Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments:
the DISS valve leak detection joint comprises a joint body 2 and a fastening component 3 for fastening the joint body 2 on a valve port 1, as shown in figure 2. Wherein:
the joint body 2 is internally provided with a channel 20 penetrating through two ends of the joint body, one end of the channel 20 can be communicated with the outlet 10 of the valve interface 1, the other end of the channel 20 is connected with a pipeline 21 communicated with the channel, and the end part of the pipeline 21 is provided with a complete circular section, so that the leak detection liquid can form a film easily. In this embodiment: the pipeline 21 adopts a capillary tube, the inner diameter of the capillary tube is usually equal to or less than 1 mm, the circular section area of the capillary tube is small, a soap film can be greatly expanded when tiny leakage occurs, and the sensitivity of leakage detection is greatly improved.
The connector body 2 is also provided with a connecting part 22, and the width of the connecting part 22 is consistent with that of the limiting groove 11 of the valve connector 1, so that the valve connector 1 can be tightly matched with the connecting part 22.
The fastening member 3 includes a U-shaped body 30 having a thread 32, and the U-shaped body 30 is opened with an opening 31 for allowing at least the pipe 21 to be exposed, such as a nut or the like having such a structure.
The method for rapidly detecting the leakage by using the leakage detection joint is specifically described as follows:
after the DISS valve is closed by specific torsion, a sealing gasket 4 is arranged between the connector body 2 and the valve interface 1, the connecting part 22 of the connector body 2 is inserted into the limiting groove 11 of the valve interface 1, and at the moment, the channel 20 of the connector body 2 is communicated with the outlet 10 of the valve interface 1; the U-shaped body 30 is used for sleeving the joint body 2 inside, the threads 32 on the U-shaped body 30 are matched with and fastened with the threads 12 of the valve port 1, and the pipeline 21 of the joint body 2 is exposed out of the opening 31 on the U-shaped body 30, as shown in FIG. 3; coating a leakage detection liquid 5 on the end part of the pipeline 21 of the joint body 2, observing whether the end part of the pipeline 21 bubbles, and if so, indicating that the valve is not completely closed, as shown in fig. 4; if no bubbling is seen, it can indicate that the valve has been completely closed.
In this embodiment: the SNOOP leakage detection liquid is adopted for leakage detection, and the SNOOP leakage detection liquid which is easy to form a film is used for replacing the traditional soapy water leakage detection liquid, so that the film forming property can be improved, and the leakage detection sensitivity can be improved.
