连杆的一端铰接,所述第一连杆的另一端与第二连杆的一端铰接,所述第二连杆的另一端与套筒铰接,所述灯杆穿过所述套筒,所述套筒能够沿着所述灯杆上下滑动,所述灯杆上具有用于蓄电池散热的散热孔和被所述第一连杆穿过的侧壁孔,所述第一连杆与所述侧壁孔处的灯杆侧壁铰接;当所述电动伸缩杆伸到最长时,所述套筒将所述散热孔完全遮挡,当所述电动伸缩杆缩短到最短时,所述套筒不遮挡所述散热孔。
进一步地,所述灯杆外侧壁还铰接有多个支撑杆,所述多个支撑杆和灯杆的铰接点高于所述套筒,所述多个支撑杆的侧壁抵接所述套筒的顶端,所述太阳能LED路灯还包括与所述多个支撑杆均固定连接的柔性布体。
进一步地,述灯杆外侧壁还铰接有4个支撑杆,4个支撑杆和灯杆的铰接点高度相等,且均匀布置在灯杆的圆周方向。
进一步地,当温度传感器的测量值大于设定阈值时,控制器控制电动伸缩杆缩到最短;当温度传感器的测量值小于等于设定阈值时,控制器控制电动伸缩杆伸到最长。
进一步地,所述第一连杆与所述灯杆侧壁的铰接点位于所述第一连杆的中点。
进一步地,所述太阳能LED路灯还包括报警装置、固定在灯杆外侧壁上的激光测距传感器固定块、固定在所述激光测距传感器固定块上的激光测距传感器;所述灯杆还包括侧面开口以及用于封闭所述侧面开口的侧盖,所述侧盖铰接在所述灯杆上;当电动伸缩杆缩到最短时,所述侧盖的至少一部分被所述套筒遮挡,由于所述套筒的限制而无法打开;当电动伸缩杆伸长到最长时,所述侧盖的至少一部分被所述套筒遮挡,由于所述套筒的限制而无法打开;所述激光测距传感器用于测量所述激光测距传感器到所述套筒底端的距离,当所述激光测距传感器的测量值超出阈值范围时,控制器控制报警装置报警。
进一步地,所述报警装置为声光报警装置。
进一步地,所述散热孔的数量大于等于6个。
进一步地,所述灯杆为圆柱形灯杆,所述套筒为圆柱环形的套筒。
进一步地,所述布体上具有防水涂层。
进一步地,用于铰接所述第二连杆和所述套筒的铰接部件能够被拆除。
进一步地,所述路灯还包括用于发送报警信号的远程信号发射单元。
有益效果:本发明的路灯,有利于蓄电池的保护和散热,并且能够有效防止蓄电池的被盗。

一种太阳能LED路灯,包括灯杆1、灯头3、太阳能电池板4、蓄电池18、充放电电路和控制器,所述灯头3内具有LED灯珠;所述灯杆1内具有用于承载所述蓄电池18的固定板17、温度传感器11和用于与电动伸缩杆21一端铰接的固定块20,所述电动伸缩杆21的另一端与第一连杆22的一端铰接,所述第一连杆22的另一端与第二连杆23的一端铰接,所述第二连杆23的另一端与套筒15铰接,所述灯杆1穿过所述套筒15,所述套筒15能够沿着所述灯杆1上下滑动,所述灯杆1上具有用于蓄电池18散热的散热孔19和被所述第一连杆22穿过的侧壁孔,所述第一连杆22与所述侧壁孔处的灯杆侧壁铰接;当所述电动伸缩杆21伸到最长时,所述套筒15将所述散热孔19完全遮挡,当所述电动伸缩杆21缩短到最短时,所述套筒15不遮挡所述散热孔19。所述灯杆1外侧壁还铰接有多个支撑杆16,所述多个支撑杆16和灯杆的铰接点高于所述套筒15,所述多个支撑杆16的侧壁抵接所述套筒15的顶端,所述太阳能LED路灯还包括与所述多个支撑杆16均固定连接的柔性布体。述灯杆外侧壁还铰接有4个支撑杆16,4个支撑杆16和灯杆1的铰接点高度相等,且均匀布置在灯杆的圆周方向。当温度传感器11的测量值大于设定阈值时,控制器控制电动伸缩杆21缩到最短;当温度传感器11的测量值小于等于设定阈值时,控制器控制电动伸缩杆21伸到最长。所述第一连杆22与所述灯杆1侧壁的铰接点位于所述第一连杆22的中点。所述太阳能LED路灯还包括报警装置、固定在灯杆外侧壁上的激光测距传感器固定块12、固定在所述激光测距传感器固定块12上的激光测距传感器13;所述灯杆1还包括侧面开口以及用于封闭所述侧面开口的侧盖14,所述侧盖14铰接在所述灯杆上;当电动伸缩杆21缩到最短时,所述侧盖14的至少一部分被所述套筒15遮挡,由于所述套筒15的限制而无法打开;当电动伸缩杆21伸长到最长时,所述侧盖14的至少一部分被所述套筒15遮挡,由于所述套筒15的限制而无法打开;所述激光测距传感器13用于测量所述激光测距传感器13到所述套筒15底端的距离,当所述激光测距传感器13的测量值超出阈值范围时,控制器控制报警装置报警。所述报警装置为声光报警装置。所述散热孔的数量大于等于6个。所述灯杆为圆柱形灯杆,所述套筒为圆柱环形的套筒。所述布体上具有防水涂层。另外,路灯还可以设有通信单元与远程控制中心实现远程通信,例如可以利用远程控制中心暂时关闭报警功能。
本发明的路灯,当灯杆内温度不高时,控制器控制路灯如图1所示,此时无需打开散热孔散热,并且套筒遮蔽散热孔能够有效防止异物、雨水进入散热孔内;当灯杆内温度过高时,蓄电池需要加速散热,此时如图2所述,电动伸缩杆缩短,从而带动套筒向上移动,完全露出所述散热孔,从而提升散热效果,同时套筒的顶部会推动所述支撑杆一端转动,从而类似打开伞的效果,虽然此时散热孔打开帮助散热,但是被支撑杆撑开的布体会起到防止雨水、异物进入所述散热孔内的作用。
另一方面,本发明路灯蓄电池置于固定板上,离地面较远,不易被盗。同时普通状态下,无论散热孔是否被遮挡,套筒都会阻止侧盖被打开,当工作人员需要维修、更换蓄电池时,可以暂时关闭报警功能。工作人员需要拆开用于铰接套筒和第二连杆的铰接部件,将套筒上移一段距离,使其不会妨碍侧盖打开,从而可以打开侧盖,进行更换、维修电池的工作。当盗窃分子偷蓄电池时,也需要移开套筒,一旦套筒上移或者下移,激光测距传感器的测量值会变化很大,超出设定阈值范围,报警装置会报警,从而阻止蓄电池被窃。
尽管本发明就优选实施方式进行了示意和描述,但本领域的技术人员应当理解,只要不超出本发明的权利要求所限定的范围,可以对本发明进行各种变化和修改。

