Abstract
The invention discloses cleaning equipment for an input shaft of an automobile gearbox. The cleaning equipment comprises a rotary table, a first motor, a plurality of discs, a plurality of second motors, a plurality of fixed devices, a sleeve, a first spray device, a cleaning brush device, a second spray device and an air blowing device, wherein the first motor is used for driving the rotary table to rotate; the plurality of discs are circumferentially arranged on the rotary table around the central axis of the rotary table; the plurality of second motors are in one-to-one correspondence to the discs and are used for driving the corresponding discs to rotate, and bodies of the second motors are fixed to the rotary table; the plurality of fixed devices are in one-to-one correspondence to the discs and are installed on the corresponding discs, and the fixed devices are used for fixing the input shaft of the automobile gearbox; the sleeve is fixed above the discs and is used for inserting the input shaft of the automobile gearbox; and the first spray device, the cleaning brush device, the second spray device and the air blowing device are arranged in sequence around the rotating direction of the rotary table. According to the cleaning equipment, the cleanliness of the input shaft of the automobile gearbox can be increased.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a cleaning device for an input shaft of an automobile gearbox.
Background
At present, the input shaft of the automobile gearbox is usually cleaned by cleaning equipment. However, the existing cleaning equipment only comprises a spray pipe and a nozzle arranged on the spray pipe, and sprays and cleans the input shaft of the automobile gearbox through the nozzle, but after the cleaning is completed, foreign matters are always adhered to the input shaft of the automobile gearbox, so that the cleaning cleanliness is poor.

the first spraying device, the cleaning brush device, the second spraying device and the blowing device are sequentially arranged around the rotation direction of the turntable;

the first spraying device and the second spraying device respectively comprise a spraying pipe which is vertically arranged and a plurality of nozzles which are sequentially arranged on the spraying pipe along the length direction of the spraying pipe;
the cleaning brush device comprises a cleaning brush and a third motor used for driving the cleaning brush to rotate.
The blowing device comprises a vent pipe and a plurality of blowing nozzles sequentially arranged on the vent pipe along the length direction of the vent pipe.
The fixing device comprises two clamping blocks which are oppositely arranged, a first air cylinder with a piston rod connected with one of the clamping blocks and a cylinder body fixed on the corresponding disc, and a second air cylinder with a piston rod connected with the other clamping block and a cylinder body fixed on the corresponding disc; the central axis of the piston rod of the first cylinder coincides with the central axis of the piston rod of the second cylinder.
And the clamping block is provided with an arc groove for embedding the input shaft of the automobile gearbox.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the invention, through the combined design of the turntable, the first motor, the disc, the second motor, the fixing device, the first spraying device, the cleaning brush device, the second spraying device and the blowing device, the input shaft of the automobile gearbox can be firstly sprayed, then the input shaft of the automobile gearbox is scrubbed through the cleaning brush device, then secondary spraying is carried out, and finally the input shaft of the automobile gearbox is dried through the blowing device, so that the cleanliness of cleaning the input shaft of the automobile gearbox can be improved.

the sleeve is fixed above the disc 30 and used for inserting an input shaft of the automobile gearbox;
a first spraying device 60, a cleaning brush device 70, a second spraying device 80 and a blowing device 90 which are arranged in sequence around the rotation direction of the turntable 10;

the first spraying device 60 and the second spraying device 80 respectively comprise a vertically arranged spraying pipe 61 and a plurality of nozzles 62 which are sequentially arranged on the spraying pipe 61 along the length direction of the spraying pipe 61;
the washing brush device 70 includes a washing brush 71, and a third motor 72 for driving the washing brush 71 to rotate.

When the input shaft of the automobile gearbox rotates along with the turntable 10 to be opposite to the first spraying device 60 in use, at the moment, the disc 30 drives the input shaft of the automobile gearbox to rotate, the first spraying device 60 sprays the input shaft of the automobile gearbox for the first time, and then, the turntable 10 continues to rotate and the vehicle gearbox input shaft rotates to face the cleaning brush assembly 70, at which time, the disc 30 drives the input shaft of the automobile gearbox to rotate, the input shaft of the automobile gearbox is scrubbed by the cleaning brush device 70, after the scrubbing is finished, the input shaft of the automobile gearbox continues to rotate along with the turntable 10, and the automobile gearbox input shaft is rotated to be opposite to the second spraying device 80, secondary spraying is carried out on the automobile gearbox input shaft through the second spraying device 80, and finally blowing is carried out through the blowing device 90, so that the cleaning cleanliness of the automobile gearbox input shaft can be improved.
Preferably, the fixing device 50 includes two clamping blocks 51 disposed oppositely, a first cylinder 52 with a piston rod connected to one of the clamping blocks 51 and a cylinder body fixed to the corresponding disc 30, and a second cylinder 53 with a piston rod connected to the other clamping block 51 and a cylinder body fixed to the corresponding disc 30; the central axis of the piston rod of the first cylinder 52 coincides with the central axis of the piston rod of the second cylinder 53. By adopting the structure, when in use, the first air cylinder 52 and the second air cylinder 53 can work to clamp the bottom shell of the automobile gearbox by the two clamping blocks 51. the second motors are in one-to-one correspondence with the discs and used for driving the corresponding discs to rotate, and bodies of the second motors are fixed on the rotary disc;
the fixing devices are in one-to-one correspondence with the discs and are arranged on the corresponding discs, and the fixing devices are used for fixing the input shaft of the automobile gearbox;
the sleeve is fixed above the disc and used for inserting an input shaft of the automobile gearbox;
the first spraying device, the cleaning brush device, the second spraying device and the blowing device are sequentially arranged around the rotation direction of the turntable;
wherein,
the first spraying device and the second spraying device respectively comprise a spraying pipe which is vertically arranged and a plurality of nozzles which are sequentially arranged on the spraying pipe along the length direction of the spraying pipe;
the cleaning brush device comprises a cleaning brush and a third motor used for driving the cleaning brush to rotate.
2. The cleaning apparatus for an input shaft of a vehicle transmission according to claim 1, wherein: the blowing device comprises a vent pipe and a plurality of blowing nozzles sequentially arranged on the vent pipe along the length direction of the vent pipe.

The cleaning apparatus for an input shaft of a vehicle transmission according to claim 1, wherein: the fixing device comprises two clamping blocks which are oppositely arranged, a first air cylinder with a piston rod connected with one of the clamping blocks and a cylinder body fixed on the corresponding disc, and a second air cylinder with a piston rod connected with the other clamping block and a cylinder body fixed on the corresponding disc; the central axis of the piston rod of the first cylinder coincides with the central axis of the piston rod of the second cylinder.
4. The cleaning apparatus for an input shaft of a vehicle transmission according to claim 3, wherein: and the clamping block is provided with an arc groove for embedding the input shaft of the automobile gearbox.
