Abstract

本发明涉及一种除草组合物及其应用。一种含草铵膦和乙羧氟草醚的微乳剂,组成为:草铵膦1‑30%;乙羧氟草醚1‑10%;溶剂10%‑15%;助溶剂5%‑10%;表面活性剂1%‑33%;软水补足100%。本发明的微乳剂稳定性好,组分合理,润湿性及耐雨水冲刷效果好,对环境无污染,对人畜安全,适宜推广。

除草组合物及其应用
技术领域
本发明属于农药制剂领域,具体的涉及一种含草铵膦和乙羧氟草醚的微乳剂。
背景技术
微乳剂(microemulsion,ME)是以水为基质,不用或仅用少量有机溶剂,含适量表面活性剂与其他助剂的透明单相液体。微乳剂以水为主溶剂,不但节省了大量有机溶剂,而且药剂施用后大为减轻了对环境的压力,对于维护农业生态环境具有重要意义,有利于农业的可持续发展。
现有技术中,已有含草铵膦和乙羧氟草醚的组合物,例如专利CN1169099A和CN1312683A公开了含草铵膦的增效除草组合物,包括草铵膦和乙羧氟草醚,专利CN102763676A公开了含草铵膦和乙羧氟草醚的组合物,在其专利文件中,记载了可以将草铵膦和乙羧氟草醚制备成微乳剂,但却没有记载在其制剂实施例中,很大的原因可能是如专利CN105613572A中所述的那样“草铵膦本身属于盐类,与常规的乳化剂不能共存于体系中,所以草铵膦与乙羧氟草醚做微乳剂技术难点很高”。专利CN105613572A所制备的微乳剂中以二甲苯为溶剂,而甲苯、二甲苯可以产生酚的代谢物,对人具有潜在的危害,且二甲苯的闪点较低(44℃左右),在加工过程中易引起易燃易爆危险;在使用的过程中,还会对环境造成污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种不含二甲苯,无刺激性气味,耐雨水冲刷且表面张力好的草铵膦和乙羧氟草醚的微乳剂。本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种含草铵膦和乙羧氟草醚的微乳剂,其特征在于,由如下的组分组成(重量百分比):草铵膦1-30%;乙羧氟草醚1-10%;溶剂10%-15%;助溶剂5%-10%;
表面活性剂1%-33%;软水补足100%。其中所述溶剂为油酸甲酯,所述为助溶剂为聚乙二醇600;所述表面活性剂为:醇醚糖苷(AEG)5%-15%,烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚3%-10%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸单酯二钠盐1%-5%;烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵盐1%-3%。
本发明优选的技术方案为:草铵膦19%;乙羧氟草醚1%;油酸甲酯10%-15%;聚乙二醇600 5%-10%;醇醚糖苷(AEG)5%-15%,烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚3%-10%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸单酯二钠盐1%-5%;烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵盐1%-3%;软水补足100%;最优选的技术方案为:草铵膦19%;乙羧氟草醚1%;油酸甲酯10%;聚乙二醇600 10%;醇醚糖苷(AEG)6%,烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚6%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸单酯二钠盐3%;烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵盐2%;软水补足100%。
制备方法为:
A、将乙羧氟草醚和油酸甲酯,聚乙二醇600混合,加入醇醚糖苷,烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸单酯二钠盐,缓慢搅拌后备用;
B、将草铵膦、水和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵盐混合搅拌备用;
C、将B缓慢的加入到A中,充分搅拌后既得。
本发明的微乳剂优点为:
1、无常规有机溶剂的刺激性气味;
2、表面张力低、润湿好、保湿型良好;
3、具有更好的耐雨水冲刷效果;
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步的说明,实施例中的百分比均为重量比,但本发明并不局限于此。
1、制剂实施例
实施例1
草铵膦19%;乙羧氟草醚1%;油酸甲酯10%;聚乙二醇600 10%;醇醚糖苷6%,烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚6%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸单酯二钠盐3%;烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵盐2%;软水补足100%既得。
制备方法为:按各重量份,将乙羧氟草醚和油酸甲酯,聚乙二醇600混合,加入醇醚糖苷,烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸单酯二钠盐,缓慢搅拌后得混合物A;将草铵膦、水和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵盐混合搅拌后得混合液B;将B缓慢的加入到A中,充分搅拌后既得。
实施例2
草铵膦19%;乙羧氟草醚1%;油酸甲酯15%;聚乙二醇600 5%;醇醚糖苷5%,烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚10%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸单酯二钠盐1%;烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵盐3%;软水补足100%既得。
制备方法同实施例1。
对比例1为CN105613572A中的实施例1。
对比例2:
草铵膦19%、乙羧氟草醚1%、油酸甲酯15%、聚乙二醇600 10%、农乳700#5%、农乳500#6%、农乳1601#4%、环己酮10%、5%正丁醇、2%亚磷酸三苯酯、去离子水补足100%。制备方法同实施例1。
2、微乳剂物理稳定性测试
对制备的微乳剂进行稳定性测试,测试结果见表1。

3、田间药效试验
供试药剂:实施例1-2及对比例1-2的复配除草剂。
对照药剂:20%草铵膦水剂(对照药剂1),20%乙羧氟草醚乳油(对照药剂2)。
防除对象:猪殃殃、看麦娘、婆婆纳、狗尾草。
试验方法:试验于非耕地内进行,每个组别处理3次重复,处理面积约为20m2,按照试验小区的面积,准确称量好各种药剂,喷雾处理。统计给药后30d杂草死亡情况,比较各种药剂的除草活性。结果见表2。

大田试验结果表明,本发明的除草剂防治杂草的效果优于CN105613572A中的实施例1和对比例2,可能原因在于本申请的微乳剂的助剂体系优于对比例1和2,由于表面活性剂的组分选择合理,使本发明的微乳剂表面张力低,润湿好。与本申请实施例1和2均采用了油酸甲酯、聚乙二醇600等助剂的对比例2,其大田防治效果却不如实施例1,说明实施例1和2的助剂体系是最优助剂体系。与单剂相比,本发明的微乳剂除草活性有了较大的提高,增效作用明显。
综上所述,本发明的微乳剂稳定性好,组分合理,润湿性及耐雨水冲刷效果好,对环境无污染,对人畜安全,适宜推广。
以上详细描述了本发明的优选实施方式,但是,本发明并不限于上述实施方式中的具体细节,在本发明的技术构思范围内,可以对本发明的技术方案进行多种简单变型,这些简单变型均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (2)

1.一种含草铵膦和乙羧氟草醚的微乳剂,其特征在于,由如下的组分组成(重量百分比):
草铵膦1-30%;乙羧氟草醚1-10%;溶剂10%-15%;助溶剂5%-10%;表面活性剂1%-33%;软水补足100%,所述溶剂为油酸甲酯,所述助溶剂为:聚乙二醇600,所述表面活性剂为:醇醚糖苷(AEG)5%-15%,烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚3%-10%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸单酯二钠盐1%-5%;烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵盐1%-3%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含草铵膦和乙羧氟草醚的微乳剂,其特征在于,由如下的组分组成:草铵膦19%;乙羧氟草醚1%;油酸甲酯10%-15%;聚乙二醇600 5%-10%;醇醚糖苷5%-15%,烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚3%-10%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸单酯二钠盐1%-5%;烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵盐1%-3%;软水补足100%。