Claims (10)

1.一种太阳能LED路灯,其特征在于,包括灯杆、灯头、太阳能电池板、蓄电池、充放电电路和控制器,所述灯头内具有LED灯珠;所述灯杆内具有用于承载所述蓄电池的固定板、温度传感器和用于与电动伸缩杆一端铰接的固定块,所述电动伸缩杆的另一端与第一连杆的一端铰接,所述第一连杆的另一端与第二连杆的一端铰接,所述第二连杆的另一端与套筒铰接,所述灯杆穿过所述套筒,所述套筒能够沿着所述灯杆上下滑动,所述灯杆上具有用于蓄电池散热的散热孔和被所述第一连杆穿过的侧壁孔,所述第一连杆与所述侧壁孔处的灯杆侧壁铰接;当所述电动伸缩杆伸到最长时,所述套筒将所述散热孔完全遮挡,当所述电动伸缩杆缩短到最短时,所述套筒不遮挡所述散热孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能LED路灯,其特征在于,所述灯杆外侧壁还铰接有多个支撑杆,所述多个支撑杆和灯杆的铰接点高于所述套筒,所述多个支撑杆的侧壁抵接所述套筒的顶端,所述太阳能LED路灯还包括与所述多个支撑杆均固定连接的柔性布体。
3.根据权利要求2所述的太阳能LED路灯,其特征在于,述灯杆外侧壁还铰接有4个支撑杆,4个支撑杆和灯杆的铰接点高度相等,且均匀布置在灯杆的圆周方向。
4.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能LED路灯,其特征在于,当温度传感器的测量值大于设定阈值时,控制器控制电动伸缩杆缩到最短;当温度传感器的测量值小于等于设定阈值时,控制器控制电动伸缩杆伸到最长。
5.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能LED路灯,其特征在于,所述第一连杆与所述灯杆侧壁的铰接点位于所述第一连杆的中点。
6.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能LED路灯,其特征在于,所述太阳能LED路灯还包括报警装置、固定在灯杆外侧壁上的激光测距传感器固定块、固定在所述激光测距传感器固定块上的激光测距传感器;所述灯杆还包括侧面开口以及用于封闭所述侧面开口的侧盖,所述侧盖铰接在所述灯杆上;当电动伸缩杆缩到最短时,所述侧盖的至少一部分被所述套筒遮挡,由于所述套筒的限制而无法打开;当电动伸缩杆伸长到最长时,所述侧盖的至少一部分被所述套筒遮挡,由于所述套筒的限制而无法打开;所述激光测距传感器用于测量所述激光测距传感器到所述套筒底端的距离,当所述激光测距传感器的测量值超出阈值范围时,控制器控制报警装置报警。
7.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能LED路灯,其特征在于,所述报警装置为声光报警装置。
8.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能LED路灯,其特征在于,所述散热孔的数量大于等于6个。
