Abstract

本发明公开了一种多功能偏心旋转阀,阀体和球体采用偏心结构,球体为半球形,阀杆和球体采用花键连接,阀座设在阀体进口处,阀座由螺纹座固定在阀体上,阀杆由上导套和下导套固定在阀体轴孔中,阀杆转动带动球体转动,实现阀门开启和关闭。阀杆由柔性石墨制成的填料密封;填料设在填料压板和填料箱内。填料压板通过第三螺柱与阀体固定连接,连接管件设于填料箱和阀体轴外侧,连接管件的一端通过第一螺柱与阀体固定连接,连接管件的另一端通过第二螺柱与液压执行器固定连接,液压执行器与阀体轴连接,并带动阀体轴旋转。本发明的优点:阀座和螺纹座之间纯金属密封,无密封件,使用工况不受影响;节约了执行机构的成本;提高了阀门的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门机械领域,具体涉及一种偏心阀。
背景技术
目前现有的大多数阀门的阀体和球体的中心是同轴的,无偏心结构。阀门开启和关闭时密封面始终有摩擦,阀门开闭力矩大,阀门使用寿命短。另外阀座背后密封用O型圈或石墨密封,阀门使用范围受到温度限制,密封件也容易老化和破损,影响密封性能。CN203614769U(专利号ZL201320800190.6)公开了一种偏心旋转的调节阀,其包括阀体,其中,还包括:半球形的阀芯,所述阀芯通过一柔臂偏心的连接于阀杆上;阀座,与所述阀芯匹配地设置于所述阀体内;所述阀芯,偏心的随所述阀杆转动,改变阻塞所述阀座的面积。其降低了闪蒸和空化问题,延长了调节阀的寿命,但是存在阀座和阀体之间有橡胶或石墨的密封圈,缺点1:密封圈容易挤压变形,特别是阀门长时间使用后,容易引起密封失效,阀门泄露。缺点2:密封圈的变形量影响阀座和阀芯的配合尺寸,装配难度增加。本发明阀体4和阀座2之间无密封圈,完全靠两者的金属本体密封,主要是提高配合件的光洁度和加工精度,装配配合尺寸精准,装配一次性成功率提高。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明设计了一种多功能偏心旋转阀,解决了阀
座和阀体密封的问题,扩大阀门的使用范围,提高了效率。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种多功能偏心旋转阀,阀体和球体采用偏心结构,球体为半球形,阀杆和球体采用花键连接,阀座设在阀体进口处,阀座由螺纹座固定在阀体上,阀杆由上导套和下导套固定在阀体轴孔中,阀杆转动带动球体转动,实现阀门开启和关闭。阀杆由柔性石墨制成的填料密封;填料设在填料压板和填料箱内。填料压板通过第三螺柱与阀体固定连接,连接管件设于填料箱和阀体轴外侧,连接管件的一端通过第一螺柱与阀体固定连接,连接管件的另一端通过第二螺柱与液压执行器固定连接,液压执行器与阀体轴连接,并带动阀体轴旋转。阀座和螺纹座之间纯金属结合密封,无密封件。阀门利用偏心结构,开启时球体和阀座脱离,球体旋转90°到全开位置,关闭阀门时球体逆向旋转90°到阀座位置,实现密封。
更进一步,球体和阀座的密封面喷涂硬质合金层,提高了阀门的使用寿命。
与现有技术方案相比,本发明技术方案有益效果:
1.阀门开闭轻巧,节约了执行机构的成本。
2.阀座和螺纹座之间纯金属密封,无密封件,使用范围和工况不受影响。
3.密封面无摩擦,提高了阀门的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图详细说明本发明。
如图1所示,一种多功能偏心旋转阀,阀体4和球体5采用偏心结构(见图2-3),球体5为半球形,阀杆6和球体5采用花键连接,阀座2设在阀体4进口处,阀座2由螺纹座1固定在阀体4上,阀杆6由上导套7和下导套3固定在阀体轴孔中,阀杆6转动带动球体5转动,实现阀门开启和关闭。阀杆6由柔性石墨制成的填料密封;填料9由填料压板10利用螺栓压入阀体1的填料箱。填料压板10通过第三螺柱13与阀体4固定连接,连接管件15设于填料箱和阀体轴外侧,连接管件15的一端通过第一螺柱11与阀体1固定连接,连接管件15的另一端通过第二螺柱12与液压执行器14固定连接,液压执行器14与阀体轴连接,并带动阀体轴旋转。阀座2和螺纹座1之间纯金属密封,无密封件。阀门利用偏心结构,开启时球体5和阀座2脱离,球体旋转90°到全开位置,关闭阀门时球体逆向旋转90°到阀座位置,实现密封。球体和阀座的密封面喷涂硬质合金层,提高了阀门的使用寿命。

1.一种多功能偏心旋转阀,其特征在于:阀体和球体采用偏心结构,球体为半球形,阀杆和球体采用花键连接,阀座设在阀体进口处,阀座由螺纹座固定在阀体上,阀杆由上导套和下导套固定在阀体轴孔中,阀杆转动带动球体转动,实现阀门开启和关闭;阀杆由柔性石墨制成的填料密封;填料设在填料压板和填料箱内;填料压板通过第三螺柱与阀体固定连接,连接管件设于填料箱和阀体轴外侧,连接管件的一端通过第一螺柱与阀体固定连接,连接管件的另一端通过第二螺柱与液压执行器固定连接,液压执行器与阀体轴连接,并带动阀体轴旋转;阀座和螺纹座之间纯金属结合密封,无密封件。
2.如权利要求1所述的多功能偏心旋转阀,其特征在于:球体和阀座的密封面喷涂硬质合金层。
